Update! I have to leave for a Book Club meeting in an hour, but wanted to post before I left!

I have a new beta, but she does Teen Wolf stuff, so I'm hoping she'll check the grammar on all the previous chapters which aren't edited, including this one.

Disclaimer: I do not own anything.

It was the end of the school year. Even though they had scored lower at Nationals, Kurt had obtained good grades in his finals, which led to Burt promising him, "One thing this summer, kiddo. Tell me and it'll be done. But look at our budget before you ask for a million dollar coat or something."

Kurt thought for a bit, then Burt helped him out. "You don't have to answer right now, but let me know by the end of the week."

He wanted to go back to New York. He wanted to see the latest fashion trends live. He wanted to give his parents the honeymoon that they couldn't take because they had to be parents to him and Finn before a newly married couple. He met for Harry for their usual coffee. It was a bit frosty between them in the making out area, but they were still strong with their dates and talking skills.

Kurt decided that he would ask Harry for ideas. Harry might know something Kurt wanted that he himself didn't want. After the slight boo-boo, there was a lot of wooing going on between both of them, going out to restaurants with different cuisines. Their last date, Harry took him out for sushi, where he had delighted in teaching Harry how to use chopsticks.

Harry had permanently booked a table at Coffee-holics just so he could finish a draft to send out to publishers. He didn't want to send it to publishers who were aware of the Magical World because they would want the book just because the author was Harry Potter and not because of the book's contents. Whatever he had written down till now was good, but he was not that happy with it. He wondered if he should strip down all what he wrote, and start from scratch, but Kurt had said a no to that, saying he might just want to use it later.

Kurt had called him saying that he had a dilemma, and Harry hoped it wasn't something too drastic. He was trying hard not to tip the boat. Kurt was still enthusiastic, but not as much. Harry had decided to let Kurt take the ropes with respect to that part of their relationship.

Kurt entered the café, looking as gorgeous as ever, and walked to his table without even having to search. Harry immediately signaled to the barista, who smiled and started preparing Kurt's usual coffee. He then got up and got out a chair for Kurt to sit in. Kurt smiled softly at him, and Harry walked back to his own chair, saving the document and closing his laptop. He looked around, then cupped Kurt's hands, asking, "What happened? Tell me. I hope nothing horrible is going on."

Kurt said, "Let the coffee come. I need some more caffeine before I start piling on you with ideas."

Harry waited patiently as Kurt downed half of the scalding coffee in one gulp. Kurt then started, "I got good grades this time, so Dad said he'll say yes to any one request of mine, no matter what. I'm totally confused as to what to do."

Harry thought twice whether to make this offer about him, but then decided to jump. He knew Kurt would be excited about it. "Hogwarts."

Kurt looked confused. "Huh?"

"Diagon Alley. Hogsmeade. 12 Grimmauld Place. England. London. You and me."

Kurt immediately got a giddy smile on his face. "You'll take me to where you grew up? Harry, that is the most amazing thing I've ever heard."

He immediately walked around to give Harry a big hug and then walked back. He then looked a little hesitant as he said, "But I'm not sure my Dad's parameters extend to him letting my nineteen year old boyfriend take me to another continent altogether."

Harry spoke with an air of confidence, "Leave it to me."

He suddenly felt a chill, and wondered if he shouldn't have been so cocky.

Burt shouted, "London? You want to take my kid to London?"

Carole was right next to him, trying to get him to calm down. Finn looked a bit confused with the whole narrative, sitting next to Kurt on the couch.

Kurt got up from the couch. "You said any one thing!"

Burt fumed, "I meant a new car, maybe an economical one. Or a new scarf from that McQueen guy you like. Not going out of the country with your boyfriend who's only two years older!"

Harry stood up from the staircase he was sitting on. "Sir, you need not worry about expenses. My parents had a lot saved for me, and my godfather as well."

Burt had calmed down a bit. "It's not even about the money. How do you ensure his safety?"

Harry looked downtrodden. He couldn't just say I have a magical wand and everyone knows my name to Kurt's Dad.

Carole spoke up, "I think it's a good idea."

Burt turned around to look at his wife. Finn also looked at his Mom.

"Mom, you wouldn't let me stay at Rachel's place, but you'll send Kurt to another country."

Carole said, "Finny boy, don't try that. You always ask me to stay at her place coincidentally when her parents are out?"

Finn looked away, the tips of his ears turning red.

She then continued, "I have heard a lot about Molly Weasley from Draco when he came visiting. Even Ron looks like a good kid. I think Kurt will be in safe hands."

Kurt looked excited, but Burt held a hand. "We need to talk, Kurt. Kitchen?"

Both father and son walked to the kitchen. It suddenly grew awkward in the room, as Harry felt like a third wheel in their family discussion.

Finn asked, "Hey Harry, Artie said you had some special skills. Care to demonstrate?"

Harry panicked for a minute or two. He hoped that Artie would not tell anyone about the Magical World, but Finn seemed to be hinting towards that only.

Finn obliviously continued, "So, get it already. We need to check how fast you can catch it."

Harry asked, "Wha-" but Finn continued, "The ball is right behind you. Artie said you never miss a catch, apparently. We could use you for some games during the summer, if you don't take Kurt away for the whole summer, that is."

Harry and Finn walked outside, and Harry questioned, "What did you mean by the last sentence?"

Finn said, "Well, Kurt is going to apply for school this year. I'll probably get a football scholarship, stick to Ohio. But Kurt will mostly go out of state. This is special time Burt would want to spend with Kurt. I mean, if I had a son who was planning to move state the next year, I would do the same. I can't read Burt's mind or anything. But that would be cool."

Kurt then came out of the house. Finn walked away to give them some space. Kurt looked sad. Harry was ready to tell Kurt that he had changed his mind, that Kurt should spend time with his Dad, when Kurt's face suddenly turned sunny, his smile ready to blind.

"DAD SAID YES!"

Harry was over the moon. He hugged Kurt and picked him up with the force of their clashing. Kurt was so light that he could actually spin as he picked Kurt up. He decided to tell Kurt later that they were going only for two weeks so Burt could get in quality time with his son before Kurt left them both for his aspiring career.
