Chapter 13
Zak POV
I woke up to pounding on my door. I looked over to see Aleksi, thankfully, still asleep. I was afraid that if she woke up she would be puking again. I got up and opened the door. Standing behind the door was none other than Dimitri. What the fuck did he want?
"What do you want?" I whispered. I didn't want to wake Leksi up.
"I just wanted to talk to you." I swear he was louder than fuck. Of course it woke Leksi.
"Zak? I don't feel very good." Then she bent over the edge of the bed and threw up in her trash can. The asshat looked over my shoulder.
"Female students aren't allowed in male dorms." He gave me a weird look and I lost any kind of forgiveness for him.
"One, she's my sister. And two, she doesn't feel good. None of the other teachers have ever had a problem with it." I crossed my arms. I needed to get to Aleksi before she got too upset.
"The rule still remains." I shook my head and closed the door. I locked it and wet over to Aleksi.
Rubbing her back usually helped. It didn't this time which bothered me. She laid back down and closed her eyes. "What did he want?"
"I don't know. Something about wanting to talk." She snorted and proceeded to throw up in the trashcan. "Are you okay?"
She shook her head. "My stomach hurts and so does my head. I think I'm actually sick." I picked her up.
"Zak what are you doing?" She squirmed trying to get down.
"We're going to Dr. Olendzky. I want to make sure you'll be okay." She shook her head again.
"I'll be fine. I'll get over it in a few days." Aleksi hated anything that had to do with doctors. Despite her struggling I made it to the infirmary.
Nikoli POV
I got worried when Aleksi and Zak didn't show up for class. By lunch I was frantic. I asked Marcus if he'd seen them. He shook his head. "No. I haven't seen them all day."
I left towards the dorms. I checked Aleksi's room first. She had a habit of skipping class. I knocked. There was no answer. I opened the door. I searched everywhere. There was nobody.
I went to Zak's room and just walked in. He was sitting there rubbing Leksi's back. The aforementioned girl was lying across the bed puking her guts up in a trash can. "Is she okay?" Zak nodded his head. A picture of Jeremy ran through my head. OMG. Did they have sex? Was Leksi pregnant? I was gonna kill that bastard!
I walked over to them. I bent down and whispered in Zak's ear. "Is she pregnant?" He gave me a look that said 'Is that really what you thought of?'
"No you single minded fool. She's actually sick believe it or not."
"Sorry. What's wrong with her?"
"She just has a virus. We can't do anything except wait for it to run its course."
I nodded and sat down on the other side of her. I rubbed her back like Zak was. "Do you want me to get Adrian or Lissa?" She nodded. I got up and pulled out my phone.
Adrian POV
My phone rang. I looked at the caller ID. Confusion swept through me. Nikoli had stopped calling me on a regular basis when he was seven. I answered it. "Hello?"
"Adrian, Aleksi's sick. She wants you to come down here." Aleksi was sick? Oh no no no no. We lost one kid that way.
"I'm on my way."
I got on the first plane to Missoula. We lived at court so it was a few hours until I reached my destination.
There is your chapter 13. Its short I know. I won't be updating for a few weeks. I'm going on vacation and I leave tomorrow. Review please
