Coruscant: Walkway 176

Wolverine continued walking down the pathway with the cigar in his mouth, puffing smoke and holding his other hand over the side, claws extended, shredding any ships that flew past. Mothma, Leia and Garm followed close-behind.

Several Stormtroopers on jetpacks flew down in their path. Wolverine didn't even slow. He walked casually up to them, lasers piercing holes in him that sealed immediately, and sliced them up in several quick motions.

"Come on, guys." He said. "You'll have to do better than that."

Right as he finished that sentence, a dwarf krayt dragon came crashing down on him, making the walkway sway violently on it's antigrav boosters!

"Wolverine!" Leia cried out.

Garm had to hold her back to keep her from charging the beast with her lightsaber!

The baby dragon roared which caused the plasteel walkways to groan and shutter loudly! It took one step, and the walkway collapsed, sending all of them plummeting down into the lower city!

Coruscant: Walkway 100

Thor and Thing kept up their attacks on the swiftly increasing numbers of enemies. It seemed as if their was no end in sight.

"Friend Ben." Thor called out. "How many have you defeated?"

"Lost count after 345, blondie." Thing called back, chuckling.

Just then Thor noticed the krayt dragon falling with Leia, Mothma, Garm, and Wolverine. He felt even more powerless than before, knowing he couldn't save them. Thing seemed to notice as well.

"Don't worry, Thor." He said, holding a kath hound by the neck. "Logan is plenty tough. Gonna take more than that to take him down."

Thor smiled. Wolverine was indeed a mighty warrior. He seemed renewed in hope.

"Come, Ben." He laughed. "Let us start a new contest, starting from zero! For Asgard!"

Coruscant: Lower City

Leia awoke in pain. She had managed to break hers and Mothma's falls, but she didn't catch Garm in time. She hoped he was okay, as she couldn't see clearly. She was able to make out the image of the krayt dragon rearing it's head, and screaming in anger! She noticed Wolverine getting up, brushing the rubble off his tattered jacket, and throwing his cigar on the ground.

Wolverine stomped it out as soon as it hit the floor. The dragon seemed to consider eating him. Wolverine merely looked up at it, and felt a smile cross his face.

"Oh, yeah," He said, unsheathing his razor-sharp claws. "I been waitin' for this!"

The dragon saw it as a challenge and roared at Wolverine, which blew out his eardrums, causing them to bleed. He stumbled, but did not fall.

He was slightly off balance now, as he couldn't hear. His ears had been damaged completely by that massive roar, and his center of gravity was all messed up.

"Dammit...gah." He grunted, still reeling.

The dragon lifted it's massive foot and brought it down on him, creating a crater.

Leia struggled to get up. Her lightsaber in hand, but it wouldn't activate. The crystal must have been smashed from the impact. Not good. A krayt dragon's hide was already thick enough to withstand a lightsaber, but without one it was nearly impossible to hurt one! She tried to stagger towards Wolverine to help him, but she took one step and nearly fell on her face!

"It's no use, my limbs are broken!" She mumbled.

She looked up at the dragon, and saw Wolverine get up again!

"L-Logan!" She managed. "R-run! I-it's impos-ssible!"

Wolverine ignored her, rubbed his ears, and popped his claws out again! He lunged at the monster, who reared back in surprise at the lack of death from his attack. He shoved his adamantium claws into the thick leg of the beast, which drew blood! Leia, even in her daze, was absolutely startled! He had managed to cut through the hide of a krayt dragon with vibroknives that came from his knuckles! That was not possible!

Wolverine continued to cut the leg open, as the dragon continued to rear around and try to throw him off of it. Wolverine continued climbing however, and drew blood with every cut he made.

Mothma slowly started to regain conciousness. She saw Wolverine climbing the krayt dragon, and fainted again.

Logan continued climbing until he reached the dragon's horn, and sliced it clean off in one motion, then turned towards it's eye!

"Say goodnight, bub." He smirked.
