"Agent Coulson, why don't you find a quiet part of Central Park and explain what's going on to everyone. Sam and Dean can help explain the demonic aspects of it." The Doctor said.
"Aren't you going to come too?" Agent Coulson asked.
"I have something I have to do first."
Rose and the rest of the TARDIS's occupants walked into the console room, which expanded to fit them all comfortably.
"So, what's our plan?" Captain Jack asked.
"I'm dropping you all off in Central Park, where Agent Coulson will explain things. Jack, you and I have something to do first." The Doctor replied.
He pushed open the Tardis doors.
"Don't take anything except your phone and a small weapon. I'll be back in a few minutes and you can get all your equipment then. And your phones can now make calls to anywhere in time and space."
Everyone grabbed their phones and crowded out of the Tardis. As Sherlock walked by the Doctor, he tossed him a small, shiny object.
"You might want this."
Captain Jack Harkness closed the door behind Sherlock.
"Are you going to tell me what this is about?"
"Peggy."
The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and sonic-ed the shiny object.
"World War II. Fantastic!"
"Doctor, what does Peggy have anything to do without current problem? And what is the thing Sherlock tossed you?" Captain Jack asked.
"Sherlock tossed me Steve's compass, the one with the picture of Peggy. He probably pick pocketed Steve at some point."
The Tardis took off and the Doctor began flipping levers and spinning knobs.
"Doctor!"
"I'm doing us a favor. Peggy is a good leader, and she and Steve together would make a very good team."
The Tardis landed and the Doctor stepped out to find himself in New York City, 1946.
"Well, Jack, do you know where SHIELD headquarters are."
"Follow me."
Peggy looked up from her work as two men walked into her office. The second man's face was blocked by the first man.
"Hello. Who are you?"
"I'm the Doctor."
"Doctor who?"
"Just the Doctor."
"Who's your companion?"
"Surely you didn't forget me Peggy." Jack said, stepping out from behind the Doctor.
"Captain Jack Harkness. You do know you have been MIA for a year."
"Is that how long it's been? Sorry, time's been a little bit wibbley wobbly for me."
"What does that even mean? You know what, I don't want to know." Peggy walked up to Jack and slapped him. "That was for letting everyone think you were dead for a year."
"Anyways, we have something that we'd like your help with. If you'll just follow me." The Doctor said, starting to walk out.
"Is this SHIELD related?"
"Yes…"
Peggy followed Jack and the Doctor into the Tardis.
"Welcome to the Tardis!" The Doctor said, shutting the door and adjusting the controls on the console.
"What is this?" Peggy asked, looking around the Tardis.
"The Tardis. Time and Relative Dimension in Space. We have an issue, about seventy years in the future, which we need your help with." Jack said, joining the Doctor at the console.
"It travels in … time." Peggy whispered.
"Yep." The Doctor responded as they took off.
Agent Coulson stepped onto a tree stump so he could address everyone. Harry, Ron, Hermione, Luna, and Neville were gathered together to one side of the tree stump, while Legolas sat on the lower branches of one of the trees. Sherlock and John stood together in front of the tree stump, next to Captain Kirk, Spock, and Uhura, and Rose, Martha, Donna, Amy, Rory, River, and Clara stood opposite Harry and his friends. Logan and the Avengers were spread around the outside of the group, with Tony hovering overhead as lookout. Dean and Sam stood on either side of the tree stump to help explain what was going on.
"Loki and his partners contacted us earlier today. We -" Agent Coulson began.
Tony interrupted him. "We know. I had Jarvis stream it to everyone's rooms since you didn't gather all of us."
"Alright then. I'll let the Winchesters explain who Crowley is." Agent Coulson stepped off the stump and allowed Dean to take his place.
"Crowley is the King of Hell. Which means that Loki, Moriarty, and the Master are probably going to him to make a deal."
"What type of deal would they be able to make with the King of Hell?" Luna asked.
"Moriarty wants an army. He met Crowley while he was in hell, and now he wants to make a deal for control of demons." Sherlock said.
Dean stepped down from the stump. He conferred with Sam and Agent Coulson for a minute, before Agent Coulson stepped onto the stump.
"We need a response team to deal with and attacks. And at the moment we stick out a lot, because there are a lot of us and, no offense, some of you are really not that good with blending in. I'll start breaking you into groups and we can move out as soon as the Doctor gets back."
"Hello Phil." Pepper Potts said as she walked into their midst.
When he saw her, Tony flew behind a tree and hid as much as possible.
"I'm fine Pepper. How did you find us?"
"I asked Jarvis. I need to speak to Tony."
"Tony, she knows you're here. Just come talk to her so we can get back to work."
Tony landed and retracted his helmet.
"Hi Pepper." He said sheepishly.
"Do you know how much of a problem you caused? I come to the tower, where I was supposed to meet you before lunch, to find that bombs had gone off in the tower. There were fireman crowding the tower, which had sealed itself off, and news reporters everywhere. And you didn't even call to let me know what happened."
"Things happened. That's how I ended up here with this group."
Pepper looked around and noticed for the first time the rather unusual group gathered around the tree stump. Tony, noticing she was distracted, flew up into the air so he could see over the trees.
"Pepper, can I continue?" Agent Coulson asked.
"Sure Phil, I didn't mean to interrupt anything."
"Alright. Harry, you are going to lead one of the response teams. Steve, you'll lead the other. Captain Kirk, your team is going to be responsible for making weapons that can defeat frost giants and demons. I would probably avoid mentioning it to the Doctor though. The Doctor will establish a command central in the Tardis. And I'll lead a team to deal with the public and keep them from panicking."
"Hey Coulson, speed it up. It looks like someone or something is approaching quickly. You have about five minutes max." Tony called over the earpieces.
"Thanks Stark. Okay Harry, your team is Logan, Legolas, Natasha, and Clara. Steve, take Hermione, Spock, Ron, Rory, and Donna. Captain Kirk, you take Stark, Sherlock, Thor, Dean, Miss Lovegood, and Amy Pond. The Doctor's team will be Dr. Banner,
Clint, Uhura, Martha, River Song, and Neville Longbottom. My team is Sam, John, Rose, Pepper, and Captain Jack Harkness."
The TARDIS whirred into being and the Doctor opened the door. He stepped out, followed by Captain Jack and Peggy.
"Steve?" Peggy said, shocked.
Steve turned around at the sound of Peggy's voice.
"Peggy?"
Steve began walking towards Peggy. As he reached her, she wrapped her arms around him in a hug, a few tears sliding down her cheeks as she lay her head on Steve's shoulder.
A frost giant snuck through the trees into the clearing where they were, only to be brought down by two well-placed arrows; one long and wooden and the other shorter and metal.
"Hey guys, we're almost surrounded." Tony said over the earpiece.
"No duh Stark." Was Clint's only reply as he climbed a tree opposite Legolas and began shooting arrows at the approaching frost giants.
"We need to move out. Peggy, go with Steve." Agent Coulson said, gathering his group together.
"My group will stay behind and buy you some time." Harry and Steve said at the same time.
"Harry, Ron, and I will be able to get everyone out once you all are clear." Hermione added.
Dean dashed inside the Tardis and grabbed his gear. He also grabbed several copies of a picture that was sitting on the console.
"Here. As soon as you can, go to 3317 Westcreek road. Get an anti-possession tattoo." He said, handing each team leader a copy of the picture. Clint jumped down from the tree he was in, still firing arrows at the approaching frost giants.
"Now go!" Harry called, his and Steve's groups forming a fighting circle.
The Doctor's group entered the Tardis, Clint going backwards so he could keep firing arrows. John gave Sherlock a brief hug, before shoving him towards the opening in the frost giant ranks. The rest of Captain Kirk's group followed Sherlock through opening, Captain Kirk taking the lead. Agent Coulson's group followed them through the gap.
The Tardis took off as Legolas jumped down from the tree and took his place in the fighting circle. As the frost giants encircled them, a variety of weapons were drawn. Harry, Ron, and Hermione drew their wands; Legolas nocked an arrow in his bow; Logan unsheathed his claws; Natasha and Peggy drew guns; Rory unsheathed his sword; Spock dew his phaser; and Clara and Donna pulled out their phones and started typing.
"We should try to hold them off for as long as we can. On my signal, grab hands with the other people in your group and hold on tight. Hermione, Ron find somewhere connected to the muggle world to go." Harry said in between flinging spells.
"We're down to our last arrows." Clint called.
"Okay, grab hand with the rest of your group. Hermione, go."
Harry and Hermione turned on the spot. As they vanished, something grabbed hold of Clara's arm.
Harry's group landed ungracefully in a heap on the floor of Number 4 Privet Drive. As Harry sat up, he found himself face to face with a brown haired teenager.
"Who the hell are you?" Harry asked.
I'm back from my hiatus. I'll try to upload whenever I have a new chapter ready.
