Everyone ran behind Ash. Ash ran out of the gate and towards the docks, so did everyone else.
"Hey Ash, where are you going to get the tickets?" Gohan asked.
"We have passes." Ash replied and continued to dash forward.
"Oh okay."
Ash ran onto one of the docks and went in front of a sailor. Iris and Cilan were behind him.
"We have a cruise pass for three people and a lot of Pokemon." Ash said and gave the sailor the pass.
"Okay go onboard." The sailor said and moved out of the way so that everyone could get on the ship.
Everyone got onto the ship; the three trainers were on first. All of the Pokemon followed them.
"So how long is it going to take to get to Kalos?" Gohan asked.
Ash shrugged. "Maybe a few days." He replied.
"I guess we can wait." Gohan said and sat down.
"In the mean time, can we eat?! I haven't eaten in hours!" Goku said.
"Of course! I can make us all a gourmet lunch!" Cilan said.
"On a cruise ship? Are you even allowed to cook on one of these things?" Vegeta asked.
"Oh… right." Clan frowned.
"I have a lot of Pokedollars! We can get lunch at a restaurant!" Ash said and started to run towards the nearest restaurant. Everyone followed him.
Ash ran into the restaurant, it was an all you can eat buffet.
"Thank Arceus…" Iris said.
"I know right." Cilan agreed.
Ash went up to the cashier and gave him the fee to enter. "Alright everyone, dig in!" Ash said.
All of the Pokemon looked at each other, and then ran towards the food. Goku started to grab all of the food he could hold, that's what the other fighters did, too. Bulma, Chi-chi, Oolong and Puar just grabbed a little bit of food. The Pokemon from the Dragon Ball Dimension sat down and started to eat. All of the fighters ate quickly and barely chewed.
"Wow, they eat as much as in the anime…" Ash said.
"It's crazy… you'd think that turning into Pokemon they would have less of an appetite…" Iris said.
A few minutes later all of the Pokemon finished eating.
"That was tasty!" Goku complimented. Everyone nodded.
"We should leave before we get kicked out…" Ash said. Everyone went out the door.
"So um… where are our rooms on the ship?" Gohan asked.
"We haven't got one yet." Ash said.
"Oh." Gohan said. He wiped crumbs off of his face.
Vegeta looked around while walking. He saw a sign above an entrance to a Pokemon battle stage. It read, "Trainerless Pokemon Battle Tournament" Vegeta stopped walking and looked at the sign. "Hey, look at this." Vegeta said.
Everyone stopped and look at the sign. "Trainerless Pokemon Battle Tournament?" Cilan tilted his head.
"I've never heard of such a thing." Ash said. "Have you Iris?" He asked.
Iris shrugged. "Nope, never." She answered.
"Let's go check it out." Ash said and ran up to a man that was having trainers sign papers to enter the tournament. "Hey what's this about?" Ash asked.
"During this tournament, Pokemon fight without taking commands from trainers." The man answered.
"I'll participate!" Krillin, Goku, Gohan, Yamcha and Vegeta and said in unison.
"Did those Pokemon talk?" The man asked.
"Yes, yes we did." Gohan said.
"You sound familiar…" The man said.
"I know, we get that a lot." Gohan smiled.
"Sir are these Pokemon yours?" The man asked.
"Technically they aren't, but we need to get them to Kalos." Ash said. "Are they allowed to enter?" Ash asked.
"Well of course, if they can fill out the papers." The man said.
"I can fill out the papers for all of us who want to fight." Gohan said. He leapt up onto the counter and grabbed a pen. "Oh geez this is hard to write with." Gohan said.
"I can write it for you." Ash said.
"No it's okay! I can do this!" Gohan said and smiled. He grabbed some forms and started writing down the Pokemon from the Dragon Ball dimension who wished to enter the fight. Once Gohan was done he put the pen down and gave the man the forms.
"Wow, this Pichu sure has good handwriting." The man complimented.
Gohan smiled. "Thank you sir!" He said.
"Hey Pikachu, do you want to fight in this tournament?" Ash asked his Pikachu.
Pikachu nodded.
Ash filled out a form to sign up Pikachu.
"What about you, Axew?" Iris asked. Axew nodded.
Cilan pulled out a Pokeball and asked the same thing to Pansage. Pansage nodded too.
Iris and Cillan filled out the forms for their Pokemon. "Here you are sir!" Cilan said.
"Thank you, the tournament starts tomorrow." The man said.
"Awesome! See ya then." Ash said and started to walk off. All of the Pokemon did too.
