"You're not allowed to meet him again."
Lucy jumps on her big bed. She wants to cry. Why? She fulfilled her promise to her father, right? She QUITS her modeling job, her dream job. She can't chase any dream anymore! Why?!
Knock… Knock…
"Who is it?!" Lucy shouted
"I-It's me, I'm sorry!" The familiar voice of a pink haired maid of her spoke
"A-Aries… Sorry… Please come in." She said while sitting up from her bed. She walks to Aries who stands still in front of the door "What is it, Aries?" Lucy asked
"Sorry! T-There's a call from Levy-sama. Here's the phone." She said while giving her the wireless home phone. Why did Levy-chan call to my home number? Lucy thought
"Thanks, Aries."
"You're welcome, I'm sorry!" She said. Lucy smiles at her
"Don't apologize anymore. You may leave." Lucy said as Aries walks out of Lucy's room after bowing in front of her. "Hello? Levy-chan?" Lucy said
"Lu-chan! I'm so glad! I called your phone but there's no answer. I was so worried!" Levy shouted by the phone
"Eh? You did?" Lucy opens her back, seeing her phone is nowhere to be seen "W-Wha—! My phone is gone!" Lucy shouted
"And you just bought it few days ago!"
"Yeah! No kidding!" Lucy said "…I was sure I had it when I entered the house. Before I open the door… I put it in my bag…"
"Don't your servants usually take your coat and bag when you entered, Lu-chan?"
"Ah! That's right! But… There's no way they would take it…"
"Unless someone ordered it?"
"But who— Father!" Lucy shouted "Argh! He doesn't trust me! He won't give my phone until I'm married, that's for sure!"
"Married? You're getting married?"
"Y-Yeah."
"H-Huh? W-Wha—, I'm confused. You chose the 'quit the modeling job' choice, right?"
"I did. But…,"
"But what?"
"My father… When he saw Natsu kissed me on stage…, he said I brought shame on the Heartfilia name. He ordered me not to see Natsu again… And…, I'll meet my fiancé…, very soon."
"Very soon? You don't know when?"
"I do."
"When?"
"Tomorrow."
"HUH?! And you let this happen?! Have you contacted Natsu?! Don't you know he'll be staying here for the whole week?!"
"…Father took my phone, remember?"
"And you don't think of any other solutions?!Are you running away?! Lu-chan… You've worked so hard! Harder than anyone! On job… Or taking away Natsu from Lisanna. And you just let it go like nothing?"
"I… Sorry… I'm going to sleep." Lucy disconnected the phone before Levy can answer "Yeah… I'm just running away… I'm weak." Lucy whispered

Lucy couldn't sleep a wink. She thought that yesterday was going to be her best day ever since she qit her job with the best way she could. But everything just broke out like that. Lucy sighs heavily, she glances at the clock with the time 8 AM shown on it. She looks at the big door of her room. Either Aries or Virgo will knock any minute now Lucy thought
Knock… Knock…
"Hime? Are you awake? It's me, Virgo." Lucy looks at the door coldly while standing up from her sleeping position
"Come in." Lucy said. Virgo come in, I bet she'll going to say 'Hime, today you'll meet your fiancé. Please get ready.' Lucy thought
"Hime, today you're going to meet your fiancé. Please get ready for it." Virgo said. Yeah, mostly right. Lucy thought
"Sure. Virgo… At any chance, do you know who it is?"
"Well, the butlers of Jude-sama were gossiping last night. I overheard that he's a young owner of a foreign entertainment company."
"I see…" Lucy said "Do you know his name?"
"Sorry, I don't."
"Anything else you know?"
"Hmm… All I know is about his job as the owner of that company and you'll be meeting him at a fancy restaurant inside a platinum-rated hotel."
"Hotel?" Lucy clenches her teeth "Anything else?"
"Sorry, but that's all I know, hime."
"Okay. Thanks a lot." Lucy said. Virgo smiles a bit, she bows then leaves. Lucy walks to her dressing table. She doesn't have much of a bed hair, but black shadows under her eyes are kind of noticeable. She walks again to the bathroom then she brushes her teeth and washes her face. She walks to her closet and choose her least favorite outfit but still looks cute. She also wears make up, a light one that is.
After putting down her hair that was tied while she was using make up. She barely brushes her hair and looks at the mirror firmly.
"I'm going to ruin this!" Lucy whispered. She stands up and walks to the car quickly. Once she's in front of the car, she immediately enters the car and slams the door lightly. She looks outside the window while Loke looks at her confusedly. He sighs then starts the car.
On the way, Lucy doesn't bother to look other way than the window. She doesn't play with her phone like she used to, well… Maybe that's because her phone is confiscated.
"Lucy-sama, what's wrong?"
"Nothing's wrong." Lucy answered immediately
"You're in a bad mood. And I can see very clearly those panda eyes of yours." Lucy jolts as she touches her face in respond. She looks at the window that her face is reflected "Pfft—! Hahaha, I was kidding." Loke said.
Loke suddenly stops the car
"Why did you stop?"
"Red light." Loke said "And a long one here." Loke said. He turns his face back, where Lucy is sitting behind him "What's wrong, Lucy-sama?"
"Stop that." Lucy said
"Huh—?"
"I said, stop that. I don't like you calling me with honorific. I thought I said this all the time." Lucy grips her fists tightly "…Just for today…Can you please…?"
"…Lucy, tell me what's wrong." Loke said "It's about meeting your fiancé, right? Also about that guy whom your boyfriend, right? About Jude-sama who doesn't let you be with him anymore."
"…If you knew… Don't ask."
"Lucy… If I were you, I would feel like that too. But, it won't change unless you—," Suddenly, the light turned green and the car starts moving quite fast "Unless you… Change it yourself."
That small words of Loke stab right into Lucy's heart. The fact that I couldn't sing well wouldn't change if I didn't practice. The fact that I was just a normal girl wouldn't change if I didn't work out to become a model, The fact that Natsu was going to marry Lisanna wouldn't change if I didn't ruin it. So… The fact that father prohibited me to be with Natsu, the fact that I'm going to marry I person I haven't even met, the fact that I can't see Natsu again, won't change, If I didn't change it! Lucy deep thought
"We're here." Loke suddenly said. Lucy immediately opens the door with a big smile
"Thanks, Loke!" Lucy shouted as she walks bravely to the hotel. Loke smiles at the princess
"Good luck… Lucy." Loke whispered

Lucy walks in the fancy looking restaurant. The fanciest restaurant in Fiore. The butler suddenly appears before Lucy
"Good morning, miss. Are you Ms. Lucy Heartfilia?"
"I am."
"Please follow me. Your partner is waiting for you at the VVIP room." The butler said again. Lucy quietly follows the butler. The butler stops in front of a big fancy looking door and signaling Lucy to enter first. Lucy gulps and enters the big room. She looks at the scenery that was a lot fancier than the restaurant Lucy and Natsu went on their date.
Lucy eyes catches the man sitting on the table. Blonde, quite handsome looking man. He suddenly notices Lucy and walks to her as Lucy stuns at her place.
"Good day. Lucy… Isn't it?" He said. Lucy blinks. He looks… nice? Lucy smiles a bit. He offers Lucy to shake his hand "My name is Sting. Sting Eucliffe. I'm your fiancé." Lucy takes his hand as he gripped it tightly
"O-Ow…"
"Shut it." He said "What is it? You? EX-Worldwide, worthless famous model will continue the biggest company, the Heartfilia Company? Don't make me laugh. I'm going to take over that company."
"W-What are you—!" Sting grips Lucy's hand tighter. It really hurts
"Yeah, all I want is the Heartfilia Company!" He pulled Lucy close, still gripping her hand "You're nothing to me."
STOMP! Lucy stomps on his feet with her heel.
"Bitc—!"
"I don't intend to marry a jerk like you too! I'm here to cancel our engagement."
"Huh?!"
"What? Don't you think I didn't prepare for this? I brought a recorder. Here, I'll show you. It's attached on the pin on my bag." Sting looks at the pin and a star looking recorder is attached there "Nice one, isn't it? My father doesn't have any taste to pick a fiancé. You think this is the first time I'm engaged? Don't make me laugh. A jerk like you…" Lucy pulls his tie "Doesn't have any right to take the Heartfilia Company." Lucy turns and intended to leave
"H-Heh. What an interesting woman you are. So you don't care what's going to happen to Natsu Dragneel?"
"W-Why did you…?"
"Don't you know me? I'm the owner of Sabertooth Company! Do you think it's hard to fire that guy?!"
"You…" Lucy walks to Sting again
SLAP! She slaps him
"Don't you dare drag Natsu into this!"
"Heh." Sting suddenly grabs Lucy's hair and pulls it hard "How dare you." Sting said with a smirk "That guy of yours. He's done." Sting said. He lets go of Lucy as she falls "If he calls you… Then he's going to tell you that his job is over." He picks up a mineral water from the table "And everything is your fault." When he intended to make the water fall on top of Lucy, suddenly, he feels someone is grabbing his hand
"Excuse me." That person said. Lucy looks at the person who is now half drenched "But we don't allow violence especially to a girl at our restaurant." That person continue
"Who are you?!" Sting shouted while slapping that person's hand off
"Can you see from my uniform? I'm just a mere butler." He said. Suddenly, he grabbed Lucy and pulls her out of the room.
He dragged Lucy to the staff room. When they enter, he suddenly walks away. Lucy looks around the room. A really neat staff room
"Catch!"
"Eh—Hmmff!" Suddenly, there's a cloth on Lucy's face. Lucy picks it up. It's a towel
"Nice catch with that beautiful face of yours." He said with a small smile. He gives off the vibe of a mysterious black-haired guy. But he's indeed handsome
"W-Wait… Don't give towel to ME! You're the one who's drenched!" Lucy puts the towel on the tall man's head while tip-toeing a bit. She rubs the towel on his head
"Hey, I can do this myself." He said
"S-Sorry!" Lucy steps back. He smiles again
"No problem. Thanks."
"No… Thank you. You saved me…, but why did you do that?"
"Well, I can't just stand when seeing a girl being violated, right? And… You're a friend of my important person." He said. Lucy blinks
"Huh?"
"...I was talking about Eri."
"Eri-chan? You're close with her?" He suddenly blushes. Lucy giggles. "Thanks for today." Lucy said. She walks out of the staff room and goes outside where Loke is actually parking near the hotel. He doesn't go back first. Lucy steps in the car. Loke glances at Lucy
"Everything when alright?"
"It's not…" Lucy said. She's trembling "What should I do? Because of me… Natsu… Natsu…" Lucy suddenly tears up. Loke doesn't dare to start the car yet.
"Lucy… Sorry, I'm worthless."
"No you're not. I am."
"Lucy… Have you talked to Natsu about this?"
"Of course I haven't. I can't contact him! Father will become even more upset!"
"…Can't you find a way to contact him? Hiding things like this from him… Aren't you hurting him?" Lucy jolts. She looks at her lap
"Loke."
"Yes?"
"I hate it when you're right."

Lucy walks in her house with his father is standing in front of the stairs with an angry face
"What's the meaning of this?! The Eucliffe said that he wasn't pleased with today's meeting! Where are your manners?!" He shouted
"Manners? You should say that to him. There's an eyewitness. Please go there and find a butler with black hair. He knows everything." Lucy said. She walks on the empty spot to go up to her room. "Oh yeah," Lucy stopped while standing next to her father "Here. You can throw with away if you want. I don't think it will be useful for you." Lucy said while giving her father her favorite star shaped recorder chip. As soon as she does that, she runs to her room.
Lucy immediately throws herself on her bed.
"Loke was right…" Lucy said "Natsu… I miss you…" Lucy whispered "Natsu… If you were here… What would you do? Would you pat me in the head and tell me that it's alright? Will you take me away from this place?" Her words make herself cry
Knock… Knock…
"Lucy-sama?"
"Aries?"
"Sorry! There's a phone call for you!" Lucy walks to the door and opens it. Seeing Aries is standing in front of the door while holding the house phone. Lucy smiles and takes it
"From who?"
"From Gray Fullbuster. I'm so sorry!"
"Gray? Ha… Okay. Thanks." Lucy said as she immediately close the door. She leans up on the door and slides down. She looks at the phone then sighs.
"Hello? Gray? What is it?"
"Oh, you seem happy to receive call from him." An overly familiar voice spoke. Lucy's suddenly stuns at her place. He's… Calling me… Natsu… The job… What should I say?! Lucy thought "Hello? Luce? You're there?"
"H-Hello? Natsu? I-I'm sorry, I..."
"Luce... Look at your window."
"H-Huh?"
"ii kara. Hayaku yo." Lucy immediately opens the big window of hers. She walks out of the window to the big Juliet-like balcony "Look down here, Luce." Lucy looks down, seeing Natsu is down there. Right under the balcony. Lucy drops the phone as Natsu hangs up, because he already sees Lucy.
"N-Natsu…? Is that really you?"
"How about you come down here and prove it?"
"But, I can't go out! Father will suspect me!"
"And who said anything about using the stairs?"
"H-Huh—?"
"Jump here." Natsu stretched out her arms, preparing for Lucy to jump to his arms
"W-Wait. No… It's—!"
"I'll catch you, Lucy. Definitely." Natsu said. Lucy suddenly jumps down without any preparation. Natsu falls to the back
"I-I'm sorry! Without any warning, I jumped." Suddenly, Natsu hugs Lucy tightly. As tightly as he could. He trembles, and Lucy can feel it. She returns his hug
"Luce… I thought I can never see you again. Levy and Loke told me everything… Lucy… I—,"
"Natsu, I'm sorry. Because of me, you lost your job." Natsu lets go of his hug and place his forehead on Lucy's
"It's not your fault." Natsu said "I was the one who got you into this mess first anyway." Natsu continued "If you give up your dream, I'll also give up mine." Natsu strokes Lucy's hair gently "Dakara, let's do this together…" Lucy tears up as she wraps her hand around Natsu's neck
"Yes!" Lucy said. Not for long, Natsu makes Lucy let go to him.
He suddenly kisses Lucy. Lucy's face was really red. But she suddenly kisses Natsu too. They both look at each other and smile. Natsu puts one of his hands on Lucy's cheek. His hand slips down and takes her hair. He kisses it lightly.
"Lucy… Let's run away together." Natsu said
"Huh?"
"I said, let's run away together… I… Want live together with you. I want to become a family with you. Luce, will you marry me?"
"W-W-Wait! Natsu… I…" Lucy suddenly become silent "I don't want to run away from home. I don't want to live with insecure feelings."
"Don't you love me, Luce?"
"I do!" Lucy shouted. She suddenly blushes as Natsu smiles
"Yeah… Me too. I love you so much." Natsu said while kissing Lucy's forehead "And I knew you said that. That's your character." Natsu said
"Natsu… But,"
"Luce, I've decided."
"Huh?"
"I'm going to make your father recognize me with any chance!" Natsu said while gripping Lucy's hands tightly.
