Chapter 3
It was Moon-high, Jasmine looked out her window and sighed, she got out from under her warm pelts and opened the big window, the den was quite low to the ground so it would be easy to jump down.
Jasmine grabbed a pelt and wrapped it around her so she could keep warm. She jumped out of the window and landed in a rose bush, the thorns pricked her and she let out a yelp of pain.
She saw another window open further along the den, Lilly's face poked out, she looked into the rose bush which was covered in leaves, flowers and buds, Jasmine lowered herself, ignoring the thorns that tugged at her.
Once the window was closed, and the hanging pelts covered the window, Jasmine made her way out of the rose bush and she snuck along the neatly trimmed grass that led to a short fence.
Jasmine climbed over the fence, three paddocks went on for as long as she could see, and Jasmine would only be about half way by Sun-high in her condition. Jasmine decided to lie in the long springy grass and sleep.
It was dawn by the time Jasmine woke up, she could hear Lilly and Bobby talking, she poked her head over the fence, and Lilly and Bobby were in her room, talking.
"Where is Jasmine!?" Lilly boomed, angrily,
"Isn't it a good thing she ran off- I mean, she did seem a bit dozy and ignorant, maybe she… decided to… go away." Bobby shrugged, a twinge of happiness in his eyes.
"But, my precious Jasmine…" Lilly ended up in tears.
Bobby led Lilly out of Jasmine's room, rubbing her back to calm her down, and whispering to quiet for Jasmine to hear.
Jasmine snuck through the first huge paddock, grunting in pain every few minutes. The next paddock was much more of a struggle; roots of big, old trees popped out of the ground everywhere, Jasmine fell and stumbled along the rough ground.
It was dusk by the time she got through the third and last paddock. There was a forest on the other side of the fence at the end; she crawled over the fence with a lot of pain. The forest was dark and gloomy, birds flittered around the tree-tops, and bird-song filled the forest with a joyous feel, the last rays of sunlight shone through the tree-tops. Mice were scurrying back to their nests.
Jasmine sniffed in the beautiful scents of the forest, glad to be away from the twolegs. All of a sudden, Clan cats, had her surrounded, they hissed and bared their teeth,
"Get out of our territory," One hissed,
"This is ThunderClan's territory…" a blue-silver she-cat growled, Bluestar!
Mosspaw was standing next to her "mother", wonder and hope in her eyes.
"Let me deal with it," Mosspaw mewed quickly,
Bluestar nodded "alright… be careful…"
Mosspaw gestured for Jasmine to follow her, so that's what Jasmine did, when they were in a small clearing, both Mosspaw and Jasmine said,
"YOU'RE IN MY BODY!" They shook their heads.
Bluestar had followed them, wide eyed with shock; she jumped out of the bracken she was hiding in,
"What!?" She screeched, fear and anger filled her eyes.
"…" Jasmine kept quiet.
"We switched bodies!" Mosspaw squeaked.
