Chapter 8: The Goddess Sword part 2
A.N. Sorry everybody for not posting as much but at least I posted a few different chapters to some of my stories I promise I will work on the next chapter of Wing's of Freedom, I'm really sorry I haven't and will make it up by posting the last chapter of Dragonball DG soon. Anyway please enjoy part two of "The Goddess Sword", I will make it a bit longer to probably after they meet the old women and stuff, other than that, bye! P.S. I LOVE MINECRAFT!
(Karcyn's P.O.V)
I watched Link look at the glowing blade in awe until we heard a loud booming voice that was really familiar.
"Link!" Gaepora yelled as link spun around as did I.
"Headmaster Gaepora!" He said looking at him as Gaepora saw the sacred blade in his hands.
"I've had my suspicions, but until now I wasn't sure." He replied.
'Hmm, I wonder what he means by that?' I thought in my head.
"Yet here we are in the Chamber of the Sword, the very place where it was foretold the youth of Legend would one day appear!" He said.
'You sure are a nerd at this my elderly friend!' I thought in my head as I snickered.
"What do you mean foretold?" Link asked.
"It is said that this place was left to our people by the Goddess herself!" He said as I looked at him concerned.
'Hylia!' I said in my head.
"The very knowledge of this room's existence is a secret passed down to a select few each generation, along with a handful of words..."
'He is one confusing old man!' I thought.
"When the light of the Goddess's sword shines bright, the great apocalypse will wake from it's long slumber. Do not fear, for it is then a youth, guided by my hand, shall reveal himself in a place sacred." He said as the Sacred words wrapped around me like a blanket.
"How do you know all of this?" He asked.
"It started days ago. The sword that I've kept secret all these years... it began to give off a faint, otherworldly light." He said.
"Go on!" I said.
"At first I wasn't sure I was seeing things, here alone with the Sword. There was simply no other explanation!" He said.
"I'm sure he's in awe right now!" I whispered to myself.
"I never dreamed of the prophecy of Legend would come to pass in my lifetime!" He started." The words I sworn to keep secret are coming true before my very eyes!"
"Anymore Sacred Words you have to say for us?" I asked as he nodded.
"The youth will be guided by one born of the blade- One who is also youthful in likeness yet wise with knowledge immeasurable." He said.
"Oral tradition, one of the least reliable methods of information retention and transmission." Fi cut in as Ri came out of my sword.
"It appears that critical sections of the passage have been lost over the generations!" Ri said staring at me with that blank expression of hers.
"So tells us the missing passage if you'd please." I said.
"The youths who draws forth the guiding swords shall be know as the Goddess's chosen heroes, and it is they who possesses an unbreakable spirit." Fi said.
"I swear these spirits like to pause!" I mumbled.
"They shall be burdened with the task of abolishing the Shadow Apocalypse from the land. Such is his destiny." She said.
"With the spirit of the blade at his side, he shall soar over the clouds and plummet down below..." Ri started."... And United with the spirit maidens, shall bring forth a piercing light that resurrects the land."
~Link's Flashback~
"Some of fathers old texts talk about a place called the surface." Zelda said." The old Tales describe a whole world down there, far more vast than Skyloft!"
~Flashback ended~
"Masters, you must embark on a great journey beneath the clouds to the vast realm of the surface." Ri said." It is only though this-journey that you can cordially the mission set before you by our creator, the Goddess."
"This is the only method available for you to reunite with the Spirit Maidens, honorable Ashlee and Zelda." Fi said.
"This is no easy task, Link. The world below is a forsaken place, and to reach it you must pierce the cloud barrier below. In no living memory, no one has ever done this!" Gaepora said as Fi put her hands out in front of her and a tablet formed and she gave it to Link.
"Masters, the first thing you must do is hit the crest sitting in this room with a Skyward Strike." Fi started." These blasts are formed of pure energy that charges within your blades when you lift them Skyward."
"Once you have charged your blade, face the crest and swing your swords to send out a powerful Skyward Strike." Ri said.
"Looks like this, is the beginning of my, very first, adventure!" I said smiling.

(Ashlee's P.O.V)
"Thank you so much for everything!" I said walking away next to Zelda.
"You're welcome young one, but remember, you can not wait for your sister or friend, they will catch up to you in time, just go to the springs and purify yourself!" The old lady said.
