Ok I admit it Has been a while but now I am back and ready to continue the fic.
(Amy's POV)
I looked at Sonic who now had a chipped tooth as a result of calling me a dyke, bastard. Yeah I was pissed but since he apologized, all is forgiven. Anyway I looked around the campsite and saw Shadow trying his best not to strangle Silver for losing the Chaos Emeralds. I heard footsteps behind me and I turned around to see Buneary looking at me with amazement. It's the same look that Pikachu looks at Sonic with. I spoke
"What's up?"
She closed her eyes before responding.
"Bun bun eary bunear. Buneary neary bun neary buneary" (I need advice so I decided to seek from a professional on the matter. I am in love with Pikachu as it is probably obvious and my problem is that I have no idea how to get him to notice me.)
I smirked. I can relate to her. I spoke,
"Ok are 3 steps to get a guy to notice you; Step 1 is let them know of your affection. Being shy is for pansies. Step 2, If they deny to having ANY romantic feelings towards you…then they are lying because they are too scared to admit it. So let them know that you are on to their lies. Then there is step 3, if steps 1 and 2 fail, then this is a guaranteed success. USE BRUTE FORCE!"
Buneary stared at me in amazement. She was a fast learner alright. I spoke again.
"Now watch as I professionally put step 3 into action."
I then calmly walked up to Sonic…then pounced.
(Sonic's POV)
I was calmly coaching Pikachu on how to quickly run away from Buneary when she tries to glomp him. I spoke.
"Ok, so here are some tips on how to stay single the rest of your life. Tip 1, Try to calmly let her know that you harbor no romantic feelings for her what so ever Tip 2, if she claims that you are lying on the matter. Reinforce your argument. Tip 3…when all else fails RUN LIKE HELL!"
I saw Pikachu taking in every word like it was a matter of life and death…and if Buneary is like Amy when she's mad then it probably is. I was about to explain some more when Amy tackled me to the ground.
(Authors POV)
Amy pinned Sonic to the ground which got everybody's attention in the camp and they watched in amusement as she sat on his back, grabbed his arm and pulled it threatening to dislocate it. Amy spoke.
"MARRIGE OR DEATH!"
Sonic being as defiant as ever replied in the way everybody but Amy thought he would.
"I CHOOSE DEATH YA BLOODY WANKER!"
Amy pulled harder on his shoulder making a loud crack sound as she spoke with venom
"I'D RETHINK THAT CHOICE IF I WERE YOU MISTER!"
Despite the pain, Sonic still stuck with his earlier choice
"YEAH WELL TO BLOODY BAD FOR YOU THAT YOU'RE NOT ME!"
This led to an argument between the two
"MARRY ME!"
"NEVER! YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!"
"YOU WON'T BE ALIVE UNLESS THERE IS A WEDDING RING ON MY FINGER!"
"THEN I DIE AS A PATRIOT; FIGHTING FOR MY RIGHTS! WHICH INCLUDE NOT MARRYING YOU!"
"YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING! MARRIAGE ISN'T SO BAD!"
" I AM SONIC THE HEDGEHOG! AND I STAND HERE AS A WHOLE PERSON, HERE IN THE DEFIANCE OF TYRANNY! I HAVE COME TO FIGHT AS A FREE MAN, AND A FREE MAN I AM! WHAT WOULD I DO WITHOUT MY FREEDOM?! WOULD I FIGHT? ONE HEDGEHOG VS A PIKO-PIKO HAMMER?! NO! I WILL RUN – AND LIVE! YES. FIGHT AND I MAY DIE! BUT RUN AND I WILL LIVE AT LEAST AWHILE! AND DYING IN MY BED MANY YEARS FROM NOW, WOULD I BE WILLING TO TRADE ALL THE DAYS FROM THIS DAY TO THAT FOR ONE CHANCE, JUST ONE CHANCE TO COME BACK HERE AS A YOUNG MAN AND TELL MY ENEMY THAT SHE MAY TAKE MY LIFE! BUT SHE SHALL NEVER TAKE MY FREEDOM!"
"YOU GOT THAT SPEECH FROM BRAVEHEART!"
"IT STILL SUITES MY NEEDS TO BE A FREE MAN!"
And with that; Amy got off him and walked away in defeat as sonic stood up and shoved his fists in the air in a victory pose and Pikachu started cheering. His role model had survived the threat worse than death.
