Chapter 4
It was about 5 days later, the day where they either found Sasuke's dead body or they were able to go find him, Kakashi had been waiting for this day ever since he got the news that he had been kidnapped and it was finally here.
Naruto and Sakura had been constantly asking him if they could hear the news from Tsunade. He finally caved and let them come along with him.
They entered her office, Tsunade was sitting in her chair doing some paperwork, and she looked half asleep.
"Tsunade?" Kakashi asked. Her head snapped up from her desk at the sound of his voice.
"Oh, Kakashi. I was wondering when you would get here." She said.
Kakashi nodded "Have you found anything yet?"
"No we haven't." She sighed "Alright you can go look for him." She said in a bored voice. She didn't sound all that worried, in fact she made it sound like a burden that Sasuke was gone. But in truth, she was almost as worried as Kakashi. Sasuke was so young; he didn't deserve to go through that at such a young age. Any average person would go insane. She was a bit suspicious that he hadn't come back yet but she couldn't leave the village to find him herself.
"Thank you Hokage-sama," Said Kakashi. The three of them bowed their heads and headed out.
"YEAH, WE'RE FINALLY GONNA SAVE SASUKE!" Naruto yelled loudly.
"Naruto, not so loud!" Sakura yelled back
Kakashi sighed as they started to argue loudly. How did he live with them?
"Guys, if you're gonna be really loud, then I don't think I should take you on this mission." He said
Both of them froze. "No, please take us on the mission Kakashi-sensei." They said
"Only if you be quiet all the way." He said
They both nodded. At least that was taken care of
"Ok, now let's go and find Sasuke!" He announced
"Yeah!" Both Naruto and Sakura yelled, punching the air. As they walked out the gates of the village heads held high and ready to save their team-mate.
Sasuke struggled a bit once Madara left the room. He had become quite used to being in the dark from being in this room for so long, and the pain wasn't as bad anymore when he was tortured or raped. He convinced himself it was because he was used to it, but he couldn't help but feel like it was for a different reason. He blushed whenever he thought about it and tried to convince himself it wasn't true.
He hoped that someone would come to save him soon, but a small part deep inside his mind wanted to stay here for some unknown reason.
As soon as they got out of Konoha they started to run as fast as they could. The only thing on their minds was Sasuke. They were all extremely worried for his safety and hoped they would be able to find him as soon as possible. Although they still had no idea where he was, Kakashi couldn't help but shake the feeling that it had something to do with Orochimaru, so they were going to check the sound first, it seemed like the most reasonable answer.
An awkward silence hung in the air as all three of them were lost in their own thoughts about if Sasuke was okay or not, although they wouldn't know until they found him.
Finally Naruto spoke his words almost lost in the wind. "So where are we gonna check first?" He asked.
"I think we should check the sound village, Kakashi answered "This seems like something Orochimaru would do."
"Yeah I guess so." Naruto said.
"For now I think we should focus on travelling." Kakashi said.
Naruto and Sakura nodded in agreement as they continued on their way to the sound.
Well there's the chapter I know it's still short like the last one but I am hoping to be able to write one chapter per week now, sorry again for the long wait and I hope you enjoyed regardless of that.
