The Doctor surprised Marissa and me and took us to a planet that orbited around a poisonous star that looked like our sun. The place was beautiful, everything was blue crystal. Everything around the thick glass that is. Because of the poisonous sun, it could vaporize any living thing in seconds. Even though we had to be in glass, the thought was still nice. The Doctor pulled out two tickets to an all day spa. Marissa gladly took one and gave the Doctor a big hug. I gave him a kiss on the cheek. When we got to the spa, the Doctor pulled me aside.

"I heard about this trip where they take you to a place called Midnight. Where everything is pure sapphire. Sapphire waterfalls, everything." the Doctor said excitedly, I think he really wanted to go. But I really wanted to do the spa day with Marissa. On the other hand, it would be nice to do something alone with the Doctor. But I don't want to leave Marissa by herself.

"Could we at least ask Marissa about it? I don't want to leave her alone." I gave him my puppy eyes. He sighed and let me ask Marissa.

"But everything here is sapphire, why do you want to go somewhere where there's even more?" she sounded confused.

"Sapphire waterfalls?" the Doctor asked with his goofy smile.

"Eh. I'd rather stay here, but hey. You two be careful now." Marissa pointed her finger at us.

"How long will it take?" she asked.

"About four hours" the Doctor looked at me and nodded.

"Four hours? That's like a school trip, no thank you. Well I'll see you guys when you get back."

"Hey you be careful too alright?" the Doctor called back as we turned away.

"Don't worry this glass is fifteen feet thick, I'm fine." Marissa assured.

"Alright and then when we come back we're going to try out that new restaurant!" the Doctor shouted as he grabbed my hand.

"It's a date then, well not exactly. Oh you know what I mean just run off you two love birds!" was the last thing she shouted back. With that, the Doctor and I ran. I was dragged along mostly since the Doctor was a much faster runner than I am. When we got to the station, the Doctor pulled out his psychic paper to the hostess. The best thing about traveling with the Doctor is that you get to get into very big places that a normal person wouldn't be able to get to. The bus was relatively small with dark blue carpets and grey seats and walls. The Doctor sat in the second row on the right side. He gave me the seat closest to the wall and wrapped his arm around me. I was kind of glad Marissa didn't come along so we could have some alone time. The Doctor gave me a kiss on my forehead. The hostess came by and gave us everything but the kitchen sink. There was complimentary headphones, slippers, peanuts, you name it. An old man with black thick rimmed glasses and a young dark skinned woman sat behind us.

"The name is professor Hobs!" he gave the Doctor a polite handshake, he gave me a slight nod and smile. The girl was more friendly towards me.

"My name is DeeDee." she smiled. I looked around and saw a blonde hair lady sitting in the very first row with a book in her hand. She looked very miserable to me. She had thick eye liner and wore an all black outfit. I looked to see a couple with their son who looked like a goth kid. The kind of kids who I used to hang out with. His parents were very friendly, his dad had short black hair and a small mustache. His mother had dirty blonde hair that fell to her ears. The boy himself had black hair as well and he was wearing all black. He noticed me and smiled. I smiled back and waved. I noticed the Doctor looking at me with jealousy.

"Doctor don't start. You know that you're the only one for me." I giggled. The Doctor was still looking serious.

"You should be dating boys like him, someone who's human." he glared at the boy for awhile and let it go. When the hostess was finished handing out everything. She told us about all the entertainment. There was obnoxious music and the television was bursting with loud laughter. How was the Doctor and I supposed to have a romantic time with all this noise? Though with the episode before I don't even know if there will be a romantic time. The Doctor pulled out his sonic screw driver slowly and then all the electronics stopped. Peace at last.

"Oh bummer." the Doctor said quietly. He turned to me and winked with a smile. I winked back.

"What are we supposed to do now?" the man with the mustache asked.

"Well we're just going to have to talk to each other then." the Doctor said as he turned around in his chair. Following his lead, I left my seat and went over to the gothic boy. I found out his name was Jethro and he was like any other teenage boy. We talked for a very long time it seemed. Getting tired of sitting, I decided to get a drink of water that was in the back. The Doctor was there with DeeDee, chatting away about one of her discoveries. I tried to get my water as quickly and smoothly as possible but the Doctor stopped me with his arm. I couldn't resist and stayed to join in on the conversation. I'm guessing the Doctor moved on with the whole dating thing and I guessed I should too. After that, the Doctor sat next to the lonely blonde hair lady and they had dinner. I sat with Jethro again and we had dinner together. I was hoping for a romantic time with the Doctor, this is nothing at all what I expected. Professor Hobs wanted to tell everyone his theories about the place we were going. The Doctor and I were finally sitting together, maybe we could cuddle while this was going on. Sadly he only had his arm around me because he was too intrigued by this man's words.

"How do you know if something isn't out there?" Jethro asked.

"That's the thing we don't know what's out there." the professor answered. Suddenly the vehicle began to shake violently and there was loud banging coming from outside. I held onto the Doctor tightly. The Doctor got up and went to the cabin with the drivers. I didn't know of I was supposed to sit there and wait or if I should've went in with him. I decided to do the right thing and waited in my seat. The Doctor came back with a half calm half worried look on his face. He sat back down next to me.

"Is everything alright sweetheart?" I asked as I placed my hand on his shoulder.

"It's just a little bit of mechanical problems, everything is alright." he assured me as he placed his hand over mine.

"Something's wrong isn't there?" Jethro's mother asked.

"Everything is alright please remain in your seats." the hostess said with a shaky banging started again. The Doctor stood up again and listened to the sound carefully. The Doctor pulled out the device where doctors are able to listen to your heart and pressed it against the wall. The banging was everywhere. The creature tried to open the door.

"It's trying to open the door!" DeeDee pointed with a shaky hand.

"There is no 'it.' There's nothing out there!" the professor tried to sound calm. Bang, bang on the door again. Everyone jumped back. The banging was all over the vehicle again. Bang, bang on the door.

"That's the entrance can it get in?" Jethro's mother asked.

"No, it's impossible." DeeDee said with certain.

"Don't encourage them!" the professor whispered. Jethro's father walked up to the door and knocked on it three times. The creature answered back three times too. Everyone started to panic.

"Did you hear that? Three times!" Jethro's mother said.

"Everyone just calm down." the Doctor said.

"Everyone just go back to their seats." the hostess said scared out of her mind.

"Stop telling us what to do, your the hostess why don't you do something?" the lonely blonde hair lady shouted. She seemed to be the most terrified out of all of us. The Doctor knocked on the door four times and waited for a reply. Four knocks back.

"What the hell is making that noise? She'd said it'll get me! Make it stop make it stop!" the lonely lady shouted. Everyone was staring at her with worry.

"Stop staring at me! He's the reason this is happening." the lady shouted, pointing at the Doctor.

"Miss calm down!" I shouted at her. Being calm was out of the proportion. The Doctor outstretched his arm warning me and the others to back off. The noise was above us now, closer and closer it was reaching toward the lady who was shouting. Suddenly, she screamed and the whole vehicle began to shake as if it were an earthquake. The Doctor and I tried to hold onto each other but the rumbling was keeping us from holding on, I was scared out of my mind. I wanted to be in the Doctor's arms. The shaking finally stopped and I plopped onto a seat forcefully. I tried my hardest to stand up. The Doctor was at my side and helped.

"Are you alright love?" I shook my head and smiled.

"Are you?" I asked while trying to regain my balance. He nodded in response. He had a determined look on his face.

"Are we? Is everyone alright?" he asked as he held onto my hand. I didn't want to let it go. By the moans of everyone, it seemed that they were alright.

"That must've been an earthquake." said the professor.

"But that's impossible."said DeeDee.

"Everyone grab a torch they're in the back." said the hostess. Jethro walked closer to me and the Doctor.

"Jethro sweetheart come over here. Are you alright?" his mother asked shaking.

"Never mind me, what about her?" he asked while pointing the flash light to the corner. The woman who was shouting awhile ago was crouched in the corner with her hands on her head, not making a sound.

"What happened to the seats? They've been ripped up!" DeeDee shrieked. The Doctor walked over to the lady in the corner. I walked with him but he pushed me back with his arm.

"Stay back, I don't want you to get hurt" he said to me in my head, I obeyed and stood there watching my Doctor trying to help.

"It's alright it's over now, we're safe. See the walls are still intact." the Doctor's voice was calm and soothing. The hostess tried to contact the drivers but they didn't respond, she went to the open the cabin door and suddenly the vehicle was filled with the light from the sun. Everyone started to scream and the hostess shut the door. The drivers just vanished, the whole front of the vehicle vanished! Everyone was really panicking now. The Doctor walked over to a panel and opened it with the sonic screwdriver. He checked out the mechanics to see if anything was wrong.

"Yep, it's gone, the cabin, the driver and the mechanic." he said so calmly.

"The cabin can't be gone!" the professor said.

"Don't you, they saved us, they sent for help, they are going to find us." the Doctor outstretched his hand.

"Darling just look at her." I said trying to sound calm as I possibly can. The woman wouldn't move.

"What was her name?" the professor asked.

"Miss Sky Sylvestery." the hostess stuttered. The Doctor crept up to her slowly.

"Sky? Can you hear me Sky?" the Doctor asked. I moved closer enough to be able see the Doctor from a distance.

"The noise outside it stopped." Jethro said.

"Oh thank god for that!" his mom praised.

"But what if it's not outside anymore? What if it got in? It came for her!" I said almost crying, I wanted to be calm for the Doctor but I couldn't do it, I've never been so scared before in my life, and I've dealt with monsters scarier than this.

"Sky? It's alright Sky? Why don't you turn around? Turn around and face me?" the Doctor said almost whispering. With that, Sky turned around and started to stare at all of us. Her eyes looked demonic. She then turned to the Doctor. He cocked his head to the side very slowly and she did the same.

"Sky?" he asked waiting for an answer.

"Sky?" she said back. The Doctor looked intrigued.

"Sky? Are you alright? Can you hear me?" he asked with her repeating everything he said.

"I'm the Doctor, I'm hear to help you." he said calmly.

"I'm the Doctor, I'm hear to help you." Sky repeated.

"You don't have to talk."

"You don't have to talk."

"Okay can you stop that?" he sounded like he was getting annoyed.

"Okay can you stop that?" she repeated.

"How is she doing that?" Jethro's dad asked with her repeating. Over and over people kept asking the Doctor questions and Sky kept repeating.

"Everyone just stop it!" the Doctor tried to calm everyone down but they were too scared.

"Why are you repeating?" the Doctor asked. Sky stared at him while she was repeating everything he said.

"What is that learning? Copying, absorbing." the Doctor tested her with the square root of pi and she copied him word for word.

"That's impossible!" said the professor.

"Tell it to stop its driving me mad!" said Jethro's mother. Everyone was shouting at her. The Doctor and I were trying to get them to stop but they wouldn't listen. Suddenly, the lights came back on.

"The back up system came on." said the hostess.

"Well that's a bit better." said Jethro's dad.

"Now everyone just calm down! Why don't we just leave her, alone" said the professor. I looked at the Doctor and he looked at me.

"Doctor." I said worried.

"I know." he said firmly. Instead of repeating, Sky was saying it at the exact same time.

"How is she doing that?" the professor asked. Jethro's mother was really starting to panic. It was weird hearing Sky saying it at the exact same time.

"That's impossible." said DeeDee.

"There's not even a delay." said the professor.

"This is really, really weird." Said Jethro with a smile.

"I think we all need to be very, very quiet have you got that?" asked the Doctor as he stood there with his hands behind his back.

"How is she doing that?" asked Jethro's mother.

"How is she doing that? She's got my voice she's got my words!" she shouted.

"All of you please stop it!" the Doctor was getting angry and I don't blame him.

"Sky is Sky still in there? You know exactly what I'm going to say how are you doing that?" the Doctor continued to test her. Why did he tell us to stop talking but yet he's continuing to do it?

"Roast beef. Bananas. The medusa cascade. Bang! Jade collier, Marissa Maravilla, TARDIS." she was saying it at the exact same time, it was unreal.

"Oh Doctor you're so handsome. Yes I am thank you!" he smiled. I smiled too, he didn't need to hear it from her, I could've told him he was handsome myself.

"I wonder what the next stage will be?" the Doctor asked while rising.

"I don't think that's Mrs. Sylvestery anymore." said Jethro as his mother started to cry.

"Why don't we all just get back. Come on everyone!" the Doctor held onto my shoulders and pushed me along. His hand's grip was getting stronger, was he terrified as much as I was? We all went to the back where there was a glass wall and they all coward behind it. I stayed in the front with the Doctor.

"Fifteen minutes that's all we need. She's not exactly strong, all she's got is our voices." the Doctor looked at everyone and wrapped his arm around me.

"I can't look at her with those eyes!" Jethro's mother stepped back further. DeeDee recited a poem and the Doctor stared at her.

"I don't think that's helping."

"She is not a monster, she is just a very sick woman!" demanded the professor.

"Maybe that's why it went for her, because she was the most scared out of all of us." I said looking down at the floor.

"I think that she's still in there, I'm going to try and help." the Doctor said.

"You can help, but I'm not going anywhere near her!" said Jethro's dad.

"No I don't want you to because if she's copying us maybe the next stage is becoming us. I don't her becoming me, things could get messy." The Doctor looked at everyone.

"Oh, what makes you so special?" Jethro's mom asked. I glared at her for a second.

"As a matter of fact I am thank you very much."

In the background, I could hear Sky speaking at the exact same time.

"We should throw her out!" Said the hostess with Sky saying it at the same time.

"Could we do that?" Jethro's mom asked. The Doctor was shaking his head and looked at me.

"Whatever that thing is, it killed the driver."

Everyone was discussing on throwing her out. He Doctor seemed to be getting irritated.

"If that thing gets to a hospital what if it spreads?" The hostess sounded terrified.

"Nothing won't happen because I will be there to contain it." The Doctor was trying his hardest to stay calm.

"Two people are dead!" The hostess shouted.

"Don't make it a third!" The Doctor sounded firm, he was losing his patience.

"Jethro, sweetheart what do you think?" The Doctor waited patiently. Jethro and I looked at each other for a little bit.

"I don't want to kill anyone." Jethro said.

"Me neither." I agreed.

"They're just kids." His mom said.

"So we don't get a vote?" Jethro shouted.

"All of you this is not a vote and it's not happening." The Doctor was shouting.

"If you want to throw her out you'll have to get through me first!" The Doctor threatened. There was a moment of silence.

"Alright. Fine by me." Everyone was saying. My heart stopped.

"Oh now you're just being stupid. Could you really have the strength to throw someone out?" The Doctor shouted in Jethro's dad's face.

"You calling me a coward?" He yelled back.

"Who made you in charge?" Jethro's mom asked. She turned to me and looked away as quickly as she could for I gave her the most terrifying face I could give. No one should question the Doctor at a time like this. Why can't they just listen?

"You're a Doctor of what exactly?" Professor Hobs asked. Everyone was ganging up on him. Asking him how we got on, what his name was. They then asked me how do I know this man. I answered them quickly.

"He's my boyfriend, that's how I know know him! You guys are acting like idiots!" I shouted.

"Did he tell you his name? If you two are love birds you should know each other's secrets." Everyone was asking. I looked at the Doctor with worried eyes.

"Uh, John Smith." That didn't sound sincere. I felt stupid for saying it like that. They kept calling us liars.

"Okay, I'm fascinated by her because whatever's inside her is brand new." The Doctor explained.

"So you wanted this to happen?" Jethro's mom asked.

"No!" The Doctor rolled his eyes.

"You were talking to her before this! You were talking to the driver! You call us humans like you're not one of us! How do you know what to do?" They all shouted. I covered my ears because of how loud it was getting.

"BECAUSE I'M CLEVER!" The Doctor shouted at the top of his lungs. That was the first time I saw him lose his temper.

"I see, that makes things perfectly clear!" Said professor Hobs.

"Then what makes us idiots?" Jethro's dad asked. Yeah, right now you guys are.

"You were looking down at us from the moment you stepped foot in here! He's basically volunteering to go!" Everyone was shouting again. This was nerve racking. It's a good thing Marissa didn't go with us, though she'd probably have a better control with the crowd.

"Come on just listen to yourselves please!" The Doctor shouted.

"Maybe we should throw him out as well." Jethro's dad said. The Doctor looked at me, his eyes filled with familiar worry. There was a moment of silence. Are they really willing to throw out the only man who could help us?

"Alright, I know you're scared trust me I'm scared too but we all have to cool off and think!" The Doctor looked scared just like he said. I would be too if people are thinking on throwing me out into the unknown.

"Listen you people need me! You need me!" He shouted.

"You're repeating more than her!" Professor Hobs said.
