Kami was happy; he knew his plan had worked. No one, not even Piccolo could resist this technique. So now all he had to do was start the technique and once again have Piccolo be imprisoned for the remained of his life. He kind of hoped that due to Piccolos eternal youth he would never die, but he doubted it, his body still aged so he would die.

The only upside Kami ever saw to the inescapability of his death was that it would kill Piccolo as well, and now he knew that Piccolo would be trapped, helpless and unable to cause any others harm until the day that they both die.

Piccolo hearing the name of the attack he feared most in the world froze up, the Masenko that had been in his hands dispersing. This brought relief to the Saiyans as, although they had no idea what was happening they knew they were safe, for now at least. They had no idea what the true effects of the evil containment wave would be, or that it would even work probably.

They were still in a state of shock, and all except Goku were currently feeling ashamed of themselves for needing saving. Goku of course didn't mind, as long as he could continue living and help stop evil he didn't care what happened at all to make those two things happen, he always would have a positive outlook on life.

Unlike Vegeta who felt like a complete disgrace, he was the prince of all Saiyan yet he couldn't even eat this green freak. His life was saved by yet another green freak, like he was a helpless child, he was livid at the idea of being treated as such.

Bardock shared the negative feeling Vegeta was feeling but also had another though; he wanted to know if he could defeat Frieza with such a technique. Frieza certainly is much stronger than this 'great demon king Piccolo' but if this technique does what the name suggests, then it could be perfect. He wanted to kill Frieza more than anything in reality, but trapping him could work just as well. Who know, maybe after 'containing' him he could somehow kill him as well using the face he is contained to his advantage.

Just as the attack was starting to take shape and was about to suck in Piccolo Piano jumped in getting trapped in his stead. Piano was King Piccolo's first son after his release from the Electric Rice Cooker. He is a very intelligent, pterodactyl-like Namekians.

Piano wasn't afraid to get sucked into the 'evil containment wave' in his father's stead. He knew that one used the user dies, which would mean there would be no one left to oppose his father except the clearly already defeated Saiyans.

So once his father had slaughtered them he would be released, it was only logical to allow himself to be trapped instead, after all if his father was defeated he would surely be seen in a primarily negative light by those who do so for his service to his father.

So he would let himself be trapped, it wouldn't last for long anyway. As soon as Piccolo beats the weaklings he would free Piano once more. Allowing him to continue to be of service to the great demon king as he takes over the world showing them the true extent of his might by killing anyone stupid enough to resist his complete rule over their lives, this would be very insignificant indeed once he was in control of the planet death will be a regular occurrence.

Piccolo saw his son's actions and smirked; with Kami defeated there would be nothing in his way. He was already mentally planning the ways in which he would kill those who opposed him, of course he would have to start with any and all martial artists. He cannot risk another one learning to do the evil containment wave and trapping him once more, it was a distasteful experience to say the least the first time around add to that no prospect of it ending and you have something truly horrible.

Kami saw Pianos interference as well and was terrified, if he got in the way he would be the one to be trapped instead. Piccolo would continue his reign without any kind of restraint. He was a heartless monster! Kami couldn't believe it; he had failed as the Earths guardian. Not only had he failed to stop the problem but he had been the one to cause it when he separated from Piccolo all those years again, this was all his fault!

Everything he did only seemed to cause more problems. The dragon balls had made people greedy and selfish. Being guardian of Earth had angered Garlic making him start acting evil and attempting to take over despite not being chosen to do so. But none of those were as bad as this, he had created the thing that was going to single handily wipe out the human race.

Then a thought occurred to the aged guardian, the evil containment wave had killed the first person to ever use it. If he were to die than so would Piccolo, it didn't matter that he would have failed to trap him as he would have killed himself and by extension Piccolo.

So with that though in mind he finished the evil containment wave swirling around the helpless mutant trapped within the wave before thrusting it into the small hole of the container and rushing to put the seal on before he could escape.

Piano wasn't really much of a threat but he didn't want to take any risks, if he was dead the world would be completely on its own so he wanted to leave it in as good condition as possible. Then Kami noticed something that chilled him to his very core, something absolutely horrible.

That he could notice things.

Which he realized meant that he was alive.
