I actually started this chapter earlier in the month but I am just now finishing it enjoy
CHAPTER 16
Well it's only been a few weeks since the attack on planet Anime, but Malacard's had already mostly calmed down, although his troops were more afraid of
him than ever before, even the news that someone had made a disc that detailed where he was making his rakghoul bombs didn't faze him much although the man who informed got thrown out the airlock immediately afterwards. Tomo and Kaizer went on a mission with Darth Tyrannous, primarily to get away
from Malacard, "so what kind of mission are we on anyway?" asked Tomo the old Sith lord just looked at her and answered "nothing special, you'll see when we get there" and he said it with a calm, stoic look in his face. "Well it can't be that bad, it's got to be better than dealing with that psycho Sith"
Kaizer said he had been suffering an off again, on again headache for the last week he had no idea why but he suspected Malacard might have something to do with, then again he suspected Malacard for a lot a things, the scary and yet somewhat sad thing here is that he was usually right, "true, but then
again I would rather cut my own leg than deal with him" Tyrannous said replying to Kaizer's earlier statement "so how many times have you had to deal with Malacard?" asked Tomo, Tyrannous just paused with a blank look on his face before answering in an exhausted tone "too many".
Back on Typhon, Kaorin was training with some floating round droids called remotes, initially she had trouble on account for the fact that half of them had
their blasters set to rapid fire, master Satele quickly lowered the programming on them "ok thanks" Kaorin said as she got back up after being clobbered by
them but immediately after one of the remotes let out a huge bolt of energy from its gun that knocked Kaorin on her butt which made the remote laugh in
a diabolical manner as the two more rapid fired her into submission "whoops, sorry my mistake" Satele sheepishly said rubbing the back of her head in
embarrassment "ah come on let me at the little twit" the remote that fired the first shot said in an aggressive competitive manner "yeah, we really need to
fix that one" Blasilver who was watching the whole thing said "tell me about it it's been like this for years now" Satele replied glaring at the remote "where
did you get that one anyway?" asked Kaorin dusting herself off she was at this point covered in bruises "believe it or not we got it from a late friend in the
Republic, he said it came from a parallel universe" Blasilver answered "parallel universe?" asked Kaorin raising an eyebrow, can you blame her for being
skeptical? "Yeah he wasn't the sanest man around; he thought you put a rancor on a vegetarian diet" Blasilver answered "I think I may now know how he
died…." Kaorin said "yeeeaaah the rancor story gave it away didn't it?" Blasilver asked rhetorically just then Yomi walked on in "hey so how's the training
going?" she asked "better actually…." Kaorin answered flashing back to her last training session with the remotes "bwahahahahahahahahaha" one of the
remotes laughed it had a lot of attitude especially after Kaorin landed on her butt for the 16th time in a row then got pelted by the rapid fire of four other
remotes the blast weren't lethal but they hurt like sh*t made worse by the fact that the ghost of Arumik just watched her and tried to give her support by
saying "don't worry I'm here" but the way he said it made her sick to her stomach she eventually pretended to pass out from the pain as the remote with
attitude just kept taunting her and that was all just 3 weekss ago "well that's good especially if you remember last year" Yomi said, this time however
Kaorin just repressed the memory. "So Sakaki and Jason will be having a sparring match in here within the next hour so you can continue but don't be
surprised when it ends" Satele informed Kaorin as she and Blasilver left the training room "ok" Kaorin said in a sweet manner on the inside however she
was fangirling over the fact she would get to see her idol in action, to the point she forgot about the training remotes and got blasted like three times with
the one with attitude saying "come on you little….." but before it could finish Kaorin used the force to blast it into a nearby wall "is that all you got?!"
the remote said with a cackle "don't you ever shut up?!" Kaorin asked with a glare and a growl "MWAHAHAHAHA, no I don't not as long as I am
functioning!" the remote answered even though it was now stuck in the wall.
Meanwhile, on the planet Makeb, Tomo was singing a song called Sora mimi cake for some odd reason, "well someone is in a good mood" Kaizer said as he
looked at her Tomo stopped her song for a minute to reply "I am a long ways away from Malacard, and I am on a nice planet with people I can tolerate,
why wouldn't I be in a good mood?" she went back to her song immediately after finishing her sentence "fair enough, can't say I blame you" Kaizer said
with a smirk his head was still hurting for some reason and now he could hear a voice in it he couldn't make out what it was saying he just repressed it for
the time being to ask Tyrannous a question "so what are we here for?" Kaizer asked "oh we just have to deal with a Hutt named Boris who is trying to take
over this planet" Tyrannous answered "ugh hopefully we'll be able to stop him then I've heard about the last time the Hutts tried taking over this planet"
Kaizer said with a exasperated sigh "tell me about it even though the Republic and the Empire didn't truly worked together they still had the same common
goal in mind, to stop the Hutt cartel" Tyrannous said he didn't take part in it though he heard that that several well-known people from the Empire that
worked together, albeit in some cases grudgingly, to stop the Hutts, the group consisted of Darth Imperius, Darth Occulus, and Darth Nox of the dark
council as well as the two Emperor's wrath known as Shaddowed, who was a Darth but preferred not to be called one for some unknown reason, and Darth
Tyranitauros as well as three former Imperial agents and a bounty hunter. They continued on their way to find Boris the Hutt they did have to fight their
way through a few hundred space pirates and a couple of battle droids but nothing to serious.
Back on Typhon, Sakaki and Jason entered the training room for their sparring match, Kaorin who was standing in the background cheered Sakaki on, in
her typical fangirl manner "alright Sakaki! Come on do your best!" Kaorin said trying to sound level headed though on the inside she was going nuts
"alright Sakaki shall we?" Jason asked as he readied his training saber Sakaki just nodded and got her game face on, even though they were on other sides
of the arena floor he still made Sakaki look petite in comparison with his heavy masculine build and the fact he was taller Sakaki acknowledged it but she
enjoyed it since her tall height made it difficult for most people around her to think of her as small for obvious reasons especially since everyone saw her as
this tall cool figure instead of being small and cute like she would rather be. "I know Jason's good but do you think he that he can take on Sakaki?" asked
Chiyo who along with her friends joined in to watch the duel "I think its Sakaki you have to be worried about" Yomi said with a serious look on her face,
there was no reason to have one but just sported one for literally no reason at all, Kaorin who overheard her and Chiyo both got surprised looks on their
faces Kaorin then just scoffed what Yomi said and then said "Sakaki's good at everything there is no way he will win" and she said it with a confident yet
mildly smug smile, Sakaki unleashed the first attack, she attacked from the right, which was easily blocked by Jason, Sakaki then focused more on her
speed to try and overwhelm him however Jason swiftly proved that his skill was truly greater than Sakaki's, after a few more minutes of deflecting Sakaki's
blows he went on the offensive there he demonstrated a much greater level of strength than Sakaki and overwhelmed her once there the friendly duel
didn't last long before Sakaki was disarmed and lying flat on her back "wow, he's good, he's very good" Kagura said with wide eyes, even Osaka was
dumfounded at his skill and she spent most of the duel with her mind blissfully in orbit, Kaorin was left speechless and just had a frozen surprised look on
her face "uh, Kaorin…..Kaaaaaorin….are you still functioning?" asked Chihiro as she waved her hand in front of Kaorin's face, Kaorin's brain was in full on
denial mode she refused to believe her idol was beaten, Yomi had a feeling in her gut that Sakaki might have trouble with him but even she was surprised
by the outcome. Not long after master Blasilver came into the room applauding the two Jedi on their performance "I heard about how well you two did,
congrats, now I've got a mission for you girls and you too Jason" Blasilver informed them with a serious look on his face "I'm ready master" Jason said
respectfully "for you Jason I got a solo assignment on the planet Nar Shadaa, should be easy sorry I can't give you something more challenging" Blasiver
informed the young Jedi, Jason just smiled and said "it's ok, I am willing to do anything" little did most people know that deep down Jason always worried
about doing what's right and deeply feared falling down the dark side. "So all you have to do is assist the Evocii refugees, the Hutts have been giving them
a hard time no surprise there, and they really need some assistance) Blasilver informed Jason who immediately got ready and then left right away for Nar
Shadaa eager to assist though he maintained a calm, stoic expression on his face. As for the girls they were sent to the forest moon known as Dxun, to
investigate reports of rakghoul sightings but before they went Chiyo asked about the disc they got from the Imperial lieutenant, as it turned out they got
quite a bit off information from the disc though still don't know where the Sith was making the rakghoul bombs, when asked to explain they learned
Blasilver just said "it would take too long to tell it all to you and to explain for that matter, besides I suspect it might put some of you to sleep" the last part
he said while shooting Kagura and Osaka a look "hey I wouldn't fall asleep!" Kagura said getting what he was saying "uh-huh that's what you said about a
month ago when you asked me when lightsabers where first made and you still fell asleep and I mean that literally" Blasilver said with a slight glare Kagura
just turned red and gave off a weak embarrassed smile while looking "ha-ha….yeeeah I guess….that's true…." Kagura said sheepishly with her head hung
low. "So is master Yukari or master Nyamo coming?" asked Osaka, Blasilver just looked at her then said "Yukari yes, Nyamo…no Yukari tricked her into
drinking something called Night Blend and now she is out like a light" Blasilver said "Night Blend what's that?" asked Chihiro "a very, very, potent drink I
had some once, all I had was maybe two shot glasses worth and a few hours later I had a hangover the size of a planet." Blasilver answered hanging his
head in shame "man I regret drinking that stuff, I didn't do anything bad but its unfitting for a Jedi master to get that drunk" Blasilver said. "Dang…..ah
who am I kidding? Now I want to try that stuff" Kagura said with a big smile "considering you're not old enough yet, and how potent it is, no you don't trust
me" Blasilver said with a bit of a chuckle but you can tell in his eyes he was serious about Kagura not wanting to try the Night blend drink. Blasilver then
sent them off on to their mission.
Back on planet Makeb, Tyrannous was able to find the location of Boris the Hutt, wasn't hard one of the Hutt's men was quite literally as dumb as a stump
no one had to use the mind trick force technique on him. But a few minutes later, they fell for the most obvious trap or rather Tomo did and got everyone
else stuck with her "how was I supposed to know there was a pit trap?" asked Tomo trying to defend herself "have you tried, oh I don't know, walking with
your eyes open?" asked Kaizer sounding quite annoyed, his anger was justified by the fact that it wasn't even a good pit trap you could clearly tell it were it
was at and it's poor disguise didn't help at all, and yet somehow Tomo managed to miss it resulting in her falling in it and when Tyrannous and Kaizer tried
to help her some thug snuck up behind them and pushed them in "I'm more ticked off that we let our guard down like that" Tyrannous said thinking about
the thug who pushed them in to the hole, a couple minutes later the thug returned with a half dozen men "we are going to take you to our boss Boris the
Hutt! Cooperate and we won't gun you down!" one of the thugs said, Tyrannous just grinned and whispered to Tomo and Kaizer who were also grinning
"these idiots just made our task easier", to which Tomo and Kaizer nodded to so they decided to play along for now. After getting out of the hole the thugs
confiscated their lightsabers but forgot to check them for other weapons, it took about an hour to reach Boris's location and even then before they could
meet the Hutt in person he called his men and told them to take Tomo to a "special" location "I don't like the sound of that" Tomo whispered with a serious
look on her face "tell me about it my friend" Kaizer whispered Tomo managed a composed yet smug appearance and whispered "I'll play along with these
guys for now", "same here" Tyrannous replied back to her. Well after Tomo got taken away, Kaizer and Tyrannous were led to some cages and locked up
but they just sat back and relaxed "how dumb are these guys?" Kaizer asked with a chuckle "I know, right?" Tyrannous replied with a big smile and a
chuckle thus breaking out of stoic shell albeit briefly, as for Tomo she was led to a an abandoned palace, most likely belonging to some random Hutt before
they left this planet, there she was taken to a cell and was placed in a slave's outfit basically an extremely revealing gold bikini, however, though she
protested about being stripped at first she stopped complaining once she got a good look at herself in a mirror that for some reason was placed in her cell
"man I look good" Tomo said with a big smile and getting into some rather suggestive poses as she continued to admire her reflection. The guards outside
her cell were conflicted by whether they should think she is weird or if they think she is hot eventually they had to turn around and leave because they
began to drool over her, fortunately Tomo was smart enough to use the force to reclaim her lightsaber before they left and while they weren't looking she
then went back to admiring her reflection for another moment or two before she hid her lightsaber in a rather uncomfortable place, then went right back to
admiring her reflection again. As for Kaizer and Tyrannous it wouldn't take a lot of effort to escape but they continued to relax and wait for what Boris had
in stored for them, they waited for a few more hours with Tyrannous falling asleep at one point only to be woken up by a guard activating his lightsaber,
and then tripping and impaling himself, Tyrannous remained silent when it happened because he felt it was too sad to say anything about. Well after some
more waiting a group of guards came to take them before Boris the Hutt "took long enough" Tyrannous said under his breath "shut up old man" one of the
guards said "well I ain't getting any younger you wiper snapper" Tyrannous mockingly said the guard just ignored him and took the two Sith to Boris, when
they came to the Hutt Kaizer felt like vomiting at the site of him, even by Hutt standards Boris was completely repulsive looking he looked like he had warts
growing on his eyes and he was incredibly fat even for a Hutt and not to mention he had a large, long grey tongue that just stuck out of his mouth sitting
right next to him was Tomo who was looking fairly miffed "welcome fools" Boris said speaking galactic basic which was quite surprising since most Hutts
prefer speaking their native language of Huttese, "your lovely friend here gave us some trouble, but all is fine now" the Hutt continued how anyone was
able to understand him despite his tongue getting in the way was a mystery that would never be solved, on a side note apparently the guards had to drag
Tomo to Boris because she wouldn't stop admiring her reflection, which was actually quite surprising that she did so in the first place since she normally
didn't cared for how she look, must have been due the fact she was a tomboy. "So what brings you morons here?" asked Boris with anger in his voice he
also accidently spat on everyone while he was talking not that he cared "well we are here to stop you from taking over this planet" Tyrannous answered
keeping a cool look. Boris just looked at him in surprise "that's…..a surprisingly noble goal for Sith" Boris said "actually we just don't want a Hutt taking
over this planet, and making history repeat itself" Tyrannous said quite calmly "oh ok that makes, but I don't care because in the next few…." But before
Boris could finish his sentence he all sudden began suffocating "I may be Sith but I am not without honor, so I'll make a deal with you leave this planet or
die it's as simple as that" Tyrannous said coldly all the while having Boris in a force choke "N-NEVER! G-GUARDS!" the Hutt bellowed all the while
trying to fight the force choke. Boris's guards surrounded the Sith but Tyrannous and Kaizer were quick to reveal why you shouldn't underestimate the Sith
by first quickly whipping out their spare lightsabers that they hid in their robes pockets and wiping out the guards with a series of lightsaber strikes and
force attacks "it's ok I have reserves, so no matter what you do I shall not leave this planet you piles of bantha sh-AAAAAARRRRRGH!" before Boris was
interrupted by his arm, and good chunk of his body fat, being sliced off by Tomo's lightsaber "WH-WHERE DID YOU GET THAT?!" Boris asked "I had it on
me this whole time" Tomo answered with a smug look "….ok, then how were you able to hide it?" Boris asked completely shocked by the fact she was
able to hide it the weapon despite her outfit not making it possible to do so, Tomo just got quiet and gained a look on her face that screamed
embarrassment "don't ask….." Tomo sheepishly answered all the while shifting her eyes away from the Hutt, Boris at that point didn't care and in a loud
bellowing voice screamed "RELEASE THE RANCOR!" but there was no response so he let it out again when that didn't work he finally began to get scared
"o-ok where is that rancor?" the Hutt asked his voice trembling right then one of his man walked up beside him and said "sorry sir but the rancor you
ordered hasn't even hatched yet" and he said it in a nervous tone. Boris just looked wide-eyed at him then turned to the three Sith who all had their
lightsabers activated "well then….." the Hutt said he then grabbed his servants blaster, shot him, then tried to shoot Tyrannous, big mistake, Tyrannous
just deflected the bolts then ran up to the Hutt all the while Boris was desperately trying shoot him, finally Tyrannous impaled the Hutt with his lightsaber
through the head then with another swing cut off the top half of Boris's head killing him dead "well that's, that shall we get going?" asked Tyrannous who
was already half-way gone "sure let's get our stuff first though" Kaizer said.
On their way to Dxun the group asked Yukari why she tricked Nyamo into drinking the Night Blend drink. Her answer "I thought it would be funny, but I
guess I was wrong" and she said with a very subtle embarrassed look on her face, well no one said a word after that mainly because Yukari's terrible flying
skills was causing them much distress, and that's an understatement. After landing and getting out of the ship they swiftly began admiring the planet
despite the fact it was constantly raining, Dxun was a lush jungle full of life….and the quickly began hating the planet when about baker's dozen Cannoks
charged out of the wilderness right at them, fortunately, they went down easily even if one of them did eat Osaka's lightsaber, actually that was how that
particular one died because somehow Osaka was still able to activate her lightsaber despite the fact it was now inside a cannoks stomach, after retrieving
Osaka's lightsaber they made their way throw the thick jungle occasionally getting attacked by its wildlife, after some more walking they came across a
large reptilian animal, Yukari was the first to walk up to it and upon getting a closer look she told the padawans to back off "why master Yukari?" asked
Chiyo with a look that screamed child-like innocence "there's a Zakkeg there" Yukari answered she had never seen one in person before but she had heard
about them and seen them in holo-projectors, unfortunately no one else in the group had heard about them before, not even the smarter members, but
they were all wise enough to listen to Yukari and back up away from the Zakkeg however that quickly proved to be a waste of time, because all of a sudden
the zakkeg unleashed a horrid shriek and began shaking uncontrollably "wh-what's wrong with it?" asked Kagura. Yukari just froze she had no idea to what
was happening a few short seconds another zakkeg popped right next to the first one all the while shaking like a leaf and foaming at the mouth, then they
stopped got on their feet and began breathing hard, their skin turned a sickening greyish-white, their eyes a horrid blood-shot red then finally the grew
thick black spines out from their backs. They began to walk around with drool coming out of their mouths "uh do you think they mutated into rakghouls?"
asked Osaka with fear in her voice "l-looks like it" Yomi responded nervously upon getting a good look at the now mutated zakkegs, fortunately the
creatures walked off in the opposite direction "oh thank goodness their walking the other way" Kaorin said taking a deep breath of relief "sadly we are still
going to have to fight them" Yomi pointed out "why?" asked Chihiro nervously Yomi just glanced at her then went back to looking at where the two zakkegs
walked off to and then said "because if those two are indeed rakghouls we need to kill them to stop it from spreading" "very true Yomi" Yukari said.
Well though no one wanted to the began following the two zakkegs, and much to their surprise the two zakkeg led them to an entire hoard of
rakghoul…...and a colossal rakghoul bomb which the rakghoul all seemed to be protecting "makes you wonder how so many rakghoul popped up in the
first, huh?" Osaka asked with wide-eyes how she managed to be so calm on the outside is unknown, but on the inside she was freaking out. "Well, and I
really hate to say this but, maybe there were other rakghoul bombs here that went off before we could get here" Kagura said slowly with a nervous tone in
her throat, she was suffering from horrible flashbacks from when multiple rakghoul bombs went off on Voss it was miracle they were able to save the day
especially without anyone dying but that memory would probably haunt her for life little did she realize her friends felt the same way and were also
suffering from terrible memories from the Voss incident. "Well you guys want to deal with them now, or what?" asked Yukari who was beginning to shake
nervously like a leaf, Yomi, Kagura, Sakaki, and Kaorin voted to take out the rakghouls the latter of which only said she wanted to because her idol said she
wanted to take the rakghouls out leaving the other three as the only ones to say no they were needless to say out voted, much to Yukari's dismay but she
quickly got over it. They cautiously wandered through the wilderness looking for a means to get to the bomb, fortunately, it didn't take long as there was
an opening with very few rakghoul wandering around the bomb, right behind the said bomb. "all right on the count of three we run to the bomb" Yukari
said to which everyone nodded their heads to, however there was no countdown Yukari just said three and they were off like a rocket fortunately they
learned the force speed technique before coming to Dxun, although they usually forgot about the technique. Anyway, deactivating the machine was pretty
easy there was no security, probably because of all the rakghoul surrounding the bomb, unfortunately the rakghoul went nuts and started to attack the
gang "why am I not surprised?" Yukari asked sarcastically as the rakghoul began to claw at everyone; however all hope was not lost because the rakghoul
started to kill each other as they tried to kill Yukari and the padawans "Well that's convenient" Kagura said as she decapitated a pair of blue colored
rakghouls, and thanks to the fact that the rakghoul kept slaughtering each other for no apparent reason it wound up not taking very long to get rid of all
the rakghoul in the area much to everyone's relief. Well most of the rakghouls were dead anyway except for the two zakkegs which now resembled
rakghoul more than before they now somehow walked in an ape-like fashion but maintained their armor from when they were normal "oh crud, this is
going to suck" Yukari said as the two rakghoul zakkegs began to charge at the group "why?" asked Kaorin nervously Yukari gave her a nervous look then
answered "because normal zakkegs have very thick, very tough armor and their strong enough to take on animals their same size and eat them too" she
then turned her head back to the creatures just as they were about to deliver the first blow, luckily their targets dodged the attack just in time Sakaki then
attacked from behind but much to her surprise her lightsaber barely pierced the creature's armor, before she could react her target smack her in the gut
and in an impressive feat of strength sent her flying about five feet "SAKAKI!" Kaorin screamed as her idol crashed hard into the ground in a fit of rage
she tried to attack one of the creatures…..only to be knocked out cold in one hit "Kaorin…." Everyone said with their heads hung low and slapping their
foreheads. Well before the zakkeg rakghoul could finish her Kagura sprang into action and hit the creature hard with a force push it crashed into the
deactivated and then the creature let out an angry roar and proceeded to charge at Kagura, as for the other creature it tried to attack Chiyo only to receive
a swift kick in the head by Sakaki, followed by a high powered blast of force energy by Yomi who had done a force leap to attack it from above the attack
plowed the creature into the ground and managed to tick it off quite a bit, it savagely tried to maul Yomi but its attack was interrupted by Yukari who had
thrown her lightsaber at the creature it hit its eye and caused it shriek in pain it curled up into a ball briefly before continuing the fight this time targeting
Yukari, as for the zakkeg rakghoul that Kagura was fighting well she alongside Osaka and Chihiro finally managed to kill it when Osaka jumped on its back
and finally managed to pierce its armor with her lightsaber piercing the back of its neck and severing the spine from the head its head didn't come off but it
collapsed instantly finally dead as a door nail, they then went to assist everyone else with the last one, luckily that part of the battle didn't take long as
Chihiro was able to pierce its armor and deliver a blow to the throat that killed it instantly. Kaorin woke up shortly after and asked "uh what just
happened?" to which Yukari replied "we got rid of, what I am hoping is, the last of the rakghoul while you were unconscious". The group then wandered
Dxun for a little bit longer to make sure there weren't any more rakghouls wandering around the planet and then left for Typhon. Upon returning Yukari
met up with Nyamo who was a little sore that she allowed her friend into tricking into drinking that Night Blend drink, after some pointless arguing the two
Jedi masters calmed down and Yukari reported the results of their mission. To which the council had good news, they finally managed to figure out where
the Sith where making the rakghoul bombs.
Back in the Imperial fleet Tyrannous was taking a nap; Tomo apparently brought the slave outfit with her and was admiring herself in her room's mirror,
and as for Kaizer her began hearing voices in his head, that sounded just like Darth Malacard's voice he couldn't make out what they were saying but he
looked around everywhere only to discover that the Sith lord was nowhere to be found, Kaizer began to get scared he knew Malacard was monstrous but
whatever he did to him seemed low even by that psycho's standards. As for Malacard he just stood on the ship's bridge pondering what his next move
should be "good he seems to have calmed down" one of the officers whispered "yeah, good thing to" another officer whispered agreeing, "he's was just
mad because he lost to the Hero of Typhon for a second time, and won't admit that he is better than him" a more foolish officer whispered and
unfortunately for him Malacard heard what he said and ordered him to come before him as soon as the officer was right next to him Malacard fist began to
glow then he impaled the officer throw the chest with his fist, killing him instantly "anyone else got a comment?" Malacard asked in a sinister manner, to
which everyone replied with a slow, nervous no.
