"Will you show me how to be a Warrior like you?"

Suki looked down at the dark haired girl stand in front of her, a gold hand in front of her small pink shirt. She could not help but smile, looking at the girl with kind eyes.

"I would love to, Kiyi."

The girl smiled wide, looking down at the gold fans with excitement and joy. With a soft nod from Suki she was off, going to further explore the lush garden around her.

Ursa smiled kindly as Suki as the warrior stood, "Thank you for that. She's had a hard time adjusting since… well…"

"No worries." Suki shrugged, watching as Kiyi started to dance with her fans. "It's my pleasure."

"I wanna thank you for something else to. For being there for Zuko."

Suki felt her cheeks heat up. "It's also been my pleasure."

"He told me how you two meet, you know?" She laughed softly, "It says something about you that you're where you are with him."

"I will admit that it is a little unbelievable. But I'm happy here with him."

Ursa looked at the young woman, a smile on her face. "And he's happy with you."

Suki's gaze snapped to the mother of her friend, "Huh?"

"I may be old Suki, but I know what it looks like when two young people are in love."

"Wah-"

"I'm sure your worried but I wouldn't be. He loves you and won't care about position or anything like that."

"Ursa…"

"I always thought about what my daughter-in-law would be like."

"Zuko and I aren't together."

The blood from Ursa's face drained, lips twisting into an awkward frown. It actually made Suki smile. It was the same look, the same expression that Zuko wore when he had said something odd or awkward.

"I-I'm sorry. I just assumed."

"Yeah… we're just…" She swallowed hard, the next words leaving her tongue with a sting. "Friends. I have a boyfriend."

"I see." She looked back to her daughter, who had dropped one of the fans and was picking it up. "I'm sorry to hear that then."

"Sorry?"

"Well…" She sighed a bit, "You may not love him, but I know him well enough to know that look in his face." She seemed a little sad, "He loves you."

Suki shook in place, eyes closing and breath hitching.

"It's ok." She insisted, "All that I ask is that you be gentle with him. He's been through so much already and having you…" She coughed a bit, "Just be gentle when you tell him."

Ursa went to walk away, apparently going to her daughter. Suki noticed the way her shoulders slumped, the way her head was down.

"You were right though." Suki called out. Ursa turned around, an eye brow raised. "I am in love with him." Suki looked defeated, "I'm in love with my friend and I have a boyfriend and they are friends and I'm confused and I don't know what to do."

A sad smile crossed the woman's face before she reached out, wrapping her arms around Suki. "I'm so glad to hear that."
