Chapter 2: Make-Over
"Okay, sit here" Hermione said, gesturing to a chair sitting at the desk. "And we'll get to work." Grumbling about how much he hated his life, Harry sat down on the chair. "Okay, take off your glasses and close your eyes." Ginny said. "Why?" "It's a surprise, you can't see." Harry sighed and removed his glasses, closing his eyes. He heared thumps, rattling, clinking and all sorts of noises as the girls gathered everything they needed. He felt one of them run through his hair with a brush. Or more attempt to rip it off his head.
"Ow! If I'm a girl now, I would like to have some hair on my head." he muttered. "Well, it's not my fault your hairs knotty." Ginnys voice answered him. He heard hangers clinking, which Harry supposed meant Hermione was picking out an outfit for him.
"Okay, open your eyes for a second." Ginnys voice commanded him.
He shoved his glasses back on, and opened his eyes. Ginny was holding up a few nail polish bottles. "No." Harry said immediately. "Please?" she said giving him the puppy eyes again. "Ugh fine, just don't look at me with those bloody puppy eyes!" he said exasperated. SHe grinned. "Okay, pick a color." she said. She held up a deep red, a bright blue, a neon green, a hot pink, a dark purple, and black." "Er...Neon green." Harry said. "Good choice. Off with the glasses!" she said. Hermione laughed. "What?" Ginny asked. "Oh, it's a Muggle movie, whenever somebody does something wrong, the queen goes 'Off with his head!'" she said giggling.
"Well, barbaric queen." Ginny said. Hermione nodded. Ginny grabbed one of Harrys hands and began to paint his nails. "Ginny, I've got the perfect outfit." Hermione declared. "Let me see." Ginny said. She gasped. "Oooh, that's perfect!" she said. She went back to painting Harrys nails. "Okay, now just sit there, don't move your hands, just let them dry." Ginny told him. Harry did as she asked, and a while later they were dry.
"Okay, glasses on." Hermione said. He put them on again. "Here." she said, shoving an outfit into his arms. He held it out and looked at it. It was a pair of knee-length jeans, and a red off the shoulder top. "You like it?" Hermione asked. Harry shrugged. "I'm a guy, I don't have fashion sense." "Oh, and one more thing." Ginny said. She threw a black piece of clothing through to him. Oh no. this is not happening. Harry thought when he saw what it was. It was a bra. He groaned. "I know it's awkward, but you're a teenage girl, sort of. You have to." "We'll leave, and you change in here." Hermione said. They left. Harry stripped out of his baggy clothes (which were even more baggy now) and picked up the bra.
"Okay, lets see if I can figure this out." he tried. He tried agian. He tried twice more, until he finally got his arms through it correctly. After another three tries, he got it on completely. He got dressed and opened the door. "Oooh! That looks nice." Ginny said. Hermione nodded her agreement. "Kay, glasses off again, sit." Harry huffed but sat down, and removed his glasses again. He felt brushes on his eyelids and cheeks. He sighed, but knew better than to argue. "Okay, pucker your lips." Hermione commanded him. He did. He felt her applying lipgloss. "Okay, done." both girls announced.
He stood up, put on his glasses. He looked great! He had on light red eyeshadow, a little blush, and pink lipgloss. "Here." Ginny said tossing him a pair of black flip flops. He put them on, and walked downstairs with them. When they all saw him, Ron stared, the twins wolf whistled, and Molly gasped. "Oh, Harry dear, you look great!" she exclaimed. "Thanks, but it was all them." he said gesturing to Hermione and Ginny. He sat down in between Ron and Hermione. Ron was still openly gaping at him. "Er...Ron?" Harry said. Ron started, then his whole face, and ears turned bright red. "Oh, and don't call him 'Harry' anymore. It's Hannah." Hermione said.
