Chapter 6: Uninvited

Bonnie tossed and turned in bed and she failed to understand why she could not relax enough to sleep. Running away was what she wanted, but something inside of her was screaming for her to return home and face her fears. Usually Bonnie gave in to that voice of morality that constantly rang in her mind but those days were over. She made her choice and she did not care who she hurt, for once Bonnie Bennett was putting herself first .Finally putting her mind at ease she gave in to sleep, and she found comfort and anguish dreaming about the crystal blue eyes she would never look into again.

Bonnie's body and instincts responded long before her mind deserted the foggy haze of sleep. She could not see who or what her intruder was but she could feel an evil presence with her in the dark. Bonnie's heart pounded as she searched the darkness for her uninvited guest. Her mind raced and she felt her power rushing through her body preparing to fight as she slowly rose out of bed.

"I am going to be gracious and give you ten seconds to leave my room before I make you wish you were never created," Bonnie said with all the confidence she could gather trying to mask her fear and shaky voice. A low chuckled filled the air and Bonnies gaze went to a shadowy figure leaning near the wall next to the open window.

"Bonnie sweetheart is that any way to treat a friend of the family?" The mysterious being said as it advanced out of the shadow toward her with a non-human speed. In less than a second the creature had Bonnie's back slammed against the wall and pined by its weight. Being so close to the creature told Bonnie all she needed to know about her intruder. It was a male vampire that broke into her room and was holding her against the wall. Finding her courage Bonnie looked the vampire in the eyes and instantly became trance by his dark green eyes. She could feel his power and strength and was unsure if she could take him so she decided to keep him talking.

"I have never seen you before so how do you know my family," Bonnie said with an edge to her voice that excited the vampire. He liked strong women but Bonnie had to be the toughest women he had ever met. Her magical powers filled the air and her strong willed spirit could be seen in her beautiful face.

"I use to be very good friends with your mother Abby," he whispered lowly in her ear. A shiver went through Bonnie's body at the mentioned of her mother name from the monsters mouth. Her powers were flooding all her senses due to her anger and they were begging to be released. Using all her strength Bonnie was able to make the vampire fly away from her and hit the celling where she able to keep him suspended in the air.

"I'm impressed little Bennett that you even had the strength to move me let alone keep me up here. You are truly more powerful then I could have imagined. It was your power that drew me to you. I have been watching you all weekend and to be honest I enjoyed the show," he said with a sinister grin. The thought of him watching her during her most intimate moments with Damon distracted Bonnie and the vampire landed smoothly on his feet as her powers were no longer able to hold him.

"Sorry love, I must have forgotten my manners my name is Klaus and I am a very old vampire who is very interested in helping you." Klaus could sense Bonnie's confusion and felt her guard going down as he walked closer. It was more than just Bonnie's powers that attracted him it was everything about her. Her beautiful honey brown skin and curvy body could get the attention of a blind man. Her vibrant green eyes shinned with her power and he knew that with his help she could be the strongest witch that had ever lived.

"If you had hurt my mom in any way I will kill you or die trying," Bonnie said in an evil tone that secretly made Klaus smile.

"My sweet little Bonnie I would never hurt Abbie. We were friends she even introduced me to you when you were a baby but I doubt you remember."

"Do you know where my mom is? Do you know if something happened to her? Please I would do anything to find her." Klaus did not like the desperation in her tone. He thought she would be bitter that her mom abandoned her, but he could still see the love she had for Abby. Klaus finally saw a door that he could use to gain Bonnie's trust. Once he had her trust then he could alter her mind, and once he had her mind he could mold her into the person her mother was too weak to become.

"I would never hurt Abby I actually cared for her and that is why I wanted to find you. Bonnie you are a strong witch and I need your help to accomplish some personal goals. I have worked with many witches over the years and I am certain that I can teach you and make you stronger. In exchange for your assistance I can help you find your mother. If she is using magic to stay hidden from others I can help you break through that barrier and find her. Bonnie's heart instantly tighten at the thought of finding her mother and getting the answers she always desired. Bonnie was so caught up with thoughts of being reunited with her mother that she did not notice Klaus getting dangerously close to her.

"I can promise you so much more than just your mother," Klaus whispered in a low voice that caused tingles and heat all throughout Bonnie's body. "I can promise you the freedom and the fresh start you crave. I can give you riches and comforts you never imagine were possible. You will never have to spend another day trying to be the hero. I will be your solider and will take care of you in every way you need. All I ask of you Bonnie is to let me be your teacher and for you to follow my leading." Bonnie's mind felt foggy as she felt her mind and body pleading for her to surrender to this sexy vampire who could provide her a way out. Klaus could sense her inner struggle and he decided to be bold as he grabbed her arms and forced them behind her back. Catching Bonnie off guard he pushed her into a nearby table and kissed her mouth as hard as he could. His skillful tongue invaded her mouth and she resisted because her mind was plagued with questions. Bonnie quickly gave in to the kiss as Klaus freed her arms and started gentle caressing her neck making her moan. Klaus could not believe how sensitive her body was and he knew that he was going to enjoy getting to know Bonnie better. For a few moments Bonnie was caught up in the kiss till Klaus's cellphone went off and broke the connection.

"Damn it," Klaus said as he pulled away from her and looked at his phone. "I have to take this," Klaus said as he walked out of the room. A deep breath escaped Bonnie as her mind tried to process everything that has happened to her. She could not decide if Klaus was an angel sent to rescue her, or if he was a dangerous temptation that could bring trouble to her life. Bonnie felt as if she was standing on the edge of a cliff and she had two options; she could turn around and run from the fall or she could jump and surrender to the unknown. Hearing Klaus open the door behind her Bonnie decided to jump and leave everything else behind.

"I want to leave with you Klaus and I will help you accomplish whatever you want as long as you take me far away from this painful life." Bonnie could not stop the tears that ran down her face as she realized how desperate and lonely she truly was. Klaus's smooth hand wiped the tears off her face and lifted her chin forcing her to look at him.

"As long as you are with me this beautiful face will never be marred with tears again, Klaus said with a soft voice that instantly brought comfort to Bonnie." I knew since you were a small girl that fate would bring us together and we would be unstoppable together." Klaus kissed Bonnie roughly and possessively and he knew that he would enjoy slowly destroying Bonnie till he was all she had left.
