More than a starlight Act II: The cause
Chapter 7: Last talk before splitting up
Autobot base: Blackswords room
The 3 sparklings were together in the room and only silence was present when they look at each other's, like they can slow the time a little bit. Blackswords takes them both around his arm and they still stay silence for a while. He knows he'll have to let them go and tells the others their good-bye...He has the privilege to do it now.
"...This...This is the last moment we have together...Again...But this time...We know you are going away." Says Blackswords.
"Sadly...It is." Says Starlight. "It's unfair."
"I know my friend." Says Blackswords.
"You know what...Let's not pry about this and let's just enjoy the rest of the time we can have." Says Tear.
"You're right." Says Starlight.
...
"At least...This time I know you will not be too far away." Says Blackswords. "The little one will not be out of any range." He adds with a sad smile and teasing with his wings.
"Haha...Yeah...You'll miss me so much idiot." Says Starlight.
"This is our first time we really split up you and me." Says Tear.
"True." Says Blackswords. He was about to say something but he is nervous and says nothing. He and Tear has some affection between them but nothing was confirmed. "Both of you will miss me so much...I...I wanted so much to stay together but those racist autobot are coming."
"We have to go...But we will be in good hands and we'll try to keep in touch." Says Starlight.
"I hope we will be able to." Says Blackswords.
"Once they figure out there is «no pretender»...We can return to the base...They shouldn't stay here for long." Says Starlight.
"I really hope you are right little one." Says Blackswords sadly.
"I'm sure they won't stay for too long." Says Tear. "You do not have to worry about anything."
They hear the door opening and both Tear and Starlight sees their family member coming for the final good-bye again.
"Tear...Please comes with me." Says Optimus.
"Coming." Says Tear.
Blackswords let her go and watch her walking away. He maintains his grasp until Starscream, who is with Starsaber, Skyfire and Stardust who are watching him.
"We want to have our final talk please Blackswords." Says Starscream politely but understanding the reason.
Blackswords reluctantly let him go and Starlight looks at his best friend for a few seconds. He then walks away and Blackswords watches him go. He then sits for a while and he closes his optics, thinking about what to do.
Optimus quarter
Optimus sits next to Tear and they say nothing for a while. Tear just hugs her Sire and Optimus answers the same way. Optimus isn't used to this for a long time but since Tear is back...He has a few moments like this but he always feels it awkward. Tear feels it a little sad but his duty has a prime is a priority for her Sire and she is used to accept it. She knows how much he loves her but 5 000 Stellar cycles has change him like everybot else.
"It is soon good-bye Sire." Says Tear.
"True Tear...At least...We have spent lots of time together when I wasn't on duty." Says Optimus.
"True...Way much than Blackswords and Starlight...And the poorest one is Blackswords who has to fight his own father." Says Tear sadly.
"I know..." Says Optimus thinking if he was at the place of Megatron and Tear was working at the other side.
"But he hangs out thanks to everyone in the base and you acting like his Sire like with me." Says Tear. "Sire...Let's just stay that way..."
They don't say anything for a while. Silence was the best way to enjoy the final moment.
"Sire...One day...Will my carrier come here?" Asks Tear.
"Maybe...I really hope so." Says Optimus.
"Me too...We will be together once again." Says Tear.
"True..." Says Optimus. "Never forget that we both love you."
"I do not worry about it...Sire...Please watch over Blackswords." Says Tear.
"I will." Says Optimus.
Starscream quarter
Starlight stays with his family and they look at each other's. Starsaber and Starscream were has much distance they can be. Stardust and Skyfire sits between them and they sigh at the attitude of the 2 seekers. Starlight moves to his Sire and he hugs him.
"Sire...I'm sorry it has to be that way again." Sobs Starlight.
"I know my little Starlight." Says his Sire. He hugs him too and he pats his back. "It will not be forever. You do not have to worry about me...Just be a good little sparkling like always."
"For the little screamer you were Starscream...You were sure a better Sire than me." Comments Stardust. "Listen to me my little Grand sparkling...You have to be careful out there from now on...If you think decepticon are bad...Those hunters are even worse...They are not only killer...They execute Pretenders slowly and painfully...Just to make them suffer." Warns Stardust. "I was unlucky to see one when it was in the middle of the execution." He says.
That scares Starlight and Starscream looks at his Sire with small anger but also some understanding.
"Do not worry about what he says." Says Starsaber. "We'll make sure they will go away eventually when they believe there is no pretender here."
"Alright." Says Starlight a little worried about the speech.
"If they try anything...I promise they will not hurt a pretender under my watch." Says Starsaber.
"I'll stay at the base...Maybe I'll eventually fight them myself." Says Stardust. "I'm starting to recover from my sickness."
"Sire...Stupid brother...Thank you." Says Starscream. "My little Starlight..." He hugs his sparkling. "I love you so much. I want to be with you longer...To see you growing up...I hope...No...I'll make sure it happens."
Starsaber looks at his brother with anger when he says stupid brother but he doesn't do anything. It is not the moment to retaliate.
Skyfire didn't say anything but when there was nothing says between them, he moves closer to Starlight.
"Well my little friend...I am happy to see you again before you move away temporarily." Says Skyfire. "Listen...You do not need to worry about anything. We will be fine and make sure those hunters will not hurt anyone."
"Thank you Skyfire." Says Starlight.
"I hope you'll be a good sparkling and...Don't try to get on their nerve." Says Skyfire and chuckling.
"Like I'll do that." Says Starlight.
Origin Spaceship: command room
Origin was watching his sparkling playing with their new friend and child human. Except Rampage of course, when he hears the flash of light on the communication control and Origin knows who it is.
"Can you please quiet down a little?" Asks Origin.
Which they do and he opens the communication.
"This is Origin...What is it Makeshift?" Asks Origin.
"-I have some bad news...The hunters are coming way closer than we think and they will be here tomorrow.-" Says Makeshift.
Origin looks at his sparkling and his optics show that he is not happy about it.
"So they will come soon?" Asks Origin.
"-Yes...They will give their final good-bye and come here...I have a question...Do you have finish the rooms?-" Asks Makeshift.
"It's been finish preparing for a long time. We prepare it for a while." Says Origin with a smile.
"-You never give up the thought about them joining us hum?-"Asks Makeshift.
"Never of course...Well...When they are ready...We'll welcome them of course." Says Origin with a smile.
"-Alright...About the course of actions with the hunter...What will it be?-" Asks Makeshift.
"What is the autobot idea?" Asks Origin.
"-They want us to keep quiet and do nothing for a while. When they are convinced none of us is here...Then...They will go away and hopefully fast.-" Says Makeshift.
Origin stays silent and he doesn't do anything. He is trap in his mind. He doesn't like the plan at all. He'll want to kill them all himself...But he stays in his mind that isn't probably the best course of action this time.
"Alright...I'll agree with this plan and..." Origin turns at the direction of his sparkling. "We will stay hidden and we will not cause trouble...Right?"
"Right." Says the sparkling and also Rampage.
"-Alright...We will prepare ourselves and we will come here...It will be good to be home for a while master.-" Says Makeshift cutting the communication.
"Will he ever stop with master?" Asks Origin.
He then hears his sparklings chuckling at the fact and he turns around and wipes his tail on the ground.
"Do you want to chuckle more?" Asks Origin with a smile.
The sparkling nods negatively and they continue playing with the small human child and warning her about their brother coming.
Control room
Makeshift cuts the communication and he turns at the direction of Ratchet watching him.
"Good news for you. I'll be absent for a while." Says Makeshift.
"Well...I can say Origin doesn't seem to like our intention." Comments Ratchet in an understanding tone.
"You can already see why...He is still very vengeful for the hunters and those who wants the Pretenders dead...But...He will not be for you because you have proven more than enough you can be trusted...It is best to consider that he sees you has exception." Adds Makeshift.
"I will not argue about this." Says Ratchet. "But you were still more enjoyable than Miko...But she manages in a way to make me miss her some times when she was gone...even if she is getting in my nerves."
"True...It is always funny when she succeeds." Says Makeshift.
"Now that you have finish thinking about my precedent humiliations...Of last year I guess. I suggest you prepare yourself to part to you home." Says Ratchet.
"Alright...It was still a good time here to be honest." Says Makeshift walking away.
"Glad for you." Says Ratchet.
Later
The pretenders decide to go at the ship before the night comes and tell their final good-bye to their human friends before moving away.
Starlight has brought the gift he receives 3 years ago has souvenir and nothing else. Tear has taken some of the pictures she has taken over the years and also one of her Sire. Makeshift didn't really bring anything so he has nothing to take away.
"Well...This is it. It is time to say good-bye to all of you." Says Starlight sadly.
They all say their good-bye in different ways to each other's. It was a hard moment for everyone. Optimus cannot stops himself to let a tear when he thinks his sparkling is about to move away, but it was one of the rare time he shows some emotions so it was very powerful in him. Starscream was the same but more openly sad but less then when Starlight flies away. He will not go that far this time.
Only Blackswords wasn't the one who says anything at all.
"Do you have anything to say my friend?" Asks Starlight a little worried.
"...Little one...You know you'll miss me...I hope it will not be 3 years this time." Says Blackswords. "I ask you only one thing. Do not worry about me. Everything will be fine so you shouldn't be afraid for me. Have a pleasant time there and do not let anyone intimidate you like when we've first met." He says with a smile of this far memory.
"Do not worry about this." Says Starlight.
"Tear...My friend...I...Well...Whatever." Says Blackswords. He walks closer to her and puts his servos around her hips.
"What is it Blackswords?" Asks Tear.
The mech sparkling kisses her as an answers and Tear answers back positively. After a few seconds they stop. Everyone else just watch them. They all see that coming after all but it was just very long to wait. Starsaber and Stardust are the only one surprise by this.
"Well...That was unexpected." Says Tear a little shy.
"Sorry I've took so much time." Says Blackswords. "Never...Found the courage to put words so I just...Act."
"We were only waiting for this to happen." Says Miko who didn't cut the moment.
"I will not forget this kiss." Says Tear. "We will have deal with this when I'm back. Don't worries about this, no one else will take your place." She smiles at him.
"I am absolutely not." Answers the orange bot.
"This is it." Says Starlight.
Ratchet nods and he opens the Groundbridge.
"Be safe." Says Optimus.
"I'll be...You better be careful with them." Says Tear.
"Do not worry. We can deal with them." Says Bumblebee.
"Good-bye." Says the pretenders.
"Bye!" Shouts everyone in the base.
They pass the GB and it closes.
"It is time to finish hiding anything that may prove they were here for their safety." Says Optimus.
They all nods and they start this before they return to their home.

Me: After this is a chapter introducing the hunter.
