City of Hopeless Hearts

Sequel to CoFA. Clary went back up to the rooftop of the building where everything changed. Jace had disappeared, with Sebastian. He's been gone for two weeks now, and when he comes back, things get shaken up, and he brings the fate that everyone was unconsciously fearing. I swear on the Angel I wrote this before I read CoLS. I suck at summaries just give it a whirl.

6. He came

Her scream came almost immediately.

"ISABELLE! HELP!"

It hurt to know she wouldn't even call me on instinct anymore, but I knew instantly whatever was wrong, Sebastian had caused it. It took one second and in two strides I was out the door and practically flying down the stairs, to Clary, my world.
