a helicopter thunders over head bearly head over the roar of the ocean. waves crash into our small boat and rain drops start falling from the sky. the boat is at top speed and we aren't going fast enough to lose the dark colored helicopter. all too soon the boat runs out of gas.
"what now?!" zach shouts. the boat some how starts forward again while still being off. as we go we pick up speed, getting far faster then we have before. the girl's eyes seam to be glowing and she seams out of focus.
"now we're talking!" the boy shouts with a goofy smirk.
"who are you anyways?!" i ask. my hair falls out of it's bun and whips in my mouth and eyes.
"i'm john smith and that is lily goode," the boy states.
"wait lily goode?" zach asks shocked," as in g-o-o-d-e goode?"
"yeah. that's her didn't somebody tell you?" john asks.
"no so she's my sister?" zach demands.
"yeah," he taps on lily's shoulder and says,"we're here." the boat slows to a stop next to what looks to be a run down strawberry farm. by the look on zach's face he sees something different. we climb onto the land and walk over to the farm when suddenly i can't go any fruther.
"what's wrong gallgaher girl?" zach asks. john turns around then looks at lily as if to say 'i win now where is my money?'.
"i-i can't get through," i say.
"i, john smith, son of jupiter give you permission to enter the camp." the wall goes away and i can walk again. steping forward the run down farm turns into a bright camp. there are many cabins and lots of people from the ages 4 to 29. some are sword fighting others are playing sports or music, others are looking at mirrors.
"welcome," lily says dramaticly,"to camp half-blood."
