Tai: Okay, first off: Sorry it's taken me this long to finish it off. I recently finished my degree and have been trying (keyword there: TRYING) to find a job. Not as easy as you'd think really, but I'll keep at it. I also stared reading more than a little; two series' I've been reading brought out another book, and I picked up A Songe of Fire and Ice as well. So I've been stuck into reading that. I'm about to start Book 5, though I figured I should finish this first.

It could be a considerably longer story than it is; but then you could be waiting another month or year for it to finish. More likely years, and no one really wants that. My urge to write comes and goes as things pop up in life; normally I get randomly annoyed or angry or upset over something and writing lets me relax; I've just horribly 'meh' as of late, so no such luck.

Anyhow, thanks to everyone who is and has been reading this. I kind of wish I hadn't done this a sort of...prequel to another story now, since that had such a sad ending, but it can't be helped.

Both of the older teens blinked at him dumbly, still trying to figure out if he had indeed said what they thought they'd heard. Still stunned, Ray could do little more than bluntly raise the question. "What?"

"What?" Max's cheery demeanour didn't falter as he padded over to the Russian teen, grabbing a pancake off the plate. "I thought it might be fun."

"Let me get this straight." The blue haired male stated, taking the pan off the heat. "We have the house to ourselves, the first time our threesome has had time alone, and instead of doing something to take advantage of our time together to do something romantic, you want to build a fort?"

"Yup."

"Seriously?" The neko-jin was still bewildered by the suggestion; it made very little sense to him and was, as far as he could tell, a highly unusual request

Their stoic captain pondered the thought before shrugging. "Sounds like fun. Now, breakfast."

"But we could-"

"Ray; breakfast. That means get your ass into the dining room." The Russian growled, already following the blonde from the room. "Otherwise Max will eat them all, and you will have no energy for anything else our little blonde boyfriend comes up with."

Trying his best to pout at the male, he none the less did as he'd been told and followed the pair into the dining room to eat. "Do I get any say in what we do today?"

"Sure! I just want to build a fort first; what did you have in mind, Ray?" the youngest of the trio grinned, earning a blush from the dark haired male as he quickly stuffed his mouth with food. The blue eyed gaze didn't leave the neko-jin, darkening the colour in the older male's face and forcing him to fix his own eyes on the plate in front of him.

Kai chuckled at the response, unable to hold back a smirk. "He was thinking something a little more…adult, weren't you Ray?"

"Shut up…"

Pausing before he shovelled more pancakes into his mouth, Max blinked and looked between the two. "Well obviously; what else are we going to do in a fort?" The older males were dumbfounded by the blonde's happy and simple reply, stopping to stare at the male for several minutes. "What? You two are acting like it's the weirdest thing that's ever been suggested to you in that department."

The silvery haired male shrugged at the comment and returned to his breakfast. "Fair point; it's nowhere near the weirdest."

"What is the weirdest thing you've had suggested, Kai?" Ray asked curiously, returning to his own pancakes.

"It's not something I'd mention while…well while sober or eating." He sighed, shaking his head. "There are just some things you're better off not knowing."

"That bad, huh Kai?" Max asked curiously, bright eyes fixed on the older teen.

"You have no idea…"

Ray couldn't deny it; his curiosity was piqued. "What did it involve?"

"You would never look at waffles or scrambled eggs the same way again..."

They finished breakfast in silence for the most part; the blonde sat happily humming to himself while both Ray and Kai sat consumed by their thoughts, until a sudden realisation reached the neko-jins mind. "So Max wants to build a fort, I want to have sex with you both, what did you want to do Kai?"

"I hadn't really thought about it." The slate haired teen shrugged. "You two can take care of the dishes; I'll grab the blankets and put them in the lounge."

"Aww come on Kai; there's got to be something you want to do." Max called, bright blue eyes fixed on the older male's retreating back.

"Dishes! Now!"

The pair blinked and glanced at one another, standing in silence for several minutes. "I guess there's nothing he wants to do?" the blonde asked curiously.

Ray pondered the question for a moment before shaking his head. "Nah, there's something he wants to do; I just don't think he feels like telling us. Now, we better make a start on the dishes."

"Fiiinnnee."

"Well if there is something he'd like to do, why won't he just tell us?"

"I think we should just drop it; if he wants to tell us he will…I think…" the neko-jin hissed back, following his blonde boyfriend to the lounge. The silvery haired male's

"But it's Kai, he's not exactly….whoa…."

Ray bumped straight into the blonde whom had abruptly stopped in the doorway; though it didn't take him long to figure out why. Parts of the lounge, including the television, were hidden beneath masses of blankets. The slate haired teen wasn't visible from where they stood, but the movement beneath the blanket was enough of a hint that he was definitely in there. "You started without us?"

"You two were taking too long with the dishes."

The rustling and shuffling beneath the blankets continued, and it was several moments more before Max snapped back to his senses. "Why is the TV in the fort?"

"So we can watch movies later, now are you two going to help or stand there gawking?"

"Where are you?"

"Over by the couch."

Max stepped forward cautiously, only to be stopped by the dark haired male's voice. "And where exactly is the couch?"

"In the fort."

"You don't know where anything is in relation to the outside of the room anymore, do you?"

"…nope…"

The blonde giggled happily and wandered over to the mass of blankets. "Guess we'll have to come find you then." Dropping to his knees, the youngest of the trio crawled through the opening that'd been left in the mass of blankets and quickly disappeared from view. "Wow…Ray you gotta come see this!"

Rolling his eyes, the ebony haired male followed suit and soon found himself crawling through the tunnels of the blanket fort, walls held up by furniture that was no longer visible from outside. He'd assumed it would just be one large, open area beneath the blankets, and the winding mass of pathways was an interesting surprise. It was easy to realise why Kai had no idea where he was from a view outside the fort; Ray couldn't tell where he was either.

"Ray, are you in here too?" Max called out, though he wasn't quite sure from which direction.

"Yes; I get the feeling I went the opposite way to you at that first turn." He called back, rolling his eyes as Kai's chuckling reached his ears. "Did you have to put two paths in, Kai?"

"Yes; one for coming in and one for going out; both lead to the same place in the end." He called to the pair, and Ray grumbled slightly before moving on once more. From what he could tell the passages both he and Max were crawling through were on the outside of the rather large fort, and he guessed that it'd soon open into the middle. He could also tell why there were two; they weren't wide enough for more than one person at a time.

Sure enough as he rounded the next corner, the narrow passageway ended, opening into what could be called the heart of the fort, with the television off to one side. Off to the other side was a much more interesting sight as far as the dark haired male was concerned; the master of the fort had pinned a young blonde intruder beneath him and they were doing battle.

Well their tongues were at least; the blonde had already largely surrendered to the taller, paler male who had already slipped a hand beneath the younger's shirt. Neither male had heard him arrive in the expansive area, did the amber eyed male overly care as his boyfriends continued their rather passionate struggle.

Time seemed to stop as the pair continued; fumbling with belts and zips, pulling at clothing in their rush to have more of one another, a truly mesmerising sight as Ray had ever seen. Air was quickly becoming an obvious issue for both and they pulled apart panting, the taller male resting his forehead against that of the younger male.

"Enjoying the show there, Ray?" The slate haired teen's wolfish smirk made him blush, unable to answer the question put to him.

"Looks like he was to me." Max sounded happier than the cat with the cream, grinning at the ebony haired male. "That or he brought a torch with him."

Kai laughed at the comment while Ray's blush darkened, his gaze dropping away from the pair. "Shut up…" He soon forgot his shyness as the slate haired male quietly slunk over and pinned him down, claiming his lips and locking them into an embrace akin to the one he'd shared with the blonde. All sense left him as the strong, cool hands slipped beneath his shirt and began inching it up.

He lost track of his own hands and Kai's rather quickly, but he couldn't find a single part of himself that was complaining about it. By the time the slate haired teen pulled back they were both out of breath and shirtless, cheeks flushed from the extended embrace. He couldn't honestly say when he'd lost his shirt, nor when the ruby eyed male had lost his; the blue eyed male who'd been gazing at them probably could've…if he cared to.

A quick glance at the blonde was more than enough to show he wasn't about to give up any information he had, and Ray doubted he'd be given a chance to ask for it anyway. One cold hand had already snared his wrists above his head, and though he was unaccustomed to being on the receiving end of anything, for the toned pale teen above him, he was willing to learn.

The ruby orbs left his briefly to glance at the blue eyed teen, who'd already made himself comfortable and settled down to watch the pair. "You sure you're fine watching, Max?"

"Yup; just don't wear him out too much 'else I won't get a turn."

Through the hazy lust beginning to cloud his mind, Ray tried to consider the conversation he'd just heard. It took longer than it should've, and his concentration was slowly being gnawed away by the Russian as he moved down the tanned male's body. "You two discussed this?"

"You took too long getting here." Max grinned at him, shuffling around slightly. "Kai gets you, you get me after that, and then we can move onto the more complicated part."

"Ohhhhh…." The word came out more as a moan than a statement, and he couldn't care any further. 'I'm definitely going to enjoy this…'
