"Russ! You're alive!" Abel cried jumping on the other boy and hugging him tightly. "I was so scared. Avery said you and Nev were dead. I kept hoping because we only found Nev's body but-"
"Get off of him!" A beautiful dark haired boy pulled Abel away. "He is my fiancé!"
"Who are you?" Abel glared at the boy.
Russeues frowned, "I need to explain myself to you. I admit I hadn't been completely honest. Can you gather everyone together?"
Abel frowned but nodded, "Sure. Conference room in ten minutes."
Abel watched Russ disappear into the conference room and frowned. He gathered the important people and sent them to the room before heading there himself.
"Russ!" Cain grinned, "Good to see you still breathing."
Russ laughed, "I missed you guys."
"Enough!" Abel demanded, "Russeues, explain yourself immediately."
Russ took a deep breath, "I haven't been completely honest about who I am."
"You're not a bad guy, right? Do you know who killed Lucifer?" Ace asked.
"Lucy's dead?" Russ asked in disbelief.
Ace turned away, not wanting to answer.
"Stop getting off topic!" Abel sighed.
"Sorry, so have you ever heard of Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory?"
"Did you really just ask that?" Cain asked.
Russ blushed. "Well he shut down the gates to Heaven, Hell and Purgatory."
"You mean it actually exists?" Percy asked.
"But isn't Hell and the underworld the same thing?" Jason asked.
"No," Nico said, "The underworld is where all people go. Hell is for sinners." He explained.
"What does that have to do with anything?" Abel asked, "And who are those people with you?"
"I'm getting to that. So where was I? Oh yeah! Gates are locked. No soul has been allowed to enter so souls are stuck earthbound."
"That's bad but how is that important?" Artemis asked.
"Plus you said he shut it down. Who's he?" Percy added.
"Well, you see, Demetri here is well… he's…" Russ faltered not knowing how to phrase it correctly.
"I'm the king of the Angels and in charge of running all of Heaven," Demetri said standing tall. He brushed some hair away from his delicate face and put a small hand on Russeues' shoulder.
"The… the king of Angels?" Abel asked in disbelief.
"Yes king, I'm more powerful than your Gods but not the One God."
"The one God?" Cain questioned.
"Yes, the one. There are religious Gods yes, your Chaos and Zeus. Kami or Rama. Hell, there's a Jashin because some psycho created it. It doesn't matter. They are all insignificant to my God. The main God who created them. He wasn't given a human name but he is our solar system. And he has been missing for over three thousand years. And that's the time all these religions started to die slowly. We tried covering them up, I mean the Mayans and Aztecs but you saw how that worked out. The world is still trying to figure it out so instead we make the people continue believing their Gods are still there."
"So that's what happened to them." Annabeth mused.
"You talk too much," One of the white haired boys said. He stepped forward. "My name is Zaine and this is my twin brother Raven. We are the Kings of Hell. Ever heard of Dante's inferno? Well Dante was our father and he created it before he was captured."
"I rule over the Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, and Greed circles." Raven said.
"I rule over the Wrath, Heresy, Violence, and Fraud circles," Zaine continued. "And we both share Treachery because Satin was captured."
"I miss Satin; Hell's no fun without him." Raven pouted.
"Wow, never thought I would ever hear those words spoken," Piper said.
"I am the Prince of Purgatory," Russeues said. "My sister Theophilia is the Queen and my little sister is a princess, just like Demetri's sister Melody is just a princess."
"Prince?" Abel gasped.
"That isn't why we're here. We decided to start the war against him and we would like for you to join our forces." Demetri said.
"You still haven't explained who he is," Percy pointed out.
"That's a bit difficult to explain, his name is forbidden to say. All of our God's first creations are marked that prevents us from speaking his true name." Demetri, Russ and Zaine stuck out their tongues to show a black letter in some unknown language.
"So his name can't be spoken?" Percy asked. "We should call him something besides he."
"Voldemort!" Nico exclaimed. He blushed as everyone looked at him. "Sorry, I was recently talking to my buddy in England named Harry. The demigods of Merlin. He said he had to defeat a man named Voldemort but no one dared speak his name because there was a curse on it. So it's sort of like the same thing."
"Not really…" Demetri trailed off looking at Nico concerned.
"Anyway, moving on." Raven said, "Are you with us or not?"
Abel looked at Russ for a second before nodding.
"Good, I want you on the front lines," Zaine said.
"Front lines? That's suicide!" Cain objected. "We don't even know who we're fighting!"
"We can give you this piece of information. He is God's brother. A different solar system with its own race. Well it did before their species over polluted and destroyed it. Their main God is now searching for a new home for it's religion. This earth still has a couple good centuries before it is destroyed. That's enough time for searching for a new planet."
"But hasn't this war been going on for thousands of years?" Abel asked.
"It has. That's how long they've been corrupting us and destroying us." Russeues said.
