Update 12/16/13: This is a revised version of original chapter. I noticed there was a a lot of pretty embarrassing grammar errors and mistakes. So I went ahead and corrected them without altering the story line. Hope this removes some of the headaches a few of you might have had.

Well, the part that you all have waited for is finally here! I felt a need to split this scene into two chapters since it is pretty long.

Tango was stuck for the most part doing errands with his parents on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Warners were busy redesigning and adding the last components to the party. The day flew by so quickly it wasn't until the first guests were about to arrive when Yakko announced "We're Finished!" By the time 8 o' clock rolled around ,the Warners were waiting for Mr. Plotz and Tango to arrive. Mr. Plotz agreed to drive Tango to the studio later that evening. They arrived at the studio to the sight of several people climbing up the tower. The two themselves followed suit and headed up the tower.

"Are we getting the least bit close?" Plotz asked laboriously.

"Just a few more steps and we'll be almost there" Tango answered climbing up ahead of him. "Hey, thanks for agreeing to come tonight"

"Don't mention it." Plotz responded contentedly."I figured since you are a new kid, you deserve a chance. Besides I feel better knowing that you didn't give the Warners complete creative control" Tango flinched with uncertainly on that statement as he forced a smile.

"Uh, oh Yeah. I really did" he responded. Both of them eventually made it to the top and headed inside the tower's massive door cracked ajar.

Both Mr. Plotz and Tango were taken aback at what laid before their eyes. The first thing they noticed was the huge amount of massive space inside. From the outside, the tower appeared to have a small and compact interior. The inside was actually three times larger; wide enough as a football field and tall a two-story building. Several balloons crowded the ceiling above. Party guests up to at least over one thousand scattered about on the floor. Many of guests wore what seemed to be 50's styled gangster suits. In the middle were several tables and chairs. To the right of them was a long buffet table full of food. Past that was a glowing old-fashioned jukebox. To the left of them was a long guard rail with a few steps on either side leading down to a lower part of the room. Ahead of that was an enormous stage which was empty except for a few microphone stands, and a background wall decorated with the image of a vinyl record against a checker board design. Also in the design was an image of Dot posing with a red rose in her head. Several enormous speakers lay on each side of the stage. Finally, the two recognized the party's color scheme, dark red and pastel bright yellow. This color scheme was repeated in the designs, decorations, wall colors, and even in a few of party guest's suits. Tango and Mr. Plotz stood wide-eyed as a familiar voice snapped them back into reality.

"Hey, Tango! T.P! You made it!" Yakko chirped. The trio stood before them all dressed up for the occasion. Yakko was in a solid dark red suit with a bright yellow tie. Wakko wore a formal red and yellow checkered shirt with a red tie. Dot had a simple bright yellow skirt and top, and her hair was styled into a large bun."I see you guys picked up the idea of coming fashionably late. Come on in!" he added as he grabbed both of them by the hand further inside.

"Took us all day to get everything redone, but we pulled it off" Wakko stated proudly as he stretched his arms out wide.

"Huh? I thought you didn't give the Warners complete creative control" Plotz complained as he crossed his arms. Tango grimaced momentarily as he didn't know how to respond to that.

"Uh, let's just say I was involved spiritually" Tango sheepishly chuckled. Yakko cut in between the two.

"Don't worry T.P., what we did for this party was just as much based on his contributions as it was for our own." Wakko took out his gag bag and pulled out Tango's stack of vinyl album covers. Yakko pulled up one cover which Tango recognized as the trademark artwork for 2 Tone Records. It featured a black and white checkerboard design with a man dressed in a similar outfit the other guests wore."This really came in handy when we sent out our last-minute posters today. As much as we love black and white, we figured that color schemes been done to death. So we changed it to dark red and bright yellow, the water tower's colors." The eldest sibling explained as he took out a poster that was a replication of the new design. It was the same one that was featured on the background wall onstage. Dot pointed towards the image of herself as she placed a red rose on her head.

"I added this part, I figured it needed a feminine touch" she answered. Both of her male siblings silently gagged at her response when she wasn't looking.

"Hey I like this! This is really good" Tango complimented as he and Mr. Plotz nodded in approval.

"Glad you like it! Now for the refreshments" Yakko spoke cheerfully as he guided them towards the long buffet table.

"We got a variety of foods for everyone to try; we even managed to keep Wakko from eating everything." Dot said just before she glanced at the table and saw Wakko sitting on the table, piling a bunch of food on a single plate."Well, almost" she added bitterly.

"We remember how you said that said the 2 Tone thing started in England and mixed British and bits of Jamaican culture together? Well we decided to bring a taste of that right here in Burbank" said Yakko. Tango and Plotz eyed the table of its various dishes such as fish and chips, jerk chicken, salt fish, and as a centerpiece, a large punch bowl of tea with several scones arranged around it.

"And you guys did it in the most delightfully stereotypical way possible" Tango complimented. Wakko opened his mouth wide and munched down his food in one bite.

"Hey if it's delicious, who cares? This stuff is even good enough for the dogs! In fact…" Wakko placed his hand against his mouth and whistled. A familiar large dog named Runt, popped up from the other side of table behind Wakko. He tossed a scone at Runt who caught it in his slobbering mouth and ran off. Mr. Plotz reeled in disgust.

"Cameo number 1" Tango stated brightly.

"By the way, what made you change your mind?" Wakko asked Mr. Plotz, not letting on he and his other siblings eavesdropped on him last night.

"You just couldn't keep away from us, couldn't you?" Dot teased sweetly as she pinched Plotz's cheek with her hand. Plotz swiftly batted it away.

"No! Let's just say through a bit of persuasion, I had a change of heart about this" he responded. Yakko grinned slyly.

"Right…, but your heart isn't the only thing you're gonna have to change while you're in here tonight." The eldest sibling commented while pointing at Mr. Plotz's blue business suit.

"What's wrong with what we got on?" Tango asked. Dot appeared at his side while Wakko appeared at Mr. Plotz's side.

"Nothing, It's just we have a certain dress code for this party" Dot responded just before she and Wakko spun both Plotz and Tango of them into a tornado like spin cycle. While they were spinning, Yakko effortlessly pulled off their clothing and dropped two sets of new clothing on top of them. The two of them stopped soon afterwards as their eyes dizzily spun around. Both of them gasped as soon as they noticed their new clothing was similar to the other guests. Mr. Plotz wore a bright pastel yellow suit with dark red loafers and shirt, along with a bright yellow tie. The C.E.O grinned in approval as his suit fit him perfectly. Tango's was a little different. His entire outfit was a suit in a checkerboard pattern of dark red and bright yellow, bright yellow loafers, and black thick rimmed glasses. The suit was a little big for him, his pants legs rested over his shoes and his hands were partially hidden by the long sleeves of his suit jacket.

"Are you sure you guys couldn't find something different for me? I look like I belong on a vaudeville side-show!" Tango complained. Mr. Plotz covered his mouth as he gave off a light chuckle.

"Sorry, your clothes were kinda made at the last-minute" said Yakko.

"Oh lighten up, it looks good on you!" Dot complimented. "Besides a lot of the other guests seemed to like them" As soon as she said that, Flavio and Maria, the Hip Hippos passed by them. Flavio wore the exact same suit Tango had, minus the glasses, while Maria wore a dress that had the same checkerboard pattern.

"Nice suit there kid" Flavio complimented in his European accent.

"Oh yes, it's very, how do you say, tres chiche." Maria added also with a European accent.

"Cameo number 2 and 3" Tango stated brightly as the two hippos walked off.

"Oh Wait, we almost forgot your porkpie hats" Dot answered. Wakko opened up his gag bag and placed two small brown pies on top of their heads. A small oinking piglet stuck out of each one.

"Hey!" Both Plotz and Tango complained in unison.

"Sorry, you know we can't resist a visual gag" Yakko apologized. He then took off the pies and replaced them with the real pork pie hats. Mr. Plotz's was bright yellow with a red brim while Tango's was in the familiar checkerboard pattern.

"You know, I think I can work this" Tango stated optimistically as he eyed his new outfit.

"This is pretty snazzy! I think I remember seeing this look years ago" Plotz stated as he fixed himself a small plate at the buffet line.

"You should, this style was originally pretty big during the Mod movement in London and among poor gangsters in Jamaica, it's now popular among fans of ska music, i.e. me, you, and several folks I don't know who. And since you're a new fan, I'll now state that you Mr. Plotz are a now an official Rude Boy!" Tango explained excitedly. As soon as he said that, Runt the Dog returned and gobbled on Mr. Plotz's plate when he wasn't paying attention.

"Get away from my food you stupid mutt!" Plotz snapped angrily at the dog.

"Well he's got the rude part down" Dot muttered to Yakko. Tango gave a stern look towards Plotz.

"Err, Sorry about that" Plotz apologized sincerely as he petted the whimpering dog's head. Runt's normal smile returned instantly as he licked Plotz's face and ran off again. The faint sound of musical notes immediately roused the group attention."Where's that coming from?"Plotz asked.

"The stage! The most important part of the entire party. Come on!" Yakko chirped as he hand motioned them to come over. The group headed over towards the guard rail where they got a full view of the sea people who congregated in front of the stage. The main lights in the room were beginning to dim. Several people were on stage setting up microphones and doing sound checks on the instruments.

"I take you guys brought some big names here tonight?" Plotz asked staring at the stage.

"Sure we did. Wakko?" Yakko answered. Wakko responded pulling out an enormous strip of paper from his gag bag that read"Walt Jabsco" in bold letters.

"Here's a really big one!" Wakko said holding the strip up over his head.

"You, know that's not exactly what he meant" Tango responded placing his hands on hips.

"Well it certainly didn't sound the way we meant it" Yakko retorted. "We weren't able to get everyone we wanted though, some called in sick, others were too busy, some said they were on immediate vacation after Dot asked a few of them out. Only big problem we met was that we had trouble finding the perfect front men."

"But Wakko said he'd take care of that" Dot spoke up. "Who were they again Wakko? Wakko?" Dot turned to her side to see he had disappeared. The group looked up to see his head bouncing up and down in the crowd.

"Over here guys! I wanted to get a closer seat!" Wakko called out just before his head disappeared in the sea of party guests.

"Let's get up near the front Yakko!" Dot stated excitedly as she tugged on her eldest siblings pant leg.

"You wanna join with us?" asked Yakko.

"I'm fine right here, I prefer not getting squashed in a crowd sandwich" Tango answered.

"Same here, besides I like having a scenic view of the show." said Mr. Plotz.

"Suit yourselves, then again we already did for you" Yakko retorted as he tugged on Tango's suit jacket. The two Warner siblings jumped over the guard rail and bounced on top of people's heads as they made it further up front.

"I don't know what you see in those Warners" Plotz complained as he shook his head.

"Well I'd have to have X-ray glasses to be able to see what's in them." Tango retorted. Plotz chuckled at bit as his response. A single blue spotlight illuminated the stages background wall as the growing crowd began to spill from the lower part of the floor to upper part where Plotz and Tango were. The room became completely dark except for the spotlights on onstage. A large glowing neon sign that read "Two Tone Tower" flickered above the stage. "Oh man, I got a really good feeling about this" Tango chirped excitedly.

"I'm all for anything this concert is has to offer… just as long as it's not Wakko burping the Mexican Hat dance again." Plotz shuddered in remembrance. The two leaned against the guard rail as they anticipated for the show to start.
