I would like to first say thank you for all your time taken into reading my story... But this, as sad as it sounds, is the Last Chapter of Book 2. Please continue to be patient with me as I start on Book 3. It will be the last sequel to this long ride.

Chapter 6

Kagome looked sadly at her pack as they were getting ready for the battle against Naraku. She had not told them of her plan to leave this dimension for good and never look back. She was planning to leave them here as she ventured into another timeline where they won't know her. Fresh from here, from this hurtful past.

She shook her thoughts away and grasped her sword. A soft tug on the hem of her haori caused her to look down. Rin was smiling toothily at her.

Kagome bent down to her level and smiled at the small child. She hugged Rin softly one last time, taking her scent in before placing her on AhUn with Jaken.

"Remember Rin, always have the barrier up. If you want to protect Jaken-sama and AhUn, you must never be afraid." She warned.

The past week she spent honing the dormant miko skills of the young child along with teaching demon slayer magic to Sango, Miroku and Jaken. She even summoned her father's underlings to train AhUn and Kirara to be a better dragon and nekomata.

With one last glance at Rin, AhUn and Jaken, the group flew off to the battlefield.

"Kukuku, I'm so glad you have finally decided to return the jewel to me my miko…" Naraku's annoying voiced called out from the top of his dark castle as he stared down at their small group that were about to go up against thousands of his minions.

Kagome sighed exasperatedly. "How many times must I tell you that it's just a wishful thinking Naraku. I'm gonna be the one to rip that jewel out from your heart and purify your tentacles to hell and back!"

Without much said, she pulled back and howled loudly as a sign to charge. She materialized a bow in her hand, pulling the string as far back as possible before letting it loose with a whishing sound.

Hundreds of arrows burst forth as it came down fast, accurately hitting her enemies and purifying them instantly.

Kouga and his pack came in just in time to witness the scene.

"Damn am I glad I'm on your side 'Gome" he grinned as did Ayame before they sped off with haku and ginta and the rest of their pack to clear as many youkais as possible.

"Kukuku, you will never be able to win this battle Kagome! You are outnumbered!" Naraku boasted haughtily before Naruko grinned at him.

"Oh yeah?! Well beat this! Tajuu Kage Bunshin No Jutsu!" Over a thousand Naruko's poof'ed into existence and drove rasengan into each youkai enemy they came across, easily turning the tides to their favor.

Naraku cursed loudly at the turns of events and decided to jump into battle, meeting Kagome in the centre of the crowd.

"Kukukuku! My dear Kagome, soon you shall be mine to possess! The jewel and you shall be mine!" his tentacles darted of towards her, filled with dark miasma, aiming to end her life and snatch her half of the jewel.

Kagome smirked evilly at him before enveloping herself with her holy powers into a second skin. As the tentacles made contact with her, you could hear the hissing of burning flesh as it was purified instantly.

"GARHHH! I SHALL MAKE YOU PAY!" a dark purple light surrounded Naraku before dimming down to reveal Naraku covered from top to toe in a exoskeleton. His eyes were black and his pupils were red. Bone like spikes protruded out from his back and shoulder.

A white blade with black hilt was grasped tightly in his hand. His face was covered in a half mask covering his jaw. Kagome's eyes narrowed dangerously as she took in his form.

That form… it's like a hollow from the shinigami's dimension. Where did he learn to take in that form? Her mind was searching for answers as she gripped her sword tightly in one hand.

A high pitch voice broke her strain of thoughts. "Kukuku! How do you like my final form Kagome? In this form it is impossible for the likes of you to scratch me let alone kill me! it is a form I imitated from another world Kanna has showed me! I recall it being called an arrancar." He grasped his sword tightly in one hand and raised it in the air.

Arrancar? So I was right. Kagome glared at him before raising her own sword, "Get... Back " Was her only order to her pack and they did so without much said.

As both Naraku and Kagome raised their sword, they were enveloped in a dark purple and pink aura respectively. The power released by the two of them easily crushed Naraku's minions as it made Kagome's pack hard to breathe.

"What… is this power?" Miroku managed to choke out under the pressure. Naru, Shippo and Gaara stood before the pack and released their youki to protect and help the others breathe easily.

"I honestly do not know Miroku. But whatever it is, I'm sure mom can handle it. And whatever Naraku did, it's really bad." Shippo answered.

Kagome could hear the howl of pain his zanpakuto was giving. Her zanpakuto, Midoriko, Pulsed with excitement and power to eliminate the threat and the urge to help his crying soul sword.

Naraku's eyes narrowed at Kagome's sword. "It seems to me you are aware of what I am Kagome. Doesn't matter, KILL: Chuku no ō!" kagome almost burst out laughing at the irony of the zanpakuto's name. King of hollows. She grinned back at him as his sword was about to change form, Kagome responded by letting loose the power built up within her zanpakuto.

"Cleanse: Midoriko!" a bright pink light shot from the tip of her sword and darted off to Naraku. Before the demon, now arrancar, could release his attack on her, Kagome's attack shot him accurately into the heart where the jewel lay.

Instantly the other half of the Shikon no Tama was purified, altogether purifying the vessel, Naraku, along.

His scream of anguish thundered through the land and shook the earth as his body began to swell and exploded from within into tiny specks of pink dusts.

"KAAAAGOOOOOOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" were the last they heard of him before his life ended.

Shouldn't we go after his heart Kagome? Midoriko asked. Kagome nodded but instead of going off to find the child that was birthed from Naraku's heart, she closed her eyes and focused on finding his soul ribbon.

Clear enough, it was the easiest to find. His soul ribbon was an ugly purple that was changing to black. Kagome called out to the soul and to the eyes of the others, a baby floated out of nowhere and landed softly into Kagome's arms.

The inutaichi darted off to where Kagome was, easily cutting through to the last bits of Naraku's spawns.

Kagome smiled at the child, taking in his features. Despite being the vessel of Naraku's heart, the child looked so innocent and pure. His black hair shining under the moonlight. Kagome touched the spot where his heart is supposed to be, and let her holy powers purify his heart.

Because he is still a child, it won't kill him. Kagome smiled as the baby opened his eyes and looked into the brightest pair of green eyes stare into hers as the child bubbled into baby laughter.

Kagome nuzzled the child, "I shall name you, Jundo. Welcome to the family, Dreyar Jundo Taisho." She said loud enough for her pack to hear.

Inuyasha was about to howl in anger when a look from Shippo and Naru caused him to snap his mouth shut.

Kagome bent down and took the other half of the jewel and it immediately combined with her half and became whole. Soon Kagome found herself in a dark sphere, within the Shikon no Tama itself.

"It is good to see you again Kagome." A familiar voice called her. She smiled and bowed.

"Yes it is Midoriko-sama." The ancient miko smiled at her and held out her hand to Kagome's sword and instantly it hummed to life and glowed its magnificent pink before taking a darker shade to margenta.

"I have nothing more to offer you but my deepest gratitude Kagome. You have come a long way to achieve what you have today. I am aware where you are heading next. But-" before she could finish Kagome interrupted.

"I'm aware of the hogyoku Midoriko. I am aware what needs to be done." She ended seriously before sighing heavily.

Midoriko smiled apologetically before nodding. "Then I have nothing more to say except that the jewel will be fused within you forever, making you the eternal guardian. I apologize for the burden you must carry Kagome." She said sincerely.

Kagome shook her head. "Don't be Midoriko, after all you are part of my soul are you not?" she smiled and grasped the sword in her hand. "We will go through with this together. I am not alone nor are you." As she said this, the soul of her fallen loved ones that made contract with her materialized behind her and smiled at the upset ancient miko.

Midoriko's eyes widened before smiling and nodding her head. "Yes, please take care of me Kagome" she bowed one last time at her future wielder and fused her soul with Kagome's zanpakuto, making her sword spiritually whole.

"So where are you going mama?" Shippo asked with her arms crossed over her chest. Naruko was leaning against the door entrance. Kagome sighed as she looked at her pups.

"I'm going to continue my journey pups." She said to them with an apologetic smile.

"And you didn't tell us, Why?" Naru said with hurt clear in her voice. The pain in her child's voice caused her heart to twist.

Kagome looked down with no trace that she'd be answering them. She held Jundo tightly in her arms. She was planning on bringing her youngest with her and make sure he grew up well and not rotten like the original him.

But she was caught before she could leave. She sighed at them before grinning. "So, are you coming with me or what?" she teased.

They nodded their heads. "We aren't gonna leave you to go alone momma. We're coming." Naru said when two male voices cut in.

"Where our mates go, we follow." Gaara said with a tone that left no space to argue as Sesshomaru nodded his head.

Kagome sighed before smiling up to them.

"Then say our goodbyes. We must leave soon if we want to make ourselves comfortable to where we're heading." They nodded their heads before turning around to say their goodbyes to the inu taichi.

Kagome could feel a headache coming when she looked back at her pack. In the end they all decided to follow including Jaken and AhUn. She sighed before smiling at them.

Inuyasha placed an arm around her shoulders and nodded at him. She smiled again before taking a deep breath and called out to the dimension portal, "Dimensional Jump: Karakura Town"

That was the first step to a new beginning of a world and battle of a whole new level.

Uruhara was enjoying his cup of tea with Yoruichi when a spike of reaitsu came crushing down on them. But as soon as it came it was gone.

The duo looked at each other before rushing to the front door, just in time to see a rip about four metres before his shop entrance and out came a group of people wearing clothing's that suspiciously belongs to the feudal era.

They all had a large amount of reaitsu that surpasses all the captains in Seiretei. Though a particular individual, a woman who seemed to be the leader of the group, her amount of reaitsu rolling off her despite being suppressed was on par with the Soutaicho.

They even have a creature that looked like a two headed dragon with a little girl sitting on it comfortably with a smile and a creature that looked like a toad sitting behind her.

"Who are you?" The former shinigami taichou of the twelfth division asked with his fan covering his mouth.

The woman whom he guessed earlier was the leader took a step forward and smiled warmly at him before bowing slightly.

"My name is Dreyar Kagome Taishou Greenleaf. You can call me Kagome. And this is my pack. could we come in please mister Kisuke? I'm sure you would like to know about our plans for the future seeing that you will be involved in our plans for the Gotei 13." She said with her eyes twinkling with excitement.

Uruhara and Yoruichi were beyond mind blown. But her words held no threat except the serious tone was enough to warn them how important they're information will be for them.

Without much said, Uruhara slid his doors open and grinned at them, "Well then, please do come in Ms Kagome." He invited nicely while calling Tessai to make tea for the guests.

When they were seated, Kagome began introducing her pack to him and what she said lastly was what shocked the poor hats and clogs shopkeeper. "We're a pack of demons, hanyou, monk, tajiya, a child miko, ninja's and mages. I'm one of all. It's nice to be of acquaintance with you Kisuke Uruhara, former shinigami taichou of division twelfth and Shihoin Yoruichi, god of the flash steps." She grinned, enjoying the shocked and caution looks on their faces.

"Who are you and what do you want with us?" The male voice of the cat hissed dangerously at her.

Sesshomaru growled at the neko that dares to disrespect his Alpha(a/n: *snickers* Sesshomaru.. has an alpha xD) Yoruichi found it hard to suppress a shiver at the male but did back down. Seeing this, the daiyoukai was about to grab its neck and strangle it but Kagome stopped him.

"Calm down pup. We did not come here to fight. We came here to help for the future of this world and the hogyoku." She stated, staring straight into Uruhara's eyes with a silent message, 'we're friends. Not enemies.'

Uruhara understood this and petted Yoruichi.

"Let's start from the beginning Kagome-san" He said. Earning nods from the woman's packs.

"Well… it all began on my fifteenth birthday." She sighed, getting tired explaining the same story over and over in every dimension and world she went.

But somewhere deep in her heart and mind, she knew that this would be her last stop.
