Across The Sea

Chapter 6

A/N: Hey Guys! So I have the long awaited new chapter for this story. This will be a little more of a filler chapter, and in a few chapters this story will come to a close. But, that means I'll have time to work on another new story so let me know if you'd like to see anything similar to this. Without further ado, please enjoy chapter 6 and I'll see you at the bottom.

February 10th, 1964.

This was the day that The Beatles were heading to Washington DC, where they would be performing the next day. They were to travel there by train.

On the way to the train, they had to fight their way through mobs of press and screaming girls, as well as give interviews at the same time. It was really hectic, but luckily by the time they got on the train things calmed down.

The other boys were goofing around and leaving their seats, while George, who was still recovering, climbed up into to baggage rack to take a nap. When he had awoken, he and George shared a moment that was really adorable.

"John?" George called. "You don't have any cigarettes do you?"

"What's that, George," he replied.

"Have you got a cigarette for me please," he said slowly

(If I was in this story I would be like no, Geo! Don't smoke anymore, please?)

"I think I've got one here for you George," he replied. "It's Marlboro, with a micro knee finger."

"Thank you very much, John,"

"It's a big cigarette for a big man," John said cheekily

"Ha, I will light it now," George replied

George gave Johnny a light.

"We are smoking our Marlboro, George and John, Buddies and Pals," they said in unison.

John had always had thought of George as his little brother, and this was one of those defining moments.

When they arrived in Washington DC and saw the coliseum, they were already buzzing for the show the next night.

A/N: I just love the John/George bromance but I despise the smoking Anyways, I hope you enjoyed and please review with ideas for the next chapter!
