Thank you so much! So enough rambleing, enjoy chapter three.
Today was going to be the day I would go back to the Wizards, it was early autumn and I had been ignoring that place like the plague ever since he gave me my reading and now I was going to head back and see if he would know anything. Plus I kind of wanted to give him a present. Don't ask me why I am for a stranger but he doesn't look like he is the type of the person who gets out a lot so I thought at least a fresh cup of coffee would be good enough. I sighed pouring the contents into a mug closing the lid.
"There all done, now off to see this Wizard. You can do this Molly he's just some fortune teller no need to act like a train wreck."
Ever since I had saw his figure when me and Maya made those crowns I have had a few strange dreams involving him and thinking that I have seen him in a few places, I think I'm going crazy. Probably due to all that summer heat we had. As I left my farm I mentally was calming myself and trying to figure out what I was all going to say to him, since it would be weird since I would be just coming over there and giving him a random present. I ugh get your head straight Molly! By the time I was done arguing and driving myself insane in my head I was right in front of the door to the Wizards place, I took a few breathes as I slowly knocked on the door this time I was greeted with a simple come in. I opened the door slowly as I saw him in front of his crystal ball, I gave a smile shutting the door behind me as I spoke probably a little to energetic.
"Hello there, Wizard."
"Molly was it; did you come to see if I could read any more fortunes for you?"
"Uhm no."
I quietly said letting my gaze move around his place, the smell of all these coffee beans were intoxicating. I let my eye sight look back at him as he seemed to be eyeing me as it looked like he was wondering then what would I been doing here, I smiled as I walked from the door tilting my head to the side.
"Wizard?"
"Yes."
"Ummm do you enjoy coffee, since I can see you have a lot of coffee beans strung around your house?"
"I do enjoy coffee, it's quite relaxing. Why do you ask?"
"Well oh umm because I made you some"
I soon pulled out the container as I kept my eyes closed tight, I didn't hear anything as I opened my brown eyes slowly as he seemed to be looking at it before taking it with I believe that was a smile that was slightly forming on his lips.
"Thank you, Molly. I love this very much."
I don't know why but when he spoke my name it felt like my stomach was doing jumping jacks, oh goddess what in the world has gotten into me. I smiled to his response as I was glad to know that he had enjoyed yet another gift I had presented to him.
"May I ask why you have presented me with this random present?"
Those words he spoke soon caught me completely off guard, I mean it's not like I wasn't expecting the Wizard to ask me a question along those lines since I just randomly waltzed into his home and presented him with a random gift; it wasn't like this was some kind of gift in return for him helping me out. I already paid him after him giving me a fortune in the summer. I stood there for a few more minutes trying to think how to word this out as I could feel the wizards eyes stay on my body as I took a gentle breathe.
"Well...You don't really seem to be the kind that gets out a lot, and I thought why not give you ummm something to help keep you warm."
"I see..."
He trailed off from there, as I rubbed the side of my arm as I looked around as I decided to ask him more about my little problem. Maybe, just maybe he might have been able to read something about me this time. Though, i'm still not totally convinced that his predictions totally come true.
"Hey wizard, ummm do you think you could see my fortune this time?"
"Would you like to try once more?"
I have a simple nod which he responded back as I moved to in front of his ball and he soon started. The ball started to turn as white as fog as the wizard looked lost inside the ball. It was quite for a few more minutes until the ball turned back to normal as he looked up to me.
"So did you see anything this time?"
"I can't Molly, I tried to go in as much as I can but for some reason your future cannot be read by me. There is a thick fog I feel like I'm not allowed to get past."
Not allowed to get past, what does that even mean? I must have had a glum look on my face as he reassured me he would keep doing everything in his power to find out who I'm meant to be with. I let out a light giggle reassuring the Wizard he didn't need to put himself through the trouble, but he said he must to fulfill what his job is. I soon nodded as I excused myself, since I still needed to go take care of the crops and feed the animals. The wizard waved back as I closed the door as he stood there all alone looking at his crystal ball crossing his arms.
"Why can't I see this girl's future, what's preventing me from it? I think I need to consult someone."
