Sasuke was going stir crazy with worry about Naruto. He couldn't call to check on him, he couldn't go there, he couldn't do anything. There were three brand new holes in his walls from agitation. He was so tired, but he couldn't sleep. He knew something was wrong, the air felt thick, and he was scared something had happened to his Naruto.

"Stop! Please, stop!" Naruto yelled as nurses were holding him down. "Naruto if you aren't going to eat, we don't have a choice!" the nurses were yelling. "Naruto, please, just eat this plate of food and this will all stop." Iruka said. Naruto flung the tray of food away. "I fucking hate all of you!" Naruto screamed. Iruka had never seen Naruto act out in anger and he was learning that it was something that needed to be avoided. But right now, Naruto couldn't be controlled and they sedated him. They finished inserting the feeding tube and left him alone, he would be out cold for a few hours.

Sasuke stole his phone back from his parents and he had five missed calls from Kakashi, something had happened. He called him back immediately, Kakashi answered on the first ring. "Sasuke, are you alright?" he asked, frantic. "No I'm not okay, I'm worrying about Naruto like fucking crazy." Sasuke said. "I know I'm not supposed to be calling, but Naruto has made a turn for the worse." Kakashi whispered. "They have me locked up here like a fucking prisoner, I can't leave my room. I need to see him." Sasuke got quieter. "What happened? How bad is he?" Sasuke asked. "He cut himself the morning after you left, found him in the shower, he was in isolation and didn't speak for a week, he's on a feeding tube now because he stopped eating…he's angry Sasuke, we've never seen Sasuke act out in anger like he has been." Kakashi said. "You know you're breaking the law by telling me all of this, right?" Sasuke said. "Sasuke…at this point I could care less if I lose my therapist license, Naruto needs you here to get better, you need each other. I want the both of you to get better more than I need a job." Kakashi said. Sasuke started crying, "You actually care…" he said. "Of course I do." Kakashi said. There was silence for a while. "Kakashi, we need your help!" Iruka yelled in the background. Naruto's screaming echoed in the background. "Let me fucking die!" he screamed. "Naruto?!" Sasuke yelled. The phone clicked off.
Sasuke panicked, he kicked open his door and ran down the stairs. "What the hell are you doing?!" his father yelled. Sasuke grabbed his keys off of the table and his father stood up. "Follow me, I fucking dare you." Sasuke yelled and ran out to his car, he sped off towards the rehab facility. 'Naruto please, I swear to God, you promised me…' Sasuke thought. He drove through stop signs and red lights, but he didn't even care, he had to get to Naruto. He sped into the parking lot, put it in park, opened the door and ran inside. "Naruto?!" Sasuke screamed looking around. " …" the receptionist started. "I don't give a fuck what you're about to say!" he screamed. He ran around the corner to see nurses fighting to get a piece of glass out of Naruto's hand. He was covered in blood, his clothes and face smeared with blood. Sasuke ran up and pushed the nurses out of the way and grabbed Naruto's shoulder, "NARUTO!" Sasuke screamed. Naruto stopped, just staring at Sasuke. Sasuke had tears flowing down his cheeks, he was shaking, "What did you fucking do?! Naruto…" he cried. "I'm so sorry Sasuke…" he whispered. The nurses picked him up and ran to the infirmary with him. Sasuke fell back on the floor, his hands and shirt caked with Naruto's blood. Sasuke broke down right there, he gripped his head between his hands and started screaming. Kakashi kneeled next to him. "Sasuke! You have to calm down!" But Sasuke kept screaming. Iruka helped Kakashi pick him up and they took him to the infirmary.
"Yeah, he's here…okay, we'll see you shortly." Iruka hung up the phone. "Your parents are on their way Sasuke." Iruka said. Sasuke was vigorously scrubbing his hands clean to get the blood off. Kakashi handed him a plain white shirt for him to wear. "You have to let me see him, before they take me away." Sasuke cried. "Okay, okay." Kakashi said and took him to Naruto's room. Sasuke pulled a stool up and sat down and started crying again. He brushed Naruto's hair out of his face. Naruto's eyes fluttered open. "Sasuke…" he whispered. He was silenced with Sasuke's lips. "You rest…" he cried. Naruto reached a shaky hand to Sasuke's face and Sasuke grabbed a hold of it. "I love you…" Naruto smiled. "I love you too, so much." Sasuke cried.
"Where's our son?!" yelled. Kakashi lead them back to the infirmary. They watched the two boys between the glass. Itachi walked back to get him. "Sasuke…" he said and touched his shoulder. Sasuke began to shake, "We have to go…" he whispered. "No…" Sasuke cried. Itachi picked him up from the stool. "NO! No! Please!" Sasuke screamed, he couldn't even stand, he fell to his knees. Itachi just started at him and suddenly embraced his brother. Sasuke cried into his brother's chest, Itachi held him tighter. Itachi glanced up a Naruto, who had tears running down his face, then he glanced at his arms. This was real.
Itachi came back without Sasuke. "Get your brother Itachi!" yelled. "No." he said. "What do you mean, no?!" yelled. "You need to keep Sasuke here, with this boy." Itachi said. "Are you crazy?" his parents yelled in unison. "No, I mean look at them. Open your fucking eyes. Sasuke could really help this boy, and this boy is better for Sasuke than having him locked in his room at home. If you guys would put all your selfish needs aside, you would fucking realize that Sasuke needs help! And this is where he needs to be!" Itachi yelled. His parents were silent. "Get us some admission paperwork please." Itachi said. "Go home and pack Sasuke's things, I will stay here." Itachi said. His parents turned around and left. Itachi turned to Sasuke and through the glass, Sasuke mouthed "Thank you." And began to cry again.

Naruto finally ate a real meal, but Sasuke's anxiety was so bad, he couldn't even hold a fork. His new medication only helped him sleep at night. The ordeal that he walked into that day had completely numbed him and he wouldn't talk to anyone. He held Naruto a little tighter that night. Sasuke had night terrors all night long. "Sasuke, you need to talk to me!" Naruto screamed. Sasuke stared into Naruto's eyes, they were full of desperation. "Sai…" Sasuke whispered. "What?" Naruto asked. "The last time I saw Sai, he was covered with blood…he was shot…I held him until he died…" Sasuke cried. "Having your blood on my hands…I just lost it." Sasuke said. Naruto didn't know what to say. "I just couldn't live without you…" Naruto whispered. Sasuke just grabbed Naruto's face and kissed him. "Sasu-" Naruto started. "I need you right now." Sasuke said. "I need you for the rest of my life…fix me Naruto, make me a better man." Sasuke whispered. "Let's fix each other…" Naruto whispered and kissed Sasuke.
