In celebration of their victory, Magnus and the girls decided to throw a massive party. The guests were invited, the band was hired and all the drinks were supplied (all though non that turned people to rats,much to Simons relief).
Strobe lights in ethereal colours and smoke machines were stationed around the warehouse like apartment, all the furniture had been pushed to the sides ready for the stampede of shadow hunters and downworlders who greedily wanted to experience one of Magnus banes famous parties.
Isabelle as usual had dragged Clary off to dress her in clothes that would blow Jace's mind away and probably every other non gay mans mind in the tri state area, all the while making herself look effortlessly stunning too. Jace had no objections to this party after all it was just another chance to look sexier than usual whereas Alec found the parties dull and tedious. Simon was still having nightmares from the last party, the only reason he had agreed to come was that Maia and Jordan were on the guest list, it was definitely not that his extremely skilled at killing girlfriend had threatened him, Nah!
Strobe lights whirled around the room and kaleidoscope dry ice drifted around the dancers writhing bodies.
"Awww man, I am gonna have one hell of a hangover in the morning!" Jordan groaned. The party was over and all that was left was trampled Styrofoam cups, scattered around the gang (including Maia and Jordan). Magnus was drunk, Alec was bored, Simon was sleepy, Jace couldn't stop giggling, Clary was failing at getting Jace to shut up, Izzy was as always re-adjusting her makeup and all while Jordan and Maia sat watching them with amused expressions. Even though it was past 2 in the morning non of them wanted to go to bed so instead they were musing over ideas of what they could do to pass the time.
"Lets play spin the bottle!" Magnus chirped, this was met with a round of denial.
"Or we could go to sleep!" Alec said, scowling as usual.
Magnus glared at him "How about seven minutes in heaven?" More denial.
Suddenly Jordan had an idea "Hey I Know what we could do!" Everyone but Alec looked at him with eager eyes "Lets play truth or dare!"
Silence fell… until suddenly the screams of six people echoed around the cavernous apartment "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
