Hey everyone, sorry I haven't updated, but you don't have to worry about that anymore, because this is the last chapter. I hope everyone liked it, and thanks to everyone who has stuck with the story. Well for the last time, read, review and enjoy!
Ella's POVI ran into my room and shut the door. Then I flopped onto my bed and started bawling my eyes out into a pillow. I couldn't believe the way Iggy acted. That was when I heard a knock at the door.
"Go away," I yelled. Hopefully it didn't sound like I was crying.
"Well too bad, I'm coming in anyway," Max responded. I looked up to see her close the door and sit down next to me on my bed. "What happened?" she asked as I sat up and she put a comforting arm around me.
"It's a long story, I don't want to talk about it now," I responded.
"Well I can just get Angel to tell me then," she said starting to get up.
"No! Don't do that, I'll tell you," I said and sighed. She sat back down and looked at me, ready for the story. "Alright, so we hid Fang's computer and left a note, I told Iggy to go and leave everything except the note for the park, I hid that one, and we were supposed to meet up there, except he didn't show up before you guys got to the park, so I had to hide in the trees while you were there. I waited a while after you left to see if Iggy would come, but then one of my ex's showed up, drunk, with two of his friends. He started kissing me, but I didn't kiss back so he slapped me. I still didn't kiss back and then he pulled a knife out and said if I didn't kiss back that he would start cutting me, so I finally did kiss back and that's when Iggy decided to show up. He knocked out all three of them, his two friends were just pathetic excuses of guards anyway. Then he gave me a disgusted look and took off without letting me explain, so I ran home and here we are."
"Ella, did he hurt you badly? Tell me now so I can go kill him," she said, temper rising.
"No, I'm not hurt, physically. But Iggy hurt me here," I responded, pointing to my heart, "he didn't even let me explain."
"Well I'll take care of him, don't worry," She told me and gave me a hug. Then she got up, left the room, and went down stairs.
Max's POV
When I got down stairs I saw Iggy and Fang talking and it looked like Iggy had been crying. When I got into the kitchen Fang gave me a look that told me to wait before I beat him to a pulp. I nodded and then turned toward Iggy.
"What is your side of the story then?" I asked him and sat down at the table. He just kept glaring at the floor. "You can tell me now, or I can beat you to a pulp and then you can tell me, now which is it?" I asked in a calm voice.
"Fine," he said angrily. "We were hiding the notes this morning, I set them all up but the one at the park, and decided that I would do something nice for Ella before meeting up with her. I stopped and got her, her favorite flowers and Starbucks, which took a little longer than I thought, and then headed to the park. When I got there, I saw her kissing some guy and there were two other ones there too. I knocked them all out and just glared at her. I mean how could she do something like that to me? Then I left when she didn't say anything and just flew around for like ten minutes then came home. Can I stop telling the same story twenty times now!" he said and stalked off to the living room.
"Well I can't blame him for being mad," Fang said and sat down next to me.
"Ya, well he doesn't have the full story. The guy who was kissing her was a drunk ex of Ella's and she was only kissing him because he pulled a knife on her," I told Fang.
"WHAT!" Fang and Iggy said simultaneously. I turned and Iggy bolted into the room.
"That can't be true, the guy didn't have a knife out," Iggy said defensively.
"Did you search him?" Fang asked.
"Well… no… I was too hurt to do anything but punch him. But there was something wrong with the way his breath smelled now that I think about it," He said and went back into the living room. We heard a loud groan and Fang and I looked at each other.
"Why doesn't he just apologize?" I asked Fang who just shrugged. "Well he's being a jerk, and she's hurt, can I please go punch him now?" I asked and Fang smiled.
"No, he's hurting too ya know. Give him some time, he'll realize what happened and they'll make up," he said. I sighed, Fang, forever the voice of reason.
Ella's POV
I eventually fell asleep after Max left, but I don't know for how long. I woke up when there was a knock at the door. When I didn't answer, Iggy came in. I glared at him and said "Go away."
"No, I'm here to apologize." He said closing the door but coming no closer to me. "Look, Ella, I'm really sorry. I didn't know what that guy threatened to do, I'm really sorry. I should have let you explain. Please forgive me, I don't want to loose you because I was being stupid and selfish. You're my world Ella, and I never want to hurt you. I promise I'll never jump to conclusions again, but please forgive me." He said, eyes brimming with tears.
I looked at him, got up, ran over to him and jumped into his arms. "Your forgiven," I whispered into his chest and he buried his head into my hair. Then I pulled back and kissed him on the lips, and with that kiss I knew there were going to be plenty more because I was never going to let him go.
