I do not own Hetalia in anyway or North Face or Apple. The only thing I would ever own is the plot.
Thanks for all the reviews and such!

Every single person on the planet has a story. Don't judge people before you truly know them. The truth might surprise you.

That night as the dark clouds cover up the moon and the stars. Matthew was sitting on his couch, sipping on coffee and munching on his midnight snack, a golden colored food called pancakes.

As he take another bite and savoring the taste he made noises such as "mmm" or "yum"

As the clock ticked in the empty room. Matthew starts to wonder what Arthur is doing. Hm he hasn't texted or called me. Matthew thought as he reached for his red cased iPhone. Opening the message app, he scrolls through all the extra junk texts and stops at a little rectangular shaped box labeled as "Arthur K." He tapped the box using his pinkie as his pointer finger was covered with syrup.
When the message opened up revealing all the text from this morning and a few days ago, there were no new messages. Arthur usually texted him to tell him he was okay. Matthew thought. Now, he was worried, he quickly put his phone down as well as his plate on the coffee table in front of him. Furrowing his eyebrows, he pushed himself up from the couch and walked over to the closet while massaging his temples as he walked.
"That kid," Matthew sighed as he put on his red North Face jacket.
While zipping up his jacket he quickly glanced over at the stove to make sure it was not on. After making sure it was safe he walked back to the coffee table and grabbed his phone along with his car key 'cause he sure ain't walking in that freezing temperature.

After turning off his car Matthew walked up the front steps of Arthur's house. Before knocking he peeked in the windows to see if there's any suspicious activities. After confirming that there was none he knocked on the door.
After a few quiet seconds he shivered and knocked again, much more harder this time. "Arthur? Are you in there?"
Once again he was slapped across the face with the silence.
"Maple," Matthew hissed out before looking underneath the doormat. With he saw the shinny key that glowed in the night. He grabbed it and shoved it into the keyhole.
Once he opened the door he peered inside and took note of the atmosphere. After stepping inside he quickly closed the door behind him and walked inside. "Arthur?"
Matthew whispered while walking through the living room and into the kitchen. He's not in here.
At this point Matthew could feel his heart beat racing 180mph. He knew that Arthur was a light sleeper so him opening the door should've woke him up. Suddenly, an idea popped into his head. "No, he couldn't have..." Instead of finishing his sentence he raced up the stairs to Arthur's bedroom. "Please don't," When he reached Arthur's room he quickly flung it open.

After recording his massages on that used-to-be-blank tape he grabbed the gun he had next to him and emptied it out until there was only one bullet in there; he was going to play Russian Roulette.
Taking a deep breath he brought the weapon up to his temple.
Cracking a wicked smile he said, "Which one would it be?"

"So, this is it huh...?" Arthur slowly closed his eyes.
"Hey, Artie."
"Hey, Alfie."
"We are best friends; that means we can never betrayal each other!"
"Never,"
"Never betrayal each other? That's just a lie. A selfish, stupid joke that is meant only for kids."
Cli- "ARTHUR!"

"ARTHUR!" Matthew screams as he rushed over to Arthur.
"Matthew? What the hell are you doing?!" Instead of answering the Brit Matthew grabbed the gun and threw it across the room, away from Arthur.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" Matthew screeched.
"...I...just stop caring, alright? You don't freaking understand!" Arthur looked at Matthew with tears pouring out of his eyes. His feelings finally pouring out as well, "You don't understand the pain, you don't understand the loneliness that I've been feeling for the past few years, or the emptiness, you don't understand ANYTHING!" With that Arthur jumped up and ran out of his room. Matthew right behind him, chasing him.
"Arthur! Get back in here and we can talk!"
"Hell no!" Arthur's eyes were full of tears which made him unable to see where he was going.
"Arthur! Don't..." Matthew screamed while trying to increase his speed to catch up with Arthur, but he was a human after all.
It was too late, a loud crash ringed throughout the neighborhood.
Matthew covered his mouth and ran over to Arthur.
"No, dear God, please no!" Matthew gasped and his eyes widened at the image in front of him. On the ground laid Arthur, his legs were tangled in a very disturbing manner; around him was blood, Arthur's blood.
"No, please!" Matthew said a bit louder. "No, no, no, no!" He chanted a bit louder each time.
"Arthur!" Matthew was now right by Arthur and had him by his shoulders and was holding him.
The first thing that came into his mind was 911. It might be too late but Matthew was going to call anyways.
"9-1-1 how may I help you?"
"M-my friend...please...come!" Matthew was having a hard time forming words while crying but somehow the receptionist understood and told Matthew to calm down while they send someone right over.

When the ambulance arrived, approximately 7 minutes later. The vehicle's doors slammed open and the paramedics jumped out and quickly took Arthur on a stretcher back towards the vehicle and drove off. While Matthew had to answer a few questions.

"Is he under 18?"
"Yes,"
"Are you his parent?"
"No,"
"Legal guardian?"
"No, but I am a trusted friend." A weird look.
"Alright, what happened here?"
"I was trying to calm him down and he...he didn't watch where he was going."
"Thank you sir,"

"Save me, Alfred."

"Please,"

Sucky chapter, I know. Sorry school and my own problems got the best of me. D: but now I'm back! And yeah...um...remember this story is a bit on the fantasy side...so the things that are happening in the next chapter might not happen in real life so if you don't like realistic fiction with a bit of fantasy/twist then please don't continue because from this chapter on there's some fantasy in them.
