A/N: Hello, hello!
What to say about the royal wedding…
Let me say this…
My Chuck heart broke literally! How many times does he have to expose himself completely and then watch Blair choose the other one?
Also I felt very sorry for Blair (she looked gorgeous by the way!) She is in my opinion totally lost and confused. She thinks she's making the right decision and then it all falls apart! It don't say she is completely innocent.
It must be hard for Louis to hear someone you love say she loves somebody more. But to go a completely one eighty and all possessive like is maybe a bit much. Honestly if I were Louis I don't know what I would've done .
I liked the Eleanor and Chuck teaming part. She finally understands her daughter better than in all the other seasons. But I have to wonder isn't every bride nervous on her wedding day?
Okay, okay I admit I was wrong about the ''gasp'' worthy moment. I thought it was Dan en Blair running away together . Not Georgina being the new or old Gossip girl?
Over all I thought it was a good episode with minor flaws/setbacks. Can't wait how this all pans out!
I'm still a sap after all.
Alright that was my rant about the ''arc episode'' I would love to hear your opinions about the royal wedding.
Now back to businesses.
Thank you for your lovely reviews ManhattanACMxoxo and Sallysally! ( I'm getting fewer every chapter maybe my story is getting bad. If it is please tell me!)
I know my last chapter was fluffy and maybe filled with clichés, but don't we need more fluff in these angsty times? I know I do and if you don't then I apologize.
Now without further ado…
After they finished their hysteric laughing fit it dawned on Blair. Chuck Bass has pulled her in a fountain and they were now on public display. This isn't good Blair thought. Her outfit is ruined and this is hardly the behavior of a lady. Let alone stand of a Waldorf. What will the people say. Her mother surely will have a fit when she hears how her prim and proper daughter is seen in a public place in a fountain with that bad Bass boy laughing their asses off.
Blair was trying to get out of the fountain when a hand grabbed her wrist and pulled her back. With a splash Blair landed back on the cold titled floor of the fountain.
'Bass!' Blair huffed.
'Waldorf' Chuck answered.
'What do you think you're doing?' Blair asked irritated. The water was dirty and cold she wanted to get out because she could feel the water seep in places it didn't belong.
'Well you were going to leave me without giving me a hand or tell me that you're sorry.' 'So naturally I had to stop you because I'm pro justice.'
'Justice?' Blair asked confused.
'Yes justice… since it is your fault that we landed in this situation.'
'M-my fault?' Blair spluttered. 'How is this my fault Bass you pulled me in!'
'If my memory serves me correctly you pushed me in first Waldorf.'
'T-that wasn't…' Blair looked around they were still in the fountain. It was one thing to be in a fountain in the middle of the day. It was another thing to argue in a fountain in the middle of the day.
Chuck smiled smugly at Blair's faltering attempt to justify herself. Good he thought let's make you work for it once in a while. Since it's your fault in the first that we're having this discussion. This time she can't blame me for it. I'm just an unfortunate bystander who she ''happened'' to push into a fountain. She can't blame me for wanting a little bit of justice and maybe some revenge.
Blair sighed trying to find the perfect words to get out of this fountain but not admitting defeat.
'Fine Chuck if that's what you want to think so be it. But I'm not going to debate my and your actions while standing in a fountain soaking wet in the middle of the day in Central Park.' Blair made attempts to get out of the fountain.
Chuck was in no rush to help her. If she wants to get out of this fountain she can do it alone. I'm not helping.
Blair finally made it out of the fountain. Soaking wet she stood next to the fountain dripping on the tiles.
'You coming?' she asked while putting out her hand from him to grab.
Chuck stood up and takes Blair's hand.
Should I pull her back he thought devilishly.
Blair apparently saw the mischievous glint in Chuck's eyes and responded. 'I wouldn't even think about it Bass. Because if you do I'll drown you in this filthy water' she hissed. Chuck looked at the small layer of water and laughed. 'And how were you supposed to do that when there's only 5 inch of water?' 'Trust me I'd find a way' Blair hissed.
Chuck let the idea slide and grasps Blair's hand letting her pull him out. There's been enough Blair bashing for one day he thought.
What they didn't notice was to somebody was taking a picture of the them while they were getting out of the fountain
They were walking in silence towards the exit. The only noise that came for them was the squishing from water in Chuck's shoes whenever he takes a step.
'Oh I can't go home looking like this' Blair groaned. 'And Serena is out of town for a day.'
'Well you're always welcome in my suite darling. And any other place that matters' Chuck said while putting an arm around her waist.
Blair stepped aside and scoffed. 'Why would I do that?' 'Because I have fresh towels and… room service.' Blair looked hesitant. It's a tempting offer she thought. Since Serena is out of town and I can't go home looking like a drenched cat. What more can there possibly happen if I go with him?
Chuck sensed her inner struggle. And prodded a little further. Anything that would involve a wet Blair Waldorf in his room is so much better than his usual plan for the evening. Maybe he would even get her so far that she was willing to take her wet cold clothes off and take a shower.
He has to try because he is Chuck Bass for crying out loud. Naked girls are his water and bread after all. The foresight of having Blair naked in his shower is making his appetite even bigger.
'Come on you know you want to…' he drawled.
'Fine' Blair couldn't resist his tempting offer anymore. 'But only because I have no place else to go.'
'Of course.' Chuck phoned his driver to bring the car around.
While waiting for the car Chuck saw Blair shiver.
'Shouldn't you take your jacket off?' he asked. 'Why?' Blair asked suspiciously. If this was some ploy for her to take her clothes off it wasn't working because they were in public. And a lady like Blair doesn't take her clothes off in public it isn't ladylike.
'You might catch a cold' he said a little bit concerned maybe. Blair smiled to herself. 'Don't worry Bass, Waldorfs have impeccable immune systems.' Right after she said that Blair sneezed. 'Maybe it skipped a generation' Chuck teased. Blair groaned but undid herself from her jacket.
The limo came around and Chuck wanted to say something to Blair until he saw the two lumps straining against her blouse.
'My, my somebody is feeling rather cold.' Blair sighed. 'What are you talking about now Bass' she looked at him but soon followed his gaze that leaded to her breasts.
'Chuck!' she exclaimed indignantly while crossing her arms over her chest.
'What?' he said innocently trying to hold back a grin.
They walked over to the limo Arthur held the door open for the couple. He was a bit surprised to see them all wet but then again his boss did more unusual things then that so he let it slide.
'Want me to warm them up for you?' Chuck asked seductively while sliding into the limo's leather seats.
'You're heinous' Blair spat. She was going to sit far away from Chuck when he was obvious lusting after her breasts.
Chuck couldn't suppress a chuckle. He loved it when she got so bitchy with him.
He pulled his flask with scotch out of the many secret hiding places in the limo. After he took a thirsty gulp he offered Blair some. 'Want some?' he asked while holding out the flask with the amber colored liquor in it. 'What is it?' Blair asked. 'Scotch' he answered. 'Might get you to warm up bit since you won't let me do the honors.' Blair didn't looked like she was about to grab the flask so he pulled the flask back a bit. 'Unless…' he started but before he could finish Blair already pulled the flask and took a big gulp.
Blair tried not to cough as the strong fluid went down her throat. She didn't want to look childish. Instead she hiccoughed.
Both said nothing the rest of the ride. Both were tired from the day's activities and witty banter.
They woke up from their little cap naps when Arthur opened the door for them.
'We're here Mr. Bass' he said.
'Thank you Arthur.' Chuck and Blair stepped out of the limo.
They arrived at the Palace.
How did he know where to go when Chuck didn't even give him orders? Blair thought dazed. 'I have a special hand signal for the Palace' said Chuck out of nowhere. 'Very clever' Blair said still dazed she needed some food in her belly.
Together they walked to the entrance and straight to the elevators.
Chuck fumbled with his keys when they reached the suite door.
'Hurry up will you I'm freezing here!' Blair put her arms around her trying to stop the shivering. 'Relax Waldorf don't get your panties in a twist.'
Finally Chuck stopped messing with his keys and opened the door. Blair rushed in greeting the welcome warmth of the suite.
'I'll get us some towels' and he walked towards his bedroom. Chuck glanced in his father's room but there was no sight of him. Probably another urgent business call. Or he's out screwing twenty five-year old models Chuck muttered to himself.
He got the towels out of the cupboard and walked back to the living room.
'Here' he handed one to Blair. 'Thanks' she said while taking the towel and walking to the mirror.
Blair checked herself in the mirror and groaned. She was not at all looking like the prim and proper UES princess more like the wicked step-mother. Her hair was disheveled and looking all wild. Her clothes were stained and crumpled. And to top that all her make-up has run out. Not much but it wasn't pretty either.
I may be good Blair thought but I'm no miracle working. Especially if I didn't even have a proper brush to calm down my hair a bit. There is no other option. I have to shower. Because I can't go home looking like a scarecrow.
But that means…. I have to get naked in his suite. Something I swore from the beginning not to do ever.
Blair sighed inwardly. I'll just have to man up and ask him where the shower is. No big deal.
'You do know how to use a towel don't you'? Chuck asked snapping Blair out of her musings. Blair wanted to make spiteful comment back but swallowed the words just in time. If she wanted a shower she'll have to act charming. And retorting a spiteful wasn't helping much.
'Actually-' Blair began sweetly. 'I wondered if I can use your shower real quick?' Chuck was surprised he didn't even have to offer. This was certainly his lucky night. 'Because I can't go home looking like the wicked step-mother instead of the princess' Blair explained in response to his surprised face.
'Which do you prefer? The guest bathroom or… mine?' 'Because the guest bathroom is nice if you like small and dingy.' 'But mine therein against is large and luxurious and the greatest plus point of all it can fit two people…' Chuck ended with a pointed look.
Blair gritted her teeth. Stay calm you have to put this charade to get out of here as quick as possible she thought.
'Seeming as I'm a guest here it is only appropriate that I'll use the guest bathroom' she continued sweetly.
Chuck was impressed that she would stay so calm after his not so subtle innuendo. But he thought to soon her façade cracked a bit.
'Normally I would love large and luxurious, but there's something about this evening that I require my space now more than ever' Blair said her voice laced with sweetness and a hint of venom.
'So if you will excuse me now I'm going to take a quick shower.' Blair grabbed her purse walked in what she thought was the good direction until Chuck spoke to her. 'It's on the other side Blair' said Chuck also sweetly.
Blair turned and walked to the bathroom door closing it with a wham.
So much for a graceful retreat… Chuck smirked and he continued to dry himself off.
After Chuck had dried himself off called room service took a quick shower also and putted some fresh clothes on Blair still hadn't come out from the bathroom. Has she drowned or something? he thought. What's taking her so long?
He wanted to check on her almost when the door opened and a clean and fresh looking Blair came out.
'Hah, that was refreshing!' Blair sighed happily. 'Took you long enough' Chuck said eyeing her curiously she looked relaxed and content even. 'Oh hush! It wasn't that long' she said while tilling up the lids from various plates to see what for delicious goods they contain.
'Oh really well let me give you the recital from the things I did while you were in the bathroom.' 'I dried myself off called room service took a quick shower and even got the time to match my clothes' he said while leering at her scruffy looking clothes.
'Well-' Blair began a little embarrassed trying to smooth out some wrinkles on her skirt. 'My appearance needs time and care.' 'And also Rome wasn't built in a day Bass.'
Trying to change the subject Blair asked. 'What have you ordered Chuck? It looks delicious. I hope you enjoy it.' Blair made her way over to the door grabbing her somewhat dry jacket along the way. 'Enjoy your evening Bass see you at school!' and she turned around. Grabbing the doorknob and turned it around to open it but Chuck stopped her.
'I'm flattered to think you would think I could eat this much and still hold my amazing physical body but I ordered for the both of us.' Blair looked stunned was the great Chuck Bass actually being nice to her? Impossible it must be an act she thought.
'Because what for kind of host would I be if I let this hot piece of ass' he gave her a slap on her ass 'go starved and unsatisfied out of my suite?' 'People talk you know' he gave her a wink and escorted her back to the waiting table. There we go Blair thought his hidden agenda. Still she couldn't help but smile a bit she did get a compliment even if it's from Chuck Bass and it involves my behind.
'I'm impressed Bass you have some manners, but if you ever put your hand where you'd just put it I'll make sure you have instead of two hands one hand and that you can't walk straight for the rest of your life' Blair smiled sweetly at him and took a seat at the bar.
'Oh feisty!' 'I had no idea that you were thinking of my manly parts that much Waldorf.'
'I'll show you mine if you show me yours…'
'Just eat Bass you can think about me in your dreams. Because that's the only place you ever get to see me naked…'
They both smirked and started eating.
A/N: Another chapter completed!
In the next chapter there comes a little bit more depth. Even though I love fluff , romance and humor every story needs a bit of drama. Or else I will be falling into a pattern.
As always tell me what you think. The good the bad the worse everything is welcome! As long as you can give solid arguments why it is bad or worse!
Reviews are like sunbeams on a rainy day :D And I do love my sunshine!
Until next time…
