Expecting Father: Mafia Boss
Chapter 3: Orange
Author note: Good news, I'm NOT dead! I have also not forgotten this story, I'm just a college student who has no free time and I'm sorry. I'll try to update more often and make them longer, so thank you for staying with me here.
The votes are in the first one to find out about Alice's condition will be…Elliot, which means I'm going to continue writing the original plot I had for this story.
Oh, someone asked me why I hate Blood. So I'll tell you right now Blood and one of my brothers (I have two) have the same personality, except for when Bloods in the country of Joker (his nice in joker).
My eyes feel so heavy…mmm… what was I doing? "Alice! Alice! Dam it; look at me, Alice!" I know that voice…, that's right I ran in to Elliot and then there was an explosion and… and then, "Elliot!" Alice yelled, eyes shooting open at the memory of Elliot using himself as a shield to save her. Bringing her pitifully and fearful green/blue eyes up to meet his wide worried filled amethyst ones, as she was being held and protected in his arms. "Oh thank god, I…I thought…I thought you were…, are you hurt any where?" Elliot asked eyes filled with unshed tears at the thought of losing her, "I'm fine, are you? You were the one who got most of the blow." She said as he helped her to steady herself on her own two feet. "Yeah, I've been through much worse." He said face braking out in a full grown grin.
Elliot POV
That was a close one. "Mr. Elliot, Miss Alice are you ok." one of the servants asked running up to us. "Yeah we're fine. Clean this mess up, I'm taking Alice home." I ordered, looking over my shoulders at the face less servants. "Yes ser." She said her hair bouncing as she turned back around to work cleaning this mess. Bloods going to be so pissed, especially since Alice got involved, I thought turning to face her.
Normal POV
"Oh, your bags. Let me carry them for you." Elliot said leaning down grabbing her bags. "Don't!" Alice yelled at him and just then the bags that he picked up broke open spilling the books and treats all over the ground. He then leaned down to pick her stuff up, picking up one of her books he glanced at the title 'what to expect with your pregnancy' "Stop!" She said grabbing the book from him hiding it in her apron, reaching for the others. "…Alice, these books…are you… are you preg…pregnant?" He asked looking at the other books he picked up before her and forgetting the treats which had burst open and were scattered across the street. She subconsciously moved her right hand up to her stomach, nodding her head, and looking at anywhere but him. "It's why I've been sick; the doctor said I'm about two weeks along." She said finally daring to look up at him. He had the biggest smile on his face she had ever seen, his teeth showing, eyes wide, and ears perked up. "That's amazing…it's wonderful." He said taking her in his arms and hugging her close and gently. "Blood's going to be so happy; I can't wait to see Blood's face when you tell him. Let's go tell him, now." He said grabbing her hand in his, as he started to lead her back to the mansion.
"No, not yet! It's too early to tell him, I mean what if something happens and I lose the child. I just don't want to rush it…I just can't tell him yet." she said taking her hand out of his, and holding both of them near her chest as tears started to fall down her face. "Come on Alice, Let's go talk. Fallow me." He said as he took her hand in his once more leading her away from the town and people.
(After two quick time changes)
"Here we are." He said as they arrived at a beautiful crystal clear lake next to a flowering meadow, he then took his coat off and laid it down on the ground for Alice to sit on. Elliot than started the conversation after 30minutes of them sitting down next to each other. "Everything will be fine. We will be by your side and help you throw everything no matter what. You don't need to worry." He said reassuringly putting his left arm around her shoulder letting her face rest on his shoulders as she cried out of frustration worry, and fear.
