Hi! Sorry for the late update! just to let everyone know (at least to those who read my story) that I will have no fixed time on when I shall update or not! There might be time when I might (keyword: Might) update a sidestory or whatever. This chapter was originally a longer story (completed actually) but! Being the stupid, clumsy, unorganized girl I am. I lost it. AHAHAHHAhaha...haaaa...
So! I have split the story up! I'm not sure if it will be 2 parts or 3 parts though. I will be adding my own OCs' soon. Never really wanted to but I felt that it was needed to keep the story going. They won't really have big parts so all is good.
OH! And I got a new computer and have school and college barking at me sooooo I won't be able to write anytime soon. Sorry. I feel like crying for doing this to you guys, right after I just started to rewrite this again. But life is a butt that burp out smelly air.
NOW! ENOUGH OF MY BLABBERING! ON WITH THE STORY!

Chapter 2 Part 1
~Normal POV~
'DING-DONG!DING-DONG!DING-DING-DING-DING! BAM!BAM!BAM!'
"IKUTOOOOO! OPEN THE DOOR!" a girl with long, blonde twin-tails yelled out as she started to kick the door in hopes of waking up her wonderful but lazy older brother.
"Oi. Utau, calm down. I'm sure your brother had a busy day yesterday." The man next to the fuming girl said, hoping to calm his girlfriend so that his best friend won't get killed.
The door slowly opened, revealing messy blue hair and half-open blue eyes threatening itself to fall back down and to fall asleep.
"… What." Ikuto said in a menacing voice.
Having no effect what so ever, Utau looked at the older man with a murderous glare. "You weren't there." She said with tears falling from her eyes.
"… Sorry, what did I miss?" Ikuto questioned, fully awake and confused.
"You! Y-you w-weren't th-the-there to-to-day for-WAAAAAA! I HATE YOU!"Utau cried, hiccupping, as she received comfort from her boyfriend and soon-to-be husband. Ikuto then turns to who he considered his closest friend with a questioning look.
Noticing the look he was receiving, Kukai sighed as answered "dude, the wedding rehearsal was today." Ikuto's eyes widened with realization.
Cursing, he tried to think of a way to calm his little sister down and hopefully didn't disturb the neighborhood. While the two men fumbled to find a way to calm the crying ex-popstar, a little pink-haired child slowly walked up to the door unnoticed to see what all the commotion was about. When she saw the crying figure, she quickly ran up to her and tugged on the edge of Utau's shirt.
Utau turned her head to the direction to the small hand and saw a little girl tugging her shirt and looking up to her with a worried expression. Though still sniffling, Utau stopped her cries and bent down to eye level with the pink haired child. The two men noticed and looked down with amazement.
'It usually takes us hours to calm her down!' the two exclaimed inside their heads.
The little one then stretched both her hands out and cupped the blond girl and gave her a reassuring smile, then softly kissing Utau on the cheek. With wide eyes, the three adults blinked, frozen by what just happened.
Utau, being the first to recover, started to smother the child into her arms. "OH, HOW CUTE! What are you doing here alone?" she questioned forgetting all the previous events that just took place.
The other two then let out a sigh of relief as they noticed that Utau was able to forget her reasons for the tears. Though, both men felt a bit left out as they watched their loved ones cuddling each other. The two gentlemen then quickly separated the two and hugged the ones that were theirs.
"I thought the store owner said that it's hard for you to get attached to others quickly." Ikuto mumbled jealously. Overhearing this, the couple then turned their heads to Ikuto and the child with looks of disbelief.
"What?" the couple questioned simultaneously. As the pairs of two looked at one another, the young couple then let out a loud "EEEHHHHH?!"
Ikuto heaved a sigh, knowing what kind of questions that may arise from their disturbing minds.
~Utau's POV~
- 15 minutes later after calming down-
What in the world? This adorable little girl is staying with Ikuto?
"Wha! What did you do?!" I exclaimed.
"Dude, did you kidnap her or something?" I heard my fiancée ask, oddly more amused than surprised.
Me: "Did you pick her up from the streets?"
K: "You became a pedo?" *Smack* "Ow!"
Me: "Is she your kid?"
K:"Woah, dude! Never thought you'd have it in you!" *Smack* *Kick* "UGH! Hurts like hell!"
Both me and Ikuto sighed as Kukai's choices of words.
"No. No. And no. She's a Plant Doll that I got, well purchased to be exact. Though, I don't like using that term." Ikuto said; looking at us with disapproval etched into his eyes.
"Well we never knew that!" Kukai and I yelled in sync.
"SHE is also the reason I forgot about your rehearsal. But I wouldn't have gone either way." My brother said with an indifferent look.
"You meanie! I thought you loved me!" I screamed as tears started to return to my eyes. I stopped my complaining when I heard my to-be husband spoke in realization, "Why haven't you called her by her name yet?"
"That's because I don't have a name for her yet. I just got her not to long ago and I never really thought about it." He pointed out, causing me and Kukai to facepalm.
"Then why not just take this time to think up a name for her?" Kukai suggested.
"The problem is what to name her…" I said thoughtfully.
"Hmmmmm…" the three of us hummed as we tried to think of a name.
- 3 hours later-
"You got anything?" I asked, tired of trying to think my brains out.
"Zip" Kukai said, looking as if he's about to fall asleep.
"Nothing here." I heard my brother say
I then checked the clock to see watch time it was and saw that it was 4:51p.m.
"WHAT?! I missed my appointment for my dress fitting?!" I screamed in complete rage.
"Woah! Calm down! We can just make another appointment." I hear Kukai say. " .Appointment?! Do you not understand how important it is for me to get the dress right away?!" I screamed yet again, making my soon-to-be husband cower in fear.
I took a few deep breaths, trying to calm down. While after I calmed down, I noticed something that I haven't seen since long ago. I saw him smile. Yes, my brother wasn't really the type to smile in the first place or show his emotions for that matter. But I haven't seen him this happy since dad suddenly disappeared.
Ah.
~Ikuto's POV~
"I got it! I got it!" I hear my sister yell excitedly.
"Got what?" Kukai said while I looked to my sister as if she's gone crazy.
"A name! I got a name for her!" She continued.
"Well, what is it?" I asked.
"Amulet. Amu for short." She said proudly as she puffed out her chest.
"Amulet? Why?" Me and Kukai questioned.
"Because, the name means a charm to protect another from evil. Ikuto I've noticed that you've been more…happy." She said the last part in a quieter and calmer voice.
"That's true. You seem more approachable now than before. Even I feel more comfortable with you right now." I hear Kukai add on while nodding his own head.
'Happier? True I have been feeling more relaxed ever since she appeared…' I glanced at the little one to see her smiling a bit at me. 'Guess she was what I needed in my life after all.' I thought as I smiled back.
I picked her up and sat her on my lap. "What do you think of the name Amulet? Or Amu for short." I asked.
She smiled at me with the biggest smile I have seen on her and starts nodding her head. "Ahaha! I take it that she likes it!" Kukai laughs.
"Well It's decided then. Right Amu?" I said, smiling. Amu quickly hugs me and giggling, showing how excited and happy she was.
The mood was destroyed when Utau's phone started ringing.
Konichiwa! Konichiwa! .WA!...Can you not hear me calling for you! *click*
"Hello?" My sister answered.
I turned to Kukai with a look that said 'What kind of ringtone is that?'
He returned the look and mouthed 'I don't know, and it's best if I don't ask.' In which I gave a quick nod to.
We then heard my sister screech "What?! What do you mean the Rikka won't be able to make it?!"
"….!...!...?!"
"I don't know! Like I can find another flower gir…! Ah! Amu!"
"….?...?"
"Don't worry about who she is!"
"….!"
"Alice! Calm Down! Don't worry about! I take her with me next week for the dress fitting."
Wait take her? Take her where? I don't like the sound of this…
"….. ….."
"Ok. Ok. Don't forget to tell your sister!"
"…!...!" *Click*
After she ended the phone call, she turned her focus back to us. Well, more like to Amu.
Haha! What shall ever happen to thee!... At least I gave her a name this time.
Well! I hope you like it and R&R!
