Alright! I have 2 announcements!
The first is since it's clear only one person's going to review…I've put a poll on my profile regarding who Maya should be with/without.
The second is…drumroll…Maya will be joining the crew! Anyways I'll also have a surprise at the end of this arc that'll leave you thinking, "How'd I not see that coming?"

Chapter 6. The Slope, A.K.A the Day Maya Swore To Kill Nami
Maya and Zoro made it to the slope to see Nami had just beaten Usopp with her staff. "THE TREASURE IN THAT BOAT'S MINE! I WON'T GIVE THEM TO ANYONE, NOT A SINGLE BELI!" Scary…Maya shivered.
"Oh hey Zoro, Maya." Nami greeted nonchalantly. "THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY?!" They both exclaimed. "Jeez you don't have to yell." She said, Okay she's dead. Maya thought.
"Anyways where's Luffy? Wasn't he ahead of you two?" Zoro asked. They looked at each other and shrugged. "Maybe he got lost, or ran away?"
Zoro shook his head, "Probably lost. It's not like Luffy to just up and run like that." Nami nodded. "Okay so lets get them! I'll support you!" Usopp said.
"Why do I have to do it!?" Nami said. "I'm a girl how can I fight a bunch of pirates?!"
"Maya's a girl, too! And I'm a man but my legs are shaking!"
"Well I'm crying!"
"YOUR EYES ARE BONE DRY!"
Maya and Zoro sweatdropped.
"NOW! GET THEM WHILE THEY'RE DISTRACTED!"
"Here they come!"
Usopp started fumbling through his pur- erm bag. "Oh! I got some caltrops!" "Well hand us some!" Maya exclaimed.
"Take this!" They began throwing them at the ground in front of the pirates while Zoro slashed some with one of his swords."MY SPINE!" One of his unlucky shouted.
Usopp began throwing random marbles at them with his slingshot. "Nice!" Maya said.
"You guys are doing great! I'll go take a rest now!"
"YOU HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING!" Maya screamed. Nami ignored her and walked away. "Crap!" She heard her exclaim. "There're some caltrops behind us!"
"That was you wasn't it?!" Usopp yelled. "I swear one of these days I'll kill you!" Maya swore.
Suddenly, one of the pirates somehow got through the caltrops and whammed him with a mallet! "Usopp!" Maya exclaimed and whacked the unnamed pirate with her staff…hard.
"Ow! Get out of the way, Girlie!"
Maya stopped right in her tracks and gave him an extremely demented look. "What did you call me?" "Oh crap." Usopp muttered.
She punched the pirate so hard he flew into one of the faces. "CALL ME GIRLIE AGAIN AND I'LL SEND YOU INTO THE GRAND LINE!" She yelled and gave him a good hit on the stomach with her staff.
One very idiotic pirate attempted a stab on Usopp but was abruptly stopped by Nami, but then another pirate attempted a hit on her but was literally cut off by Zoro.
Jango spoke up, "Hey! Just get in the village! Don't pay attention to those kids!" I'm 17! "Did you forget about captain Kuro's plan? If you ruin it he will kill all of us!"
The pirates gave each other frightened looks, "Let's get to the village!" They began to run into the town…
…but then went flying.
"It's about time." Zoro muttered.
"USOPP WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME WHERE NORTH IS?!" Luffy shouted. Are you kidding? Maya sweatdropped.
"He's that strong?" She asked Zoro. He nodded, "Yep."
Luffy continued with his pointless argument, "You only said north! How was I supposed to know where north was?!"
"I saw you run first. I thought you knew!"
"Don't change the subject!"
Jango stared at them, "You were defeated by those kids?" He asked the pirate that was brutally beaten by Maya.
"Y-Yes. Blondie, Marimo and Straw-Hat are a bunch of demons!"
Said people gave the guy a death glare, which was enough to shut him up.
Jango then got out that weird blade from earlier and, "When I say 'one, two, Jango!' you will become stronger. All of your wounds will be healed and you will get stronger and stronger!"
"What are they doing?" Luffy asked
"Being hypnotized to get stronger." Nami said. "Is that even possible?" Maya asked.
"One, Two, JANGO!"
