Well here it is, chapter 2. Thanks to Nomey1 for editing it for me. Sorry about not updating earlier I have 2 jobs now and all I want to do is sit, eat, and sleep. I'll try to have the next chapter up by the end of next week. I have part of it written right now. I want to say thanks to EmpressFreyja and the random person who reviewed it means a lot to me. Also to the people who faved and followed this story. I hope you enjoy the chapter and please review, it might get me to write faster. ;) Oh and before I forget I don't own Hetalia or any of its characters. (Unfortunately)
Ivan/Russia POV
It had been 4 months since Canada had gone missing. No one knows what happened; she just disappeared. Though no one but my sisters, Liechtenstein, the Baltic States, Prussia, and I had noticed. Even her own family hadn't noticed that she had been missing. When Ukraine had asked they had simply said, "Who?"
It had been a long day and I had stepped out of the office onto the streets of my capital. That's when I saw it, a girl. A short girl, a short girl with blond hair. The personification of Canada. I stood there in shook. Could she have been here the whole time? I started to follow her but I somehow lost her.
I walked home in a rage. How could I have let this happen? I had her in sight and I lost her! I opened the front door and slammed it shut.
"Big brother! Big brother, wi-" Belarus started to say but cut off when she saw my face. She stood there, frozen in her spot. Ukraine walked past the frozen Belarus and grabbed my face making me look at her.
"What happened?" she asked.
"I lost her," was my replied. I felt my temper rising. "I had her! If I was only faster I could've... she could've..." I started to ramble.
"Who, Ivan? Who did you lose?" Belarus asked finally breaking out of her stupor and walking up to stand beside her sister.
"Maddie." I answered. "I lost Canada."
