The next few weeks passed by in a blur.

We've done 3 shows and the fan's all loved the new music. We're definitely finding our vibe and the fans love it.

Edward called to let me know Esme agreed to the dinner.

Turns out Carlisle actually had called Esme earlier that day and they got to talking and thought having a conversation face-to-face is better. I was surprised that Carlisle had reached out on his own.

I was hoping for everything to work out for them. They've lost so much on all of their parts and I can only hope for things to work out for the best.

It was finally Friday night, the night Esme and Edward would be joining us for dinner at our house. The girls had gone out to dinner and some drinks before we would all meet at the club.

I was nervous not only for everyone to sit down and start talking but mostly for myself. This felt like such a personal conversation for all of them to be having but I needed to be here for Edward.

The doorbell rang and I nearly dropped the plate I was carrying.

"Bells calm down, it was just the doorbell, they're here." he said nervously. Damn Carlisle Cullen is nervous. I'll have to replay this for the girls. I smirked at him after getting some composure while he just shook his head as he went to answer the door.

"Thank you again for allowing us to join you and Isabella for dinner in this lovely home." I could here a sweet voice say. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, gone was the vicious Esme Platt I've come to know over these past few years and now standing before me was a women who looked like she's lost some years and her face was beaming with what is that? Love? Could she possibly still love Carlisle after all this time?

"Bella?" I quickly snap out of it realizing Edward is smiling at me. Shit I must have been caught gaping at everyone. They look like a picture perfect family.

"Welcome Ms. Platt, Edward." I give them a smile and gesture for them to sit down at the table.

"Thank you Isabella for letting us join you and Carlisle for dinner, this looks wonderful." Esme says to me.

"It's no problem at all Ms. Platt, please call me Bella." I smile at her.

"Call me Esme as well dear. I know with our business, we've never officially met but I'm glad to have finally met you." She gives me such a sincere smile it makes me miss Renee. I'll have to call her and Charlie sometime soon and see how they're doing.

"It's wonderful to see you again Bella." Oh god that voice. I couldn't help but smile as I turned toward Edward. "It's so wonderful to see you again as well Edward." I smirk at the man. God how I've missed him.

As we all take our seats, Carlisle starts off the conversation, "Esme, Edward, I'm glad you guys could join Bella and I for dinner tonight, I realize there is a lot that we need to discuss." Esme and Edward nod in agreement.

"Well there's no use in dragging it out any further but please do help yourselves to this wonderful meal Bella prepared for us tonight." I flush. Damn it I didn't expect Carlisle to say that. It's not that big of a meal, I just wanted to make some homemade food to hopefully create a better environment to talk in. "You made this baby?" Edward whispers over to me, I simply nod at him. "It looks delicious, I can't wait to dig in." I look into his deep green eyes and sigh. This man has such a hold over me he doesn't even know it.

Dinner went by in a flash. Turns out that Esme and Carlisle never really got over each other and wanted to see if anything was still there between the two of them. I couldn't help but feel excited for them. Lost lovers getting a second change at love again.

Lost in my own thoughts I felt someone nudge me. I looked to my right and saw Edward looking at me. "What" I asked. "Nothing." he chuckled. "You just looked lost in your own thought's for a minute." I smiled. I was and he caught me. I hoped everything worked out for the best for all of them.

"Well then, Carlisle, Esme, we're going to head out and meet up with everyone at the club." I mentioned to Carlisle. "Sure then Bells." he replied. "Thank you again for everything Bella, it was really nice to finally meet you as well." Esme pulled me into a hug. Wow. To say this surprised me would be an understatement.

While we started to head out I realized I still needed to change into the outfit that Alice and Rosalie had picked out for me.

"Edward would you mind waiting for a bit? I need to head upstairs to change my outfit really quick." he nodded and I rushed up the stairs into my room and stopped dead in my tracks.

Those girls were going to die.

I picked up the blue dress and turned it around in my hands.

They were seriously going to pay for this.

It was a skintight strapless dress that stopped mid-thigh. Also there was an opening on the side where rhinestones formed an intricate pattern around the opening.

Seriously this looks like something Rose would wear or even Alice but not me!

There wasn't anything I could do. I told the girls they could do what they wanted and I guess this is what I got. The heels at least weren't anything I wasn't used to wearing at this point. Nearly 4-inch stilettos. Now these were gorgeous and I would wear them again. They were a silver color with flowers and rhinestones going down the top of the shoe down to the toes. I had to fix my make up a bit and I let my hair down and messed with it until I got it into the curls that Alice suggested I do.

I felt so out of place in this outfit. It's something I'd never wear. Ever.

Once I finished getting ready it had been nearly half an hour and made my way downstairs.

As I walked down I noticed Edward looking at some of our albums and pictures and I smiled. I couldn't wait to get my hands on this man.

He turned as I stepped off the last step and his jaw dropped.

I smirked at him.

"Well handsome, why don't we get going?" I winked at him as I walked past him.

I heard a sharp intake of his breath and something that sounded like, "damn women is trying to kill me."

I smirked all the way until we got to his car.

A/N: Ok so I guess getting a few chapters out over spring break didn't quite work out . SORRY about that! But they will come when I have the time to write them! =)
