Hi everyone, I know it's been a while since I updated this, but a lot has been going on. Regents, finals, personal issues, and my dog recently passed away so I haven't had the mind truthfully to write anything. I apologize, but hopefully you enjoy this chapter. :) I know it's short and probably not my best, but under the circumstances, I hope you still enjoy. :)

Thank you all so much for reviewing, following, favoriting, reviewing, and reading, I greatly appreciate it!

Please comment/review and let me know what you think of it, all comments and opinions are greatly appreciated.

I OWN NOTHING; I DO NOT OWN FROZEN OR/AND RISE OF THE GUARDIANS.

"Absolutely not." Elsa simply says as she shakes his head and begins to walk in the other direction.

Jack Frost frowns and hurries after her, wrapping her wrist in his hand, and moving so he is standing directly in front of her. "Why not?

"Why not?" She repeats his question with a raised eyebrow, "Jack, do you not see it out there? Besides, I have never done it before and I will look like a complete fool."

"But where's the fun in life when someone doesn't look like a complete fool! C'mon, Elsa, you'll love it! Besides, I'm the Winter Guardian; I promise we'll we completely safe." Jack grins, "Now, what do you say?"

"I don't know…" She sighs, "I mean, I heard that it's supposed to be really fun, but I never had the chance to do it. Now that you're giving me the chance, I just don't know. Maybe another time?"

"What better time than the present?" He winks at her and then adds with pleading eyes, "Please? Please! I promise you that you will have more than fun."

She glances away from him and looks outside at the night sky as tiny snowflakes fall out of the grey clouds and fall down below onto the ground. She bites down on her lip and then turns back to face the Guardian.

He can see how unsure she still is so he grabs her pale hand in his and says gently, "C'mon Elsa, just let it go."

Smiling at those words, Elsa nods her head as she sucks in a deep breath, "Alright, fine! Let's do this." She tightens her grip on his hand and rolls her ice blue eyes when he grins like a small child on Christmas Day at her.

"Well?" He questions as he presses a soft kiss to her temple, "What are we waiting for? Let's go!" He tugs her arm and the two of them race down the ice stairs that spiral throughout the large ice castle.

When they reach the door, Elsa turns to face him with large eyes, but a small smile tugging on her lips, "Jack?"

He raises an eyebrow at her, "Yeah?" He wraps his slender arms around her waist and gazes down into her eyes that sparkle and shine with excitement and passion.

She hesitates for a split second before standing up on her tiny toes and planting a gentle kiss against his jaw, "I love you." It comes out as a whisper and before he can reply, she presses her lips softly against his own. The two of them smile into the kiss, but just as they were enjoying it, Elsa pulls away suddenly, "Now, come on, I believe I have a race to win."

It takes him a minute to recover from the sudden kiss as he feels his cheeks warming up, but he quickly shakes his head and offers her his signature smirk, "Psh, as if! What are you, kidding? I'm so winning this."

She shrugs her shoulders as she opens up the ice doors and takes a step outside into the freezing cold weather where snow continuously falls and small snowflakes cover the top of their heads. "We'll see." She simply says with a small wink before dashing through the snow and running straight to the edge of the mountain with him trailing behind her.

As the two of them reach the edge of the large mountain where they have been living together for a while now in the beautiful castle made out of pure ice, they look at each other with smirks on their faces and a playful look shining in their blue eyes.

"I cannot believe you are making me do this, Jack." She laughs as she looks down below and vaguely from a distance, she can see Arendelle, the place she once called home.

"What? Hey, racing down a mountain on ice boards can be a lot of fun, trust me, I've done it plenty of times. You'll love it." He laughs, "Now, let's get on with it, shall we?"

Elsa moves her hands in a circular movement as a layer of ice forms. She smiles as she makes her board that she can ride down the mountain with while he does the same. Once they are both finished, they place their ice boards right at the edge and they place one foot onto it.

"You're ready?" She calls over the roaring winds that slap across her face and send a chill down her spine. When she sees him nod his head, she nods back and then calls out to him again, "On the count of three! One… two…"

"THREE!" He shouts and then places his other foot onto the ice board and then takes off down the mountain. Elsa gasps as she watches her boyfriend fly down the mountain, full speed, on the sheet of ice and without wasting another second, she takes off also down the steep mountain, allowing gravity to take over.

The wind throws her hair over her shoulder and she can't help, but allow the cry of excitement escape her lips. She laughs the entire way down and eventually, half-way down, she catches up to the Winter Guardian.

"Hey!" He shouts over at her as they ride down the mountain side by side, "How'd you catch up so quickly?!"

Instead of answering him, she only giggles and sends a wink his way as the two of them continue to dash down the mountain and race. The snow is coming down hard and the wind almost knocks Elsa off her ice board, but she somehow keeps her balance and sways she board from left to right, dodging whatever rocks or gaps that come to intervene in her snowboarding.

As the two of them reach the bottom, Jack loses his balance and goes flying in the air while Elsa peacefully hops off her ice board and watches as he falls face first into the snow right in front of her. "Oh nice." She comments with a laugh as she kneels down beside him, "Interesting landing. You still lost though; I won!"

His head snaps up and he spits the snow out of his mouth. His eyebrows knit together as she stares up at her with a frown, "What? No way!"

She rolls her eyes and stands up straight, brushing the snow off her dress and out of her hair, "Uh-huh, I definitely won that. Looks like the Guardian of Winter was just beaten at his own game." He knows she is only teasing him and when he sees her offer him a hand, he smiles and takes it.

As he stands up with her help, he slips of black ice and gasps as he falls forward and into Elsa. The two of them fall backwards and onto the snowy ground and then they begin rolling around in the snow, sliding down a small hill that was nearby.

They hold onto each other tightly, laughing along the way as they roll down the hill and snow completely covers them. When they finally come to a stop, Elsa lands on top of Jack, and her cheeks grow red.

He laughs and pushes a piece of her hair behind her ear, "You're okay?" Instead of making any motion to move off him, she just nods her head and presses a gentle kiss on his lips.

"Are you?" She whispers when she breaks the kiss for desperate need of air after a long, passionate, and a bit rough, kiss. She stares into his eyes and automatically she becomes lost in them.

He nods his head and then frowns, "I think snow managed to go down my pants."

All the Snow Queen can do is laugh as she slowly climbs off him and helps him up, this time careful to watch where they step and watch out for ice. "That must be cold."

"Oh trust me, it is!" He chuckles as he brushes the snow off the back of his pants and then he shakes his head to let the snowflakes stumble off his hair and fall to the ground. "But hey, the cold never bothered me anyways."

She smirks at his words and then looks up at the night sky, only to see thousands of stars sparkling above them. She sighs happily, "I always loved the nighttime, it's so beautiful, especially the stars."

He kisses the top of her head and wraps an arm around her waist, "I know exactly how you feel. I always love staring up at the night sky and staring at the moon or the stars… the night was always and still is peaceful. I always feel calmer and more relaxed, you know?"

"I used to gaze out of my bedroom window at night, admiring the beauty of the stars. It feels like such a long time ago, but I can still remember each night I would look up at the black sky that the stars lit up and pray that I can one day learn to control my powers." Elsa admits as she glances at him for a second before turning her attention back upwards at the sky.

Jack smiles down at her, "You are, Elsa. You're learning to control your powers and how to make sure they don't overpower you. I promise you, one day, soon hopefully, I will get you to have complete control over your powers and I will help you bring peace and summer back to Arendelle."

She looks at him and she can feel hope stir inside of her. Her eyes light up at his words and she whispers, her voice almost cracking, "Promise?"

He takes her hand in his and he pulls her body closer to his, keeping his lips inches apart from hers, "I promise, we'll do this together. We're in this together. Always."

Not thinking there is anymore need for words, she smiles widely at him and thanks him by pressing her lips once more against his own, pouring all of her emotions into the kiss. She silently thanks the stars for giving her Jack Frost and finally giving her hope again that she won't always be a monster and one day she will learn to have control and fix all the mistakes she has created.
