The Saiyan looked at his opponent smirking, they both knew that he was stronger now, and they both knew that Saiyans were not known for their mercy. He slowly walked towards the cowering alien clearly confident in his own ability's.

"Tell you what, as a gift I will allow you to have the first punch" he mocked bending over and angling his cheek for a punch, angering Cui greatly that a Saiyan-a race he is far superior to- somehow made his strength grow so much from eating when he should have died.

The purple fish went for a powerful blow using all his weight and power, the Saiyan flew back several feet but to his absolute chagrin showed no signs of pain and even worse jumped back up with no visible indication of the attack that would have killed any normal Saiyan.

Feeling desperate Cui launched himself at the Saiyan unleashing a barrage of powerful punches and kicks all of which were being blocked or parried as if they were nothing. He slowly felt the energy draining from him but refused to give in.

He cocked his fist as if going for the punch that he knew would fail to have any effect on such a powerful enemy but then he noticed something, something that would make him the victor of this battle if he could use it to his advantage.

Knowing that this was his one and only chance he did a quick faint before diving to grab the brown furry appendage that is his greatest weakness.

"Ahahaha" the Saiyan cried when he felt his tail being squeezed, he knew he should have trained it to be able to be squeezed without causing his pain like this but he didn't want to go through the pain required to get his tail to that point, a decision he know deeply regretted as he felt all the power being drained from him

"Hehehehehe, now Saiyan if you beg than maybe, maybe I'll let you have a relatively painless death" the purple alien joked before waiting clearly expecting the Saiyan to comply but instead he just sat there with a pained expression on his face as well as what appeared to be a smirk, but why would he be smirking when he was about to… Cui never got to finish this though as he was sent flying by a viscous kick to the back before having several strong Ki blasts fired at him pushing him further and further away.

"He he, nice one Rasin" a purple skinned, ovular-headed and rather short creature applauded his purple skinned, ovular-headed and rather short comrade.

"Don't get to confident Lakesei, he isn't defeated yet" the Saiyan observed before sending an order to the remainder of his team –crusher corps- to arrive and assist him in this battle as soon as possible, he was confident he could win but didn't want to take any chances, his tail still hurt because he had been smug and allowed the enemy an opening he shouldn't have left.

"Full power energy barrage" Cui screamed as he suddenly appeared above the shocked members of crusher corp who frantically prepared to defend themselves, although he was a speed fighter he still knew he wasn't able to go any faster than this as he shot of roughly 30 powerful energy blasts at the purple motherfucker who dares attack him from behind.

As each shot hit the ground smoke was made until eventually there was no visible sign of any of the members of crusher corp, just thick black smoke slowly emitting from the area where they had previously been visible.

"Hahahah, take that you purple piece of shit, Hahahah" Cui laughed knowing that they must have all died as nothing could possibly be fast enough to dodge that and it would be almost impossible to block so much… as Cui was congratulating himself the Saiyan phased behind his with his hands raised in the air before jack hammering him into the ground where a purple skinned, ovular-headed and rather short alien stood with his fist raised waiting for Cui fall on it breaking his back.

Cui seeing that not only the Saiyan but one of the Beenz had also survived was infuriated, he could only take solace the fact that he had successfully defeated one and could still win if he wasn't beat by this next attack, was what Cui was thinking as he released a Ki wave to his decent at the last second so as to avoid the injury.

As Cui was thinking this the Beenz split into the two brothers again who smirked before concurrently screaming "Gemini shot" and firing a huge red energy wave each that collided with the unsuspecting alien laughing his into the atmosphere.

As Cui was being sent of planet by the attack the Saiyan now felt confident he had won. He slowly went to the tree and was slightly disappointed to see only one fruit left; he quickly picked it and ate it before turning to his subordinates and starting to order them.

"Rasin, Lakesei gather the others, this planet is tapped dry now, no point in staying sat accurse for the next planet" he ordered casually not even bothering to congratulate them on their victory since he knew they wouldn't care either way so why waste the effort.

"Yes sir" Lakesei said before flying off to see how far away the rest of crusher corp was since they should be arriving soon anyway.

"Sir what planet are we to head to next?" Rasin asked on his way to program the computer.

"Set a course for planet E-arth" the Saiyan commanded walking up behind Rasin to see the screen.

"Turles don't you mean earth?" Rasin asked when the computer didn't come up with any matched to the way he had said it.

"No, get out of my way" Turles yelled pushing the purple skinned, ovular-headed and rather short alien out of his way before typing in the co-ordinates for the nearest planet deciding to postpone the visit to earth for a while since it was apparently so far away, he was about to activate auto-pilot when a though occurred to him.

He quickly went to the memory system and renamed the planet e-arth, it may be petty but he is never wrong. Besides all the inhalants of the planet will soon be dead s can't tell them otherwise.

Not a second of Bulma, Vegeta or even earth technically sorry but its important for later in the story and I'm trying to work on fight scenes so I thought if write a few until they felt a bit more natural starting with less relevant ones.

Please review with thoughts about the fight scene and how to improve them in the future so the story will be better when I get to that point.
