Santana's pov

Marie pulls Santi on her lap and places her hands over his ears, she looks at the group and says. '' Britt has a brain tumor''

Quinn catches me before my knees hit the ground and I whisper '' No no no no no this can't be happening''

Quinn pulls me in her lap and I bury my face in her neck, I feel something wet on my head and know that Quinn is crying too.

I wipe away my tears and stand up, I look at Santi on my mothers lap and see him looking at me in confusion.

'' He has to know mami'' I say softly

My mother nods her head with a sad smile and removes her hand from Santi's ears, I crouch down and say. '' Come here Hun''

Santi jumps off my mothers lap and runs to me, I sit with my back against the wall and pull him on my right leg.

Santi looks at me with his big blue eyes and asks '' What is happening Sanny?''

'' Your mommy is sick baby, abuelo is trying to make her better.'' I say softly

'' Is it bad?'' Santi asks with tears in his eyes

'' We don't know yet Hun'' I say softly and sigh softly as Santi buries his head in my chest

I stand up with Santi in my arms and sit down next to my mom, my mom lays a hand on Santi's back and looks at the door the nurses brought Brittany.

I stroke Santi's back softly and look at Sue, Sue looks at me with tears in her eyes and says. '' I hope they saw it wrong''

'' Me too Sue, me too.'' I say softly

I look at Puck and see him crouched down with his head in his hands, Quinn looks at me in concern and shakes her head with tears in her eyes.

I place Santi in my mothers lap and stand up, I walk to Puck and crouch down in front of him.

Quinn sits down next to Puck and I say '' Talk to us Puck''

Puck looks at me with tears streaming down his face and says '' I don't want to lose my best friend Santana, we have her back in our life again and now we hear that she has a damn brain tumor.''

I wipe away his tears and say '' She will be okay, I really hope they saw it wrong.''

'' Me too but what if they didn't saw it wrong Santana? Santi can't lose his mom and you can't lose your soulmate'' Puck says softly

'' I don't want to think about what happens when they aren't wrong babe, let's just hope that she will be okay and let's sit by Santi because he is tired sad and he wants his mom.'' Quinn says softly and wipes away her tears

Puck nods his head and stands up Quinn and I stand up too and walk back to my mother, Puck picks Santi up and whispers something in his ear.

Santi nods his head and buries his face in Puck's neck, Puck looks at me with a sad smile and sits down next to my mom.

I walk to Sue and lay a hand on her back, Sue looks at me with a small smile and whispers. '' Thank you''

'' For what?'' I ask a little bit confused

'' For being there Santi really needs you right now'' Sue says softly

'' I know but you need us too, Britt saw you as her family Sue so come sit with us please.'' I say softly

Sue nods her head and we both walk to my mother, Sue sits down next to my mother and I smile softly as I see my mom wrapping her arm around Sue.

I sit down next to Puck and lay a hand on Santi's back, Santi grabs my hand and holds it in his little hand.

I wrap my other arm around Quinn and give her a kiss on the head as she lays her head on my shoulder, Quinn wraps her arm around my waist and sighs softly.

Daniel and Dylan both sit down next to Sue and look at the operation room door, I lay my head against Quinn's and look at the door.

Five hours later

We all jump up as my dad walks through that door and walk to him, my dad takes off his doctor's coat places his hands over Santi's ears and says. '' Thank god we saw it wrong, by the impact of the crash a small piece of her skull bone cracked and that is what we saw on the scan results.

We removed the small piece of bone but the crash was so hard that she has a very bad concussion, we lost her on the table but managed to bring her back.

We have to hold her in coma for a few days because her brain damage is a little bit too much, so I put her in a big room and we all can sit there but please don't be shocked.

She is attached to several machines but I made sure that Santi can lay with her, I don't know how to tell him all of this but Sue I think that you have to bring out a small message to the world because almost all the paparazzi that followed her stand in front of the hospital.''

'' I don't know what to say to them'' Sue says softly and I hear her voice cracking at the end

'' I know what you can say Sue, I will write it down in a few minutes but firs I want to tell Santi about B.'' I say softly

Sue nods her head with a small smile and I take Santi from my dad, I walk with Santi to a chair and sit down with him in my lap.

Santi looks at me with a sad smile and asks '' Is mommy okay?''

'' Mommy will be okay Hun, Abuelo tried to make her better and it turned out good.

But mommy will be asleep for a few day you can lay with her, you don't have to be scared when you walk into the room but your mommy lays with a few machines around her.

Abuelo made sure that you can lay on the bed with her, but she won't wake up till Abuelo tries to wake her up.

I know that you have to go to school tomorrow, but aunt Quinn will call the school and take a few days off together with you.

We will all stay in the hospital till your mommy is awake okay?'' I say softly

Santi nods his head with tears in his eyes and asks '' Can I go lay with her please?''

'' In a few minutes baby, I have to help aunt Sue with something first.'' I say with a small smile

Santi nods his head and jumps off my lap, he runs to my mother and wraps his arms around her leg.

I call Sue over and take the piece of paper and the pen she hands me, Sue sits down next to me and I quickly write down what she can say to Brittany her fans.

Hey guys something bad happened with DJ B and Little S, Little S is okay but you all probably heard that they brought DJ B to the hospital.

We can't tell you what happened yet but what we can tell is that DJ B will be okay, she will take more than a month off but she still can write songs.

Please keep believing in her and everything will be alright

I give Sue the piece of paper and see her nodding her head with a small smile, I stand up and say. '' I will take Santi to B's room''

Sue nods her head and says '' I will send this to everyone and then I will come to the room too.''

I nod my head and walk to my mother, I look at the group and ask. '' Want to go to her room?''

Santi nods his head and hold his arms out for me, I pick him up and walk after my dad to Brittany's room.

As we enter the room Santi and I both gasp and run to Brittany's bed, my dad looks at me with a sad smile and says. '' I know that it is scary but she will be okay''

I nod my head and place Santi next to her on the bed, Santi immediately cuddles into Britt and closes his eyes with a small sigh, I sit down on a chair next to the bed and grab Britt's hand.

Puck and Quinn both sit down on the other side of Brittany's bed and lay their hands on Brittany's hand, my parents sit down next to me and lay a hand on my back.

I look at them with a small smile and look at the door as Sue, Daniel and Dylan walk in, Sue sits down next to Puck and Quinn and the two guys sit down at the table.

I lay a hand on Santi's back and stand up as I feel him shiver, I take off my jacket and lay it over him.

Santi cuddles more into Brittany's side and lays a hand on her stomach, I sit back down and lay my head on the bed.

I close my eyes with a sigh and quickly fall asleep

Five days later

Quinn, Puck, Santi and I all went home to take a shower and grab some clothes, Brittany still lays in coma but my dad sent us away for a few hours.

After Sue published the small message, Britt and Santi got so much letters full of support and everything that the my desk is a little bit full with bags full with envelops.

'' Sanny when can we go back to mommy?'' Santi asks as I help him getting dressed

'' In an hour Hun uncle Puck and Aunt Quinn first want to eat some breakfast and give you a small present'' I say with a small smile

'' But I don't want a present Sanny'' Santi says with a pout

I crouch down in front of him and say '' I know Hun, but you will get presents from everyone.''

'' I don't want to celebrate my birthday without mommy'' Santi says with tears in his eyes

I pull him in my arms and whisper '' I know Hun we won't celebrate your birthday, but we will give you some presents.''

Santi and I both jump a little bit as my phone rings and Santi hands me my phone, I accept the call and sit down on the bed.

'' Hello?''

'' Mija she is awake'' My mom squeals

'' What?'' I ask shocked and jump off my bed

'' Brittany is awake'' My mom says

'' We are on our way'' I say and hang up the phone

I look at Santi with a small smile and say '' Hey Hun can you put on your jacket downstairs?''

Santi nods his head and runs out of my room, I quickly run to Puck and Quinn's room and slam the door open.

Puck and Quinn both look at me in shock and I say '' Sorry but Britt is awake''

'' Holy shit'' Puck says with a big smile and jumps off the bed, Quinn quickly puts on her shoes and runs out of the room.

Puck and I run after her and quickly run down the stairs, I stop Quinn before she can run into the hallway and say. '' Santi doesn't know yet''

Quinn and Puck both nod their heads and walk to Santi, I grab my jacket and say. '' Let's go guys''

Puck picks Santi up and runs to the car, I jump in the drivers seat and wait till everyone sits in the car.

After Puck closed his door I pull out of the driveway and drive to the hospital, twenty minutes later I park the car and jump out of the car.

Puck and Quinn both jump out of the car and Puck helps Santi out of the car, I look at Santi with a small smile and say. '' Come on Hun, we have a little surprise for you.''

Puck picks Santi up and runs inside, Quinn and I run after them and Puck stops as he sees my mom.

'' Mami'' I say with a big smile

'' Mija you can go inside'' my mom says with a smile

I shake my head and say '' Puck put him down''

Puck puts Santi on the ground and I crouch down in front of him, I look at him with a small smile and say. '' Go ahead Hun, your surprise is in the room.''

Santi nods his head with a small smile and walks to the door, I stand next to my mom and say. '' He doesn't know that B is awake''

Quinn, Puck, my mom and I walk to the door and we chuckle as we hear Santi squeal ''Mommy you are awake''
