I heard someone land behind me and I froze. I tried to stop but the tears wouldn't stop coming so I whipped at my face. The person walked over and sat down next to me not to close though and I found myself longing for them to pull me close.
"I know you were worried about me but you shouldn't of come back not now when things are this bad." They told me.
"Why not?" I asked them looking up to see Haku sitting next to me.
"Something is wrong with Zeniba and No face. They keep on showing up and they seem out of it. They seem to be looking for something but they keep on trying to attack us... Yubaba doesn't want to hurt her sister. Yeah I know weird but still... she tried to talk to Zeniba but she wouldn't listen and No face has already eaten two of our people." He told me staring out at the water.
He finally turned to look at me and tears were still streaming down my face. It was dark already and the train was going by again.
"You're going to be going back tomorrow-" He started but I stood up.
"No I'm not." I told him shaking my head.
"It isn't safe here Chihiro." He told me standing up too.
"Don't care. I'm staying." I told him and he glared at me.
I looked him in the eyes, standing at my full hit but barely even coming up to his chin. He looked up at the sky and looked back at me. I looked up to and Yu-bird was flying over head. I started to move so I would catch her attention but Haku grabbed me by the shoulders and moved so he could push me up against the wall. I stared up at him and he stared me in the eye. He was breathing hard and he looked behind him up at the sky. Yu-bird was gone and he sighed. He turned back and looked at me.
He looked at me and stared at me seeing some emotion on my face that he seemed uncomfortable with. He stepped back dropping his hands to his side.
"Sorry." He said turning away from me quickly.
My heart was racing and I didn't know what I was feeling. My feelings were all mixed up. I stared down at the ground and leaned against the wall. What was going on here?
