Coruscant: War-torn Walkway
Thing, Leia, and Mothma ran along the charred walkways as fighters and animals and zombies fell from the sky. On Thing's shoulders were Human Torch and Garm. Thing stopped to catch a breather.
"Woo..." He sighed. "I gotta catch my breath."
"No time." Leia said. "We have to keep moving."
Thing noticed there wasn't a bead of sweat on her. She wasn't even breathing hard.
"How do you do it?" He asked. "You don't even look worn out!"
"The Force will sustain me." She said simply.
Thing didn't question it. They continued on through the chaos, trying to escape the doomed sector.
Coruscant: Destroyed Landing Pad
Thor pounded down on Starkiller's prone form, mashing him with Mjolnir, thunder and lightning striking in the distance. The zombie merely crakced his body parts back into place, and threw Thor into the sky. Quickly following up into the sky after him, he slashed a flurry of blue flashes onto the chest of the thunder god. Thor winced in pain, and zapped Starkiller with a bolt of lightning, but it only scratched his shoulder.
Finding a vulnerability in his dodge, Thor threw Mjolnir hard at Starkiller. It hit him smack in the face, smashing him back into the landing pad, making tremors ripple through the steel walkways.
Professor X stood and watched in astonishment. Morbius and Beast had to move to not get crushed by a flying barricade.
Thor landed slowly, as he was still recovering from the earlier attack. As the smoke cleared, Starkiller stood completely unfazed. Thor called Mjolnir back to him, and took up an offensive position.
Starkiller smirked.
Hyperspace: Jedi Shuttle
Luke lay back as the stars turned to lines and they made the jump to Coruscant. He looked back to see Doom sitting next to Susan as she slept, holding her hand in his, and caressing her soft hair. Luke knew what Doom was feeling. He missed his wife terribly. He often wondered if he'd ever see her again.
Doom didn't even take his eyes off Susan. He couldn't. Seeing her like this was almost unbearable. Doom knew he had to fix this problem. And fast.
Coruscant: Destroyed Landing Pad
Starkiller held Professor X by the throat, choking the life out of him. Morbius and Beast lay dead at his feet, missing a few limbs. Thor, battered and bloody, tried to reach for Mjolnir. Starkiller noticed and Force Pushed Thor back a few feet, laughing.
"You ignorant Godling." Starkiller said. "Time for me to end this."
Snapping Professor X's neck, he started to walk towards Thor. He reached out his hand to shoot out Force Lightning...but nothing happened.
Starkiller showed concern for the first time in his fight. He tried again and again. While he was doing this, Thor got up, and called Mjolnir back to him. Before Starkiller could even react, Thor swung, connected with Starkiller's chin, and gat a home-run.
