"I can't believe it!" Naruto exclaimed in excitement, eyes wide in amazement at what he had just been told. "Wait until Neji hears about this!"

Neji was one of his closest friends, and a person who he could trust to have his back at all times. However, he hadn't always been that way. Naruto distinctly remembered his fight against Neji during the Chuunin Exams; the very reason for his behaviour had been his belief that his father had been chosen as a sacrifice for the Main Family. Though he was much different now, he would be overjoyed at the news his father was alive, provided both he and Hizashi make it back to their original dimension.

However, upon hearing the name, Hizashi tilted his head slightly in sudden confusion. "Neji? Who is that?"

Naruto's eyes suddenly narrowed, his earlier excitement forgotten in the face of logic. Something was clearly not right. From what he understood, Hizashi had loved his son dearly. There was not a chance that he would forget him. Amnesia could not be claimed either, as Hizashi clearly knew him and remembered his father. Palming a kunai, he decided to test him.

"Well, why don't we forget about that for a minute. Why are you using the Caged Bird Seal?"

"They deserve it! They deserve to know my pain! They deserve to feel what I felt while they lived happy, peaceful lives!" Hizashi yelled suddenly in response, his eyes glittering with barely restrained fury. And while part of it was understandable, Naruto knew for a fact that the real Hizashi Hyuuga would never wish the Caged Bird Seal on anyone. All he had wanted was for it to be abolished, along with the concepts of a Main and Branch family.

He was ready to find out who this really was, and also how they knew about his father of all people. Naruto decided to ask one final question.

"Hizashi, howow did you die?"

"I was killed by the Caged Bird Seal," Hizashi said, slightly more calm now. The anger still remained in his eyes, and some could be heard in his voice as he mentioned the seal, but it was more restrained.

That answer was the final nail in the coffin, so to speak, as Naruto realized that this was definitely not Hizashi Hyuuga. All that remained was some quick capture and interrogation.

"I see," Naruto said, carefully making sure his kunai was hidden from his enemy. "I'm sorry, Hizashi."

"For what?"

"For the world of hurt I'm about to put you through."

Naruto smiled, and an instant later, he was in front of the fake Hizashi, his knee planted in his stomach. Spittle flew from his target's mouth, followed by a light groan as Naruto pushed him down, a kunai held to his neck.

"What is the meaning of this, Naruto?!"

Naruto pressed the kunai against his neck, drawing a thin line of blood. "Don't you dare lie to me. Hizashi Hyuuga died years ago! Who the hell are you?" he said, voice turning into a growl towards the end.

Hizashi stared at him, before he chuckled. Unlike before, where it was lighthearted and unassuming, this chuckle was dark and menacing.

"So you figured it out. What gave it away?"

"It was more of a hunch than anything, cause Hizashi's body is supposed to be in Kumo. But, you know what? If you were Hizashi, then you never would've forgotten Neji! You never would have forgotten your son!" Naruto said, glaring down at the stranger. A minuscule amount of Kyuubi's chakra leaked into him, giving his voice a slightly deeper tone. Breathing deeply, he forced it down, not wanting to lose his head over something so small.

"Who are you, really?"

'Hizashi' chuckled once more, before his face morphed into the face of his father, the Yondaime Hokage.

"Who knows who I am?"

Naruto continued to stare in shock as his face continued to morph, changing into the faces of various people he knew. Tazuna, Lee, Sakura, Kakashi, Teuchi, Ayame, the Sandaime Hokage and Sasuke. He jumped away immediately, kunai held carefully in front of him as he studied the stranger.

Then, his body began changing. His skin bulged and ripped, giving way to what looked like black, scaled hide. He grew dramatically in size, shooting from six feet to over thirty. The faces merged into the vaguely humanoid body, deforming and reforming as they went. His back bulged next, and out burst to gigantic, leathery wings. Horns slowly sprouted from the thing's monstrous head, curling down from the sides of his head as they ended near the corners of it's mouth, where razor sharp teeth looked back at him.

"Who knows who I am, Naruto?"

It had stopped transforming now, and it was beyond hideous. It's arms were reptilian, with three claws for fingers. It's legs appeared to be made of some kind of metal, shaped to appear like a humans leg. It's torso was pitch black, like it had burned for eternity.

"Who are you? What are you?" Naruto said, looking upon in shock.

The thing chuckled, it's voice grating against Naruto's ears.

"I am the fifth demon of the black mage, Zeref! I am Enceladus! I know all, little shinobi."

'Are you freaking kidding me? I fucking demon?!'

It was safe to say that Naruto was freaking out.

"How do you know me? Where I'm from? Tell me!"

"I sensed you the minute you stepped foot in this world. I was curious, it had been too long since a shinobi stepped foot in the land of magic. So I sought you out. I invaded you're mind while you slept and I realized that with the Kyuubi sealed within you, feasting upon you will keep me fed for generations to come! As for the seal, which you are undoubtedly going to ask- do not be so arrogant to presume that you are the first shinobi to come by these lands. A Hyuuga came by a fifteen years ago. I ate him, of course, giving me all his knowledge. It gave me this beautiful little seal here. Amazing, isn't it?"

"What do you mean, the Kyuubi would feed you for years to come?"

Enceladus looked at him, before bursting into laughter.

"Humans are such fools. The Kyuubi is a being of nearly unimaginable power. I could never hope to beat him in direct combat. I am not even close to a thousandth of his power! But then I stumbled upon you. The kid with the Kyuubi sealed in him, helpless to me. Helpless to my hunger!"

Inside of him, Naruto felt the Kyuubi's white hot rage, daring to consume the whole world in it's eternal hatred.

'This lesser demon dares presume I am helpless! Kill him, even if it's the last thing you do!' Kyuubi's voice raged in his mind, it's head banging against the bars of its cage.

Naruto ignored him, facing his enemy.

"I don't really know the hell you're talking about, but I want answers! How am I gonna remove the Caged Bird Seal from Katsumi? How am I gonna get back to my own world?"

"I'll tell you. That is if you manage to defeat me. And I assure you human, you won't even touch me."

Naruto narrowed his eyes, his chakra spiking. While he had been initially afraid of this creature, discovering that it did not even hold a candle to the Kyuubi was reassuring. That meant it was weaker than Shukaku as well, and he had faced Shukaku with Gamabunta. The demon before him didn't even give off the same essence of power that Shukaku had.

"If that's the way you wanna do it, then that's the way we'll do it!" he roared, clones forming around Enceladus.

"HAHAH-"

Enceladus began laughing, only to be cut off by a clone wielding a Rasengan. It buried into the base of its spine, the demon crashing into the ground. He growled in pain, his skin bleeding a yellow, borderline golden blood.

Naruto grinned wildly.

"Heh, you suck! I just touched you, stupid!"

Enceladus got up, his wings flapping his glare murderous.

"That's it human. You're going to die now! Let me explain my powers a bit! I can use any attack that I've seen being used by the person who's memories I've invaded! You know what that means?! All your attacks, useless!" Enceladus roared, red eyes shining shining with murderous intent.

Hearing what his magic was, Naruto's eyes widened at the implications.

'That means he can use any jutsu I can use! No, there must be some sort of weakness, some sort of flaw in this! He didn't know that Hizashi was Neji's father! But, he still knew that the Yondaime was my dad. I need to figure out his magic!'

"Allow me to demonstrate! This is how you do a Great Breakthrough!"

He flapped his wings mightily, and true to his word, a Great Breakthrough rushed at Naruto. He desperately pumped chakra into his feet to stay put, but the sheer size of the thing sent him flying through a tree almost thirty metres away, and cracking the large boulder behind it.

"Hah! You claim to beat me, but are already down! Weakling!"

Naruto stood shakily, his back groaning in protest from the abuse it had just been put through. "That freaking hurt! If I wasn't in Sage Mode I would've broken at least a couple ribs."

Speaking of Sage Mode, Naruto noticed that it had run out from the last impact.

'Great. Just freaking great.'

Before Naruto could say anything more, he was sent flying by a massive fist as Enceladus as Enceladus appeared before him. However, before he could taunt him further, he noticed the shattered remains of a log where Naruto would have been.

"Keh, a Kawarimi will not save you for lon- Gah!"

"Rasengan Barrage!"

The ground around Enceladus exploded, revealing about twenty clones of Naruto, all leaping at him, Rasengans in their hands and ready to kill. They collided all over his body, the attacks grinding away at his limbs. Enceladus roared, a leathery wing managing to dispel a few clones. Their Rasengans destabilized, exploding, leading to a chain react among the rest.

He was covered in some minor scorch marks, as well as dents in his metal legs. His arms appeared unharmed, but then again, Naruto couldn't tell due to the pitch black colour of the scales. However, he didn't seem to be in much pain

"You'll have to try harder human. That level of attack can't even touch me!"

Naruto felt slightly lost, a frown coming to his face as he thought of a plan of action while Enceladus was once more occupied by more clones.

'What the hell should I do?' he wondered. Thinking back to the only time he had really fought a demon, he smirked at the idea that came to mind.

Creating clones as diversions, he ran alongside them towards Enceladus, who was busy sweeping up his other remaining clones from earlier. While his clones joined their brethren in their war against the demon, the real Naruto discretely snuck around Enceladus.

Oh, he was so going to enjoy this.

Looking up at his target, Naruto grinned madly. Leaping forward, Naruto shoved a wind-coated kunai up Enceladus's...ass? Yup, his ass.

Enceladus roared in sudden pain, thrashing about. Naruto held steady using chakra, before he leapt off in the knick of time. Enceladus turned around immediately, growling and intent on crushing him, only to find Naruto still grinning like a madman.

"Mahalo, motherfu-"

BOOM!

The explosive tag that Naruto had attached to the hand of his kunai exploded just as Enceladus was about to speak. The large demon let out a rather feminine screech as it fell to one knee, supporting himself on it's clawed hands.

All the way in Suna, Gaara was relaxing in his chair, having just finished his paperwork, when he felt phantom pains coming from his lower regions.

'Why do I have the feeling that I want to kill Uzumaki in the most violent way I can think of all off a sudden? Odd.'

"It's not over yet!" Naruto roared, creating a thousand clones. They ran at the fallen Enceladus, their combined force kicking him high into the air. Naruto jumped above Enceladus along with multiple other clones, now in Sage Mode.

"Uzumaki Naruto Chou Odama Rasengan Barrage!"

The sky immediately in Enceladus's field of vision was filled with large blue balls of chakra about the same diameter as the length of his forearm, specks of orange dotted underneath them. The demon felt a twinge of fear as his instinct urged him to get away. Rather than crush it out of some kind of misguided pride, he decided to listen. Flapping his wings, he tried to right himself as the clones fell upon him one by one.

Managing to straighten himself, he mightily flapped his wings once more, his large body flying forward to create distance between him and the area of the sky covered with clones. He dodged, ducked, dipped and dived, narrowly avoiding the deadly attack.

Having escaped, he look over his shoulders to smirk, only to have his eyes widen in horror as clones were launched at him. He quickly focused his attention forward again, once again beginning to flap his wings.

This time however, Naruto was ready. Two clones were shot up at the demon, kunai charged with enough wind chakra to form blades five feet in length. They flew past his wings like bullets, and a moment later, Enceladus cried out in surprise as his wings were cut in half, parallel to his body.

He flapped his half wings helplessly, his velocity now slowly dramatically as he began to fall. However, dropping to the ground were the least of his worries, as the clones holding the giant Rasengans had finally caught up to him. The attacks seemed to move in slow motion as one by one, they were thrust at the demon's body.

The raw power of the attack propelled Enceladus straight down, the clones holding the Rasengans following him. He crashed into the ground a minute later, the attack still grinding away. Slowly, but sure, the ground beneath him cracked, before finally upturning in a shockwave around Enceladus.

Naruto whistled in appreciation, waiting for the dust around him to clear. His clones had already dispelled themselves. There was no way that his opponent would be getting up without at least feeling that attack.

"How's that for an attack!" Naruto said grinning, striking a victory pose.

"You've made me very mad!" Enceladus's voice roared, his form slowly becoming visible. What appeared to be his arm swiped, and suddenly, all the dust was blown away. Naruto looked at Enceladus, who was slowly getting up, the flesh on his back and arms practically hanging off him. His wings were gone, not even the cartilage on his back remaining. Or perhaps it was hanging off- Naruto couldn't tell.

'Looks like he sacrificed the rest of his wings to block the attack.'

"I've been going easy on you human! But no longer. I've seen your memories! That's not a Rasengan! This is!"

Enceladus's magic spiked, causing the wind to pick up around him. In his hand, slowly but surely, a Rasengan was forming. Naruto stared, wide eyed as his signature attack was being formed in front of him. What kind of motivations were driving the demon that it was standing, even after taking ten giant Rasengans head on?

The Rasengan was now fully formed, glowing with power. Enceladus laughed menacingly as he held it above his head. It was larger than even him, the energy condensed deeply.

"It matters not what injuries I have sustained! After I consume your essence, I will be stronger than ever before! Do you see now how useless your struggles are?!"

Naruto didn't say anything, merely forming his signature handsign. Two clones popped up beside him, the telltale markings of Sage Mode still present. In practiced motions, perfected through the creation of this jutsu, the clones moved their hands, applying the correct ratios of chakra necessary to form his trump card.

The Rasengan was created by his father over the course of three years, and taught to him by his teacher. Both had failed at the next step of applying their chakra nature to the technique. It was there that Naruto had succeeded, completing years of work using clones.

The Rasenshuriken formed above his head, the biggest he had ever created. Even at ten feet in diameter, it was minuscule compared to Enceladus's Rasengan.

Enceladus laughed at him, seeing the size of it. "You fool! Even your Rasenshuriken can do nothing before this! Now, prepare yourself for the afterlife!"

He launched himself forward, Rasengan held in front of him. Naruto responded immediately, throwing his own attack straight into the midst of the Rasengan.

Erza and Mystogan, who had just arrived at the scene, could only gape in horror at the monstrous attack above the head of possibly the most hideous monster they had laid eyes on.

"He'll die if he gets hit by that attack!" Erza shouted, running to help, immediately requiping to her Flight Armour. Unfortunately, as she quickly learned, she and Mystogan were too far to cover the distance in time, even with the boosted speed she received from wearing this armour. Straining her legs, she could only watch as the demon charged forward.

The massive attack was thrust forward, and the newest members of Fairy Tail flung something at the attack.

Time seemed to stop for a second as the attacks collided. It resumed a second later, only for the world around them to be consumed by white.

Naruto stood over the fallen body of Enceladus as his uniquely coloured blood poured from the thousands of small wounds around his body. His massive chest rose and fell erratically as he glared balefully at Naruto.

"How?"

Naruto already knew what he meant when he asked. "You only made that thing look like a Rasengan. It wasn't even close to the original thing. You know the final outcome of what the attack was, but didn't actually have practice in applying all the theory. Not to mention, you only have magic to pour into the attack, not chakra."

"Impossible...I was meant to be the greatest," the large demon rasped out. "To be defeated by a mere human. How shameful."

Naruto shrugged in response. "Enough of your self pity. We had a deal. Tell me what you know."

Enceladus's mood seemed to improve drastically at the question, as he began chuckling, albeit with great difficulty, as he remembered their deal. "Foolish human. You can never get back to your world without the same process by which you came to this one!"

Naruto froze.

"No! You're lying!"

"Why would I lie? It was part of a deal made on my honour. But, I won't let you learn anymore! Goodbye, Naruto! May you forever burn in the pits of hell!"

Enceladus started glowly brightly, his body steaming. It looked painful, but he only laughed insanely.

"I will always have the last laugh!"

He continued laughing as his body was consumed by fire, leaving not a trace of himself behind.

Naruto let out a sigh.

'I was hoping to get more. But at least he gave me something. I need to find out what that thing was called. But I need someone smart, someone who might've seen it. Someone like...Master Makarov."

"Well, at least I didn't die!" Naruto exclaimed, trying to look for the small positives in life.

"We certainly thought you did, Uzumaki!"

Naruto whipped around to find Erza and Mystogan standing behind him, looking concerned. Well, Erza looked concerned. Naruto couldn't really tell what Mystogan was feeling considering he could only really make out the man's eyes.

"That was an impressive battle," Mystogan said, eyes flicking to where he had managed to see the demon evaporating.

Naruto rubbed the back of his head, listening to Erza go on about how dangerous it was to fight huge demons created by Zeref alone and how he should have waited for his team, but smiling all the while as he did so.

Naruto stretched as he got up. It had been a couple days since the battle, and they were recuperating in the town. They would leave soon, since Gray and Cana were almost fully healed.

After the battle, they had rounded up their prisoners and team mates from their respective battlefields and headed immediately to the town for medical attention. The town was overjoyed to see their loved ones and to know that they were now free. The townsfolk raided all their remaining food supplies and proceed to throw a massive celebration, one that was still raging.

Thinking back to his battle, he remembered something that Enceladus had said.

'The truth is I don't know why I couldn't get that information. I was blocked off by something.'

Naruto's eyes narrowed as he remembered that little tidbit of information. 'Blocked off, huh? The only thing in my mind other than me is...Kyuubi! That bastard...'

Naruto closed his eyes. He hadn't really done this recently, but after going there so many times, he was pretty sure he could get there pretty easy. He concentrated, and a minute later he opened his eyes to view the familiar sewer that was his mindscape. In front of him was a giant cage, with two giant red eyes glaring at him from behind the bars.

"You blocked off certain memories from Enceladus, didn't you?" Naruto said without hesitation.

The Kyuubi grinned, fangs baring as it display it's amusement.

"I'm surprised you got it, human. You are correct, I did block him off from certain parts of your memory."

"Why?"

"Simply put, I was bored. With the blasted Yondaime once more locking me in this infernal cage, I haven't been able to do much. So, when I sensed a lesser demon appearing in our shared mindscape, I allowed him to view some of your memories while blocking off others. I also altered some memories he saw. He would without a doubt try to kill you, and ruining his plan brought me great amusement. Lesser demons are very fun to mess with."

Naruto's eyes glared into Kyuubi's own.

"Well did I bring you enough 'amusement'?" he asked, his voice dripping with sarcasm as he said amusement.

"As a matter of fact, you did. As much entertainment I could ask for from a hairless monkey, at least," he said, resting his head on his front paws.

Naruto 'hmped'. "Anything else you wanna tell me? Like how we get home?"

All he received was a shrug in response. Or what looked like a shrug at least. "We've been thrust into another dimension. That sad excuse for a demon wasn't lying when he said the only way out is the same way we came in."

Naruto cursed, kicking the ground beneath him. Water flew from the point of impact, wetting his fee. "Isn't there any other way?"

"If I knew I would have told you, fool. Make no mistake, I don't like being here. We are unnatural in this world, and we need to go back. But as it is, you're too weak to do anything even if you went back. So, I'll make a deal with you."

Naruto's eyes hardened while Kyuubi grinned ferally.

"Oh? Tell me this deal of yours. If I don't like where this is going, then I'll leave. At the moment, my trust in you is even lower than before, Kyuubi, so your deal better not be trying to get free again."

The Kyuubi chuckled, Naruto's words amusing him greatly.

"Of course, of course. To put it simply, I want out." Naruto opened his mouth to protest, but Kyuubi cut him off. "But, I know I will not get that, at least not immediately. So this is the deal. I will allow you access to my chakra."

Naruto sensed a big 'but' coming.

"You will only use it for strong opponents, and in exchange I want access to your senses so I can have some form of entertainment in this miserable hell hole of a prison."

Naruto thought over the deal for a minute, before sighing.

"There's something your not telling me. You would never give me you're power without some sort of catch. So tell me, what is it?"

The Kyuubi's grin got wider.

"Perhaps you are indeed capable of intelligent thought. I want you to make no mistake, you will have access to my power, but you will have to gain control of it. If given the chance, I will take over your body and roam this world once more."

"Well, at least your honest about it. But why should I use your power? Every time I have, all it does is hurt the people close to me!"Naruto yelled towards the end.

The Kyuubi scowled heavily.

"Take a look at yourself boy! You always use my power because you are too damn weak to beat your opponents on your own. You always need people sacrificing themselves for you! Even your battle with Nagato, you could do nothing without me! This 'demon' you've beaten was weak, not even close to Nagato! How are you going to stop Madara, if you're so damn weak!"

"Madara, huh? This is what this is about, isn't it? What are you not telling me?"

The Kyuubi looked away before looking back at Naruto, sighing heavily.

"Madara will come here eventually, of that I am sure. When he does, I'll be your only option to be powerful enough to defeat him. If he captures you, then it will not be just me dying. It'll be the whole world, Naruto. I was once part of a demon called the Juubi. If the nine Biju are gathered and combined into the Juubi once more, no one will be able to stop it. No one. The world will end, but I'll be damned if anyone takes my freedom again! So train, use my power, grow stronger!"

"...No."

"What do you mean 'no'?"

He was treading on dangerous territory now. The Kyuubi's power was flaring, barely restrained by its cage.

"It means what it does Kyuubi." Naruto glared at Kyuubi.

"I refuse your deal! I'll grow strong, stronger than even this Juubi you're scared of! I'll grow strong, and take your power! I'll defeat you, Madara, Akatsuki, the Juubi! Hell, I'll defeat Kami if I have to! But I will protect everyone!"

Naruto glared into Kyuubi's eyes, daring him to challenge him. Kyuubi glared back at Naruto, before something caught his eye. Standing behind Naruto was the Rikudo Sennin, smiling at Kyuubi. Kyuubi's eyes went wide.

'Rikudo-Ojisan.'

'Kurama, you have grown so much since I last left you. He is the one, Kurama. Protect him until he is ready. I'm counting on you.'

Kyuubi stared at him, his eyes widening at every word.

'I will Ojisan, I swear it.'

Kyuubi chuckled. The chuckle soon became full blown laughter as his chakra receded. Naruto stared at him, confused.

"Oi, what's up with you?"

The Kyuubi grinned menacingly.

"So you will beat me, eh? Then come, Naruto, I will await you. Open my cage if you dare! I will defeat you, and I will be free!"

Naruto didn't say anything, merely grinning, as he left.

Kyuubi let out a heavy sigh, on his haunches once more.

"For him to be the actual one. Rikudo-Oji really left me with a mess to deal with. But, if he really is 'him', then I must make him strong. So strong that the blasted Uchiha might as well be a mere ant before him!"

And done! I was gonna write more, like Naruto talking so Makarov and all that, but I decided to let it go. So what is the 'one' that Kyuubi and the Rikudo Sennin were referring too? Well, I'll tell you cause it's actually nothing special. They were simply referring to him being the Child of Prophecy. Anyway, before you guys rage that Naruto shouldn't have froze in the fight, this is my response. If you saw one of your techniques being used against you except 10 times larger than the biggest you can make it, I'm pretty sure you would freeze to. Plus it added some nice drama.

And haha! It wasn't Hizashi! Bakayaro! He's dead! I do apologize if people were actually looking forward to him being in this fic, but seriously, it's unrealistic. Hizashi is dead, his body decaying in Kumo, so unfortunately, no Hizashi. So Madara will come, but who knows when? Take a wild guess.

Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter, and I'll be attempting to make them longer in the future, so yeah! Oh and I'm at 65 reviews! Yay! Let's get it to a hundred real fast!

3/1/2017: Major overhaul on the fight with Enceladus. General premise is the same (Enceladus's power as a demon and his motivations for attacking Naruto), but the format of the fight is way different, though I kept some scenes. Overall editing is also completed. I upped the word count by about 1200 I think.
