Chapter 13: The end
Previously:
Aichi looked for the last time as Kourin disappeared but was a mere spirit residing with Aichi.
"Sayonara…Aichi."
…
Present:
Aichi was climbing his way to the top of the place to face against Takuto and Misaki stayed behind. As Aichi soon reached the top he saw the clash of two fighters: Ren and Kai.
"Ren…Kai…" Aichi thought mentally as he entered the roof.
"Seems like you made it too, Sendou Aichi." A voice said as Aichi then turned to see it was Takuto.
"Takuto…" Aichi said. But before he could continue Kai declared a Final Turn.
"Final Turn! Amid the flames of purgatory that reduce everything to ashes, rise from the dead again! Resurrection! Strongest fiery dragon! Crossbreak ride! Dragonic Overlord the Reverse!" Kai said as the reborn form of Dragonic Overlord appeared with more sinistering power than ever.
"Because of the break ride, it gains +10000 power." Kai continued.
"Overlord the Reverse?!" Aichi was shocked to see a unit like that.
"What is this? I didn't know about that Reverse unit!" Takuto said with a huge surprise on his tone as he had never seen a unit Kai has just now.
"Call! Second coming the dragon of explosive flames, use your fiery roar to reduce all order to ash! Limit Break! I lock all rear-guards!" Kai said as his units were locked by Limit Break of The Reverse.
"He locked all of his own rear-guards?!" Aichi said.
"By locking five units, Overlord the Reverse gains +10000 power." Kai explained.
"With the break ride and that Limit Break, he now has 33000 power!" Ren thought mentally as Kai's new avatar was overwhelming that of his own new ace, Dragruler.
"Let me show you, a reborn Overlord the Reverse's true power!" Kai said
"True power…" Ren replied with a small grin on his face.
"Overlord the Reverse attacks Nullity, Masquerade!"
"No guard!"
"Check the drive trigger." Kai received no trigger and Ren's intercept unit was taken down.
"The flames of purgatory never extinguish. Break ride skill activated! Rise from the dead, Overlord the Reverse!"
"Overlord stood?!" Aichi said aloud. "This is that…!" he continued.
"Next attack." Kai continued. "Overlord the Reverse!"
"I don't guard." Ren said.
"Check the drive trigger." Kai proceeded to look at his twin drive.
"Even when it stands, it doesn't lose twin drive? Aichi looked shocked as Ren was put to the corner.
"Flames feed on flames and hellfire keeps burning. Reverse Limit Break activated! Come back from the dead a third time, Overlord the Reverse!" Kai said.
"Again?! It stood! Aichi said with the astonished tone as Ren was getting barraged by Kai's attacks from the Overlord the Reverse only.
"If going toward the opposite direction means "reverse", then being born again is also a "reverse!" That's right. This is Eternal Flame Reverse!"
"Final attack! Kai declared as Overlord the Reverse came swinging down on Dragruler. Kai checked the twin drive as Ren used all his units that he could guard with from Kai's last attack. Unfortunately for Ren, Kai managed to get double criticals which devastated Ren.
Ren, now in a tight spot, checked the damage check. The first was a heal trigger which made Aichi glad. Unfortunately Ren still needed two heals more. Second check was done which was also a heal trigger.
"Yes! But Ren still needs the last one…" Aichi said as Takuto then rotated around Ren's field and Kai already knew the aftermath.
"I win, Ren." Kai said.
"I know that." Ren said. Aichi was left confused until Takuto told him to look at Ren's field. Ren had already used the 2 heal triggers before and the last 2 came from the damage check. Yet Ren still drove checked just because he knew that which Takuto thought was really weird.
Ren was then defeated and collapsed down as Reverse power started to flow slowly to him. However Kai also collapsed as the match was for him really a tight one.
"Ren!" Aichi shouted as he ran to Ren's place. "Ren…" Aichi continued.
"That fate will also be waiting for you as well, Sendou Aichi." Takuto said as Aichi then turned to Takuto. "Suzugamori Ren has fallen and you'll be the next." Takuto continued. Aichi gasped for a moment but then looked at Ren.
"If you lose again the world will fall in Reverse and nothing will stop the march of Link Joker." Takuto attracted Aichi's attention again. Aichi then looked again at Ren.
"If it's just me that's between your world conquer then I will do all I can to to prevent that. I don't care what will happen to me. I will fight!" Aichi said as he then glanced at Takuto.
"Jeez, still don't know when to give up, huh. Kai Toshiki!" Takuto shouted for Kai as Kai then looked at Takuto.
"Defeat Sendou Aichi." Takuto said.
"I refuse." Kai responded. "I already beat Aichi." He continued.
"You…! …Fine, I will take care of this by myself. After I will show you where you belong to, Kai Toshiki." Takuto said.
Aichi took out his deck and Takuto did the same. The table rose up from the floor.
"You should be glad that you will be facing me. But, you won't stand a chance against this card. No way." Takuto said as he then took out his ace that Aichi now saw and gave him a doubt of not being sure if he can defeat Takuto or not.
They then began their fight for the world. Aichi also fought for something else that he had lost. The person, who was now nothing spirit now but resides within Aichi.
Kourin
The rides have been performed and both reached the Grade 3 as the things were getting even more intense. As of now, Takuto had the Infinite Zero Dragon and Aichi had Gancelot Zenith.
"It's a true disappointment that you took Kourin's memories and the life of hers as well." Takuto said which did show he wanted to provoke Aichi.
"What? What do you mean?" Aichi asked.
"I'll explain it you in. Now the finale awaits you! Meet the end of your world at its glorified sight! Break ride! Star Vader, Omega Glendious!" Takuto said.
"Break ride skill. Lock! And then Glendios gains +10000 power. And then…Limit Break! Counter Blast. Now your locked cards won't be able to break through during your next end phase!" Takuto said as he dropped the Broken Heart Jewel Knight, Ashlei Reverse. Aichi noticed the unit and he immediately thought about Kourin.
Kourin was watching right next to Aichi's shoulder as a spirit.
"Aichi…" She said.
"Glendios!" Takuto said as Glendios clashed Aichi's Gancelot which dealt a damage and gave a humongous pain to Aichi as if the attack had hit him.
"Then…I call Cold Death Dragon!" Takuto said, "Cold Death Dragon's skill. Counterblast. The top card of my opponent's deck is put to a play in a locked state!" Takuto said.
"Imagine this, Sendou Aichi!" Takuto exclaimed as the two were dragged down to an empty space. Takuto started showing images of Kourin to Aichi.
"How long has it been since you two have known each other? A year.. No, two years? During that time you two have made great memories together. And yet you haven't noticed how she always wants to be around you?" Takuto said and Aichi looked at the images Takuto was showing where he and Kourin where having good time. Aichi looked at the images and remembered those times he had with Kourin as well. Certainly they were the greatest moments for him.
"But now she's not with you anymore because you took away her spirit and memories." Takuto provoked.
"No…I-I'm not…!" Aichi said.
"Admit it, Sendou Aichi. You're a cold-hearted person and you took the happiness from Kourin that she tried to protect while she was reversed."
"I will fight you and defeat you to protect my world! That is my path." Kourin said.
…
"No…I did not mean to. I just wanted to get her back to normal." Aichi said.
"…in sense you did bring her but she knew as well that her time was up." Takuto said.
"That's right. All friends around you won't even bother caring for you after they get reversed."
"N-no…" Aichi said as the reversed friends started to appear in front of Aichi. The pain in his chest kept getting stronger and Aichi was about to give up until…
"it's not over!" A voice said as the visible TV appeared and Aichi slowly looked at it and saw Mitsusada Kenji
"I'm not giving up until the end. Even though there's not a lot time left we need to fight until the end!" Kenji said as he helped Yuri stand up again.
Others also gave enough willpower for Aichi to continue on.
"Those fools…They don't know when to even give up…" Takuto said with a bored tone.
"You're just terribly wrong." Aichi said to Takuto. He then drew the card from the deck.
"How dull. You can't do a thing with your locked units nor can you break through that." Takuto responded.
"I told you. I will break through such spell. And then I'll set the world free!" Aichi said.
"To set free those who are held captive by a spell, now more than ever, enter the fray, King of all knights! I ride... Liberator, Monarch Sanctuary Alfred!" Aichi said.
"Alfred…?"
"I'm going to protect this world. Limit Break!"
"Hah, I remember that skill! By moving your rear-guards to the deck you can call forth five new units to the field. But this time your own rear-guards are locked and can't do a thing." Takuto said.
"That's not true!" Aichi exclaimed.
"What?" Takuto said.
"Liberate the lock!"
"That light…" Kourin said while residing next to Aichi's shoulder as a mere spirit.
"What…is this?! What is happening?!" Takuto said with a worried tone as he had not expected Aichi to break through the lock.
"The locked cards were freed from the spell and I can now call forth five new units to the field! The other Takuto gave me this Alfred. This is called "Liberate the Lock!"".
"The way Aichi broke through that lock…It is very like him." Kourin thought.
"You've been locking units and reversing more fighters around the world. And now you're even trying to set the world under your spell. But I won't let you have your own way now! All knights! Give your power to Alfred!" Aichi commanded his fellow liberators as the bright blue aura emitted in each unit on the field.
"Alfred! Attack!" Aichi declared. "I'm going to protect this world so others can meet each other again and have fun without evil beings here. That is why…I'm going to beat you!" Aichi said.
"…Sendou!" Takuto shouted with an angered voice. The Alfred then fired his laser at Glendios. Glendios was defeated and Takuto was shocked at his defeat.
"It can't be!" Takuto shouted in disbelief as he received the last damage. The reverse ring above the sky started to crack slowly into pieces. Others down at the Tatsunagi building noticed.
"Is that…?" Kamui said and pointed his finger towards the ring.
"It's breaking!" Naoki said. Others were also looking at the ring that was starting to crack.
Meanwhile…
"Look, Sis' and Koutei! The ring's breaking!" Gai said.
"I see…" Kenji said as the two then looked at him. "Aichi did it!" Kenji said.
And so…Takuto lost and the Reverse ring started to pull the power back from the people so that the reversed fighters would return back to normal. The aftermath seemed to be great for Aichi.
"You did it, Aichi." Kourin whispered to Aichi's ear which he heard.
"Thanks, Kourin." However…
"Sendou…!" a voice from somewhere at the sky said. Soon a link of Reverse stream was shot at Aichi.
"AGH!" Aichi shouted in weak pain but still it hurt him.
"Aichi!" Kourin shouted as she couldn't help Aichi because she was but a spirit only at the moment.
"Ta…kuto…" Struggling Aichi tried to say as he was being pulled towards Takuto. Or was attempted to be pulled if being precise.
"You ruined everything…" Takuto said as he kept pulling with his Reverse stream Aichi towards him and the ring.
"You're coming with me!" Angered Takuto shouted as the stream kept getting stronger which hurted Aichi. Soon another spirit emerged behind the fake Takuto. This time it was Takuto himself, not the one who's reversed.
"You?!" Shocked 'R' Takuto looked at Takuto.
"Since you were starting to fall apart I was able to return to this form again." Takuto said as tagged at 'R' Takuto's left hand. Soon he tagged 'R' Takuto's right hand which stopped the Reverse stream.
"Let go off me!" 'R' Takuto tried to shake Takuto off of him so he could drag Aichi with him but Takuto pressed on.
"I won't let go. We're going together." Takuto said.
"No…!" 'R' Takuto shouted.
Aichi watched with Kourin's spirit next to her as Takuto dragged the reversed version of himself to the ring and then vanishing out with rainbow colours.
"It's over…" Aichi sighed heavily since he was so tired of that fight.
"Mmh…" Kourin expressed with a nod only and smiled to Aichi. "Still, it doesn't help my situation." Kourin added.
"I know…" Aichi said with a saddened expression on his face. However Kai stepped to Aichi as he looked at him. Aichi was surprised to see Kai standing right above him.
"Kai…" He said.
"Who would've thought that person I was looking to fight was right here…" Kai said.

Okay so instead of going through the Aichi vs Kai match-up I decide to actually say what will happen or what could happen. This is my imeeji/image of the Aichi vs Kai. I will then add the last ending of this chapter after my imeeji/image stuff.
Without further ado…
So Kai has ridden his ace, Overlord the Reverse and attempts to deal enough damage. Aichi manages to nullify Overlord's attack with a Perfect Guard. On Aichi's turn he still hasn't gotten his ace he seeks to beat Kai. However Aichi runs with his current field and tries to deal damage to Kai which Kai manages to guard enough so his attacks won't finish him yet.
Kai then declares a Final turn and calls units that haven't been yet used by Kai himself (like some support units which I cannot name out of my mind at the moment but you might get the point I guess). Maybe something else too. Who knows. Well in this case Aichi yet again manages to survive in a huge pinch and smashes Kai's final turn which Kai is shocked that he held on or so. Some of Aichi's units have been taken down or so but Aichi stands firm to bring Kai back to the correct path. Time's running though.
…Which brings us back to Aichi. His turn to ride his ace, Liberator Monarch Sanctuary Alfred. Limit break could be used to call forth five new units. BBL is in the drop zone and from Alfred's limit break Liberator, Star Rain Trumpeter could/'will' appear which now brings us to the skill the card has. Unless(not sure) Aichi retires 1 unit from his front row and then sorts Star Rain's skill which can bring Blaster Blade Liberator from the drop zone right back to the deck. Then Aichi looks at the top card which is dadaa! Blaster Blade Liberator. Meanwhile on Aichi's field there is a White Rainbow Liberator, Balan which AUTO activates that can flip a damage face up and Aichi can use BBL's counterblast that retires Kai's intercept.
And that brings Kai some flashbacks(or something that he remembers from seeing that Blaster Blade being brought back to the field again). Kai is taken a back as he sees Aichi being far more superior than what he is even with his Reverse powers and blah.
Aichi then proceeds to finish his moves against Kai who will attempt to defend himself. Alfred's turn to march on the attack as Kai forms a (Quintet Wall?) guard which could deplenish Kai's hand. Twin drive will be performed for Aichi as he looks at his twin drive. Gets trigger(s) and gives the effects to BBL which finishes the game and Kai is defeated.
…
Well this imeeji/image may not be quite right but this is what I think could happen. Units aside am not sure actually what units we'll be expecting at the last episode of S3 but am expecting to see Balin, Star Rain Trumpeter and some others as well.
Other end could be that Kai defeats Aichi and Aichi disappears that way and Kai needs to redeem himself someway(or so the rumours have been said to go).
However, now to end the chapter after Kai is defeated according to this image of mine.

"Kai…is defeated now…Reverse and Link Joker are vanishing truly from the world…" Aichi said after an exhausting fight with Kai. Kai was collapsed down after his defeat to Aichi.
"Aichi…" Kourin looked at Aichi who had fought so hard.
"Sendou Aichi." A voice calls to Aichi.
"Who is it…?" Aichi looked around. And he was then dragged to a calm image. He then saw a person he recognized. Kourin wasn't able to follow Aichi.
"Takuto…?" He wondered.
"Aichi. It's thanks to you that Earth and Cray is saved from the ambitions of Link Joker. I am truly grateful to you." Takuto said as he came closer towards Aichi.
"Takuto…I have a favour to ask from you since this is all over." Aichi asked.
"Hmm…You've earned such a request from me. What can I grant for you?" Takuto asked kindly.
"I…I want to see Kourin brought back with her memories intact along with Suiko and Rekka. As for Kai, I still want to see him around here but this time trying to regain his own strength with the right path instead of falling down to the darkness again. He has friends around him and he should be glad to have such friends." Aichi explained.
"Heh…You do ask quite a lot, Sendou Aichi." Aichi thought that Takuto wouldn't be able to grand such a wish. "However, I will be able to do that. But…It will be up to you whether you really want to do that." Takuto added.
"Huh?" Aichi wondered as he turned to Takuto.
"Doing that request would mean that you might have to…disappear." Takuto explained.
"…I see…" Aichi said as he felt bit sad after hearing that. But inside him he knew that he wanted to do the right thing. To bring Kourin back and Kai as well. He wanted to have everyone to have fun and not worry about the outcomes. After thinking this all through Aichi looked at Takuto and gave a smile.
"I'll do it." Aichi said as he accepted the fate he was going to have.
"Alright. Now, prepare!" Takuto raised his hands and used his Psyqualia power to bring back the stuff Aichi desired to. Reversed fighters were already backing to normal which was a good thing. The Psyqualia which started almost everything made its deput once again and brought the brilliance back to Earth.
"Aichi, you're truly a great hero of Cray and Earth. Everybody shall remember your bravery that you've shown to the world. Now it is time." Takuto said. Aichi was starting to slowly disappear as he then looked at the place where she last saw Kourin. Her body was brought to Earth again with her memories intact and her school outfit along with her. Kai was still collapsed but he wasn't going to disappear. It was Aichi who did the cross-step to take that fate.
"I guess this is a good bye for now, Kourin… And Kai." Aichi whispered before disappearing. Takuto took Aichi's hand as they both disappeared together again but the wish has been done.

Kourin was lying down at the floor at the field near Tatsunagi building and she soon opened her eyes.
"She's awake!" A voice said. Other voices were heard as well at the background.
"Where…" Kourin thought as she heard voices around.
"Kourin." A familiar voice called out her name as the person shaked her body. Kourin opened her left eye and saw Suiko and Rekka around her.
"Suiko…Rekka…" Kourin looked at the two, yet to open her eyes completely.
"Kourin, what happened? We both were worried of you." Suiko started the conversion. After all it was Ultra Rare's gathering again.
"I…Aichi fought me and rescued me again…It just shows how I am not capable to take care of myself." Kourin said with a bit sad tone.
"That's not true! As much as you may say that to yourself I think Aichi would say otherwise for sure. Well after all he is your boyfriend, right?" Rekka said but this time she didn't tease Kourin at all. She was speaking the truth she believed on. Kourin did blush but smiled gently.
"Right. Aichi would say otherwise for sure. I guess that's why he really…cares for me. He even loves me…" Kourin said bit reluctant at first but slowly rose up, struggling but Suiko helped her. "But that's Aichi that I know." She said. Soon others started to gather around.
"Kourin." Misaki said after coming to Kourin's place where the Ultra Rare member was lying.
"Misaki…?" Kourin looked at Misaki. Kourin soon noticed something weird.
"Wait, how do I still remember the names of you all?" She said, wondering as things were a bit confusing for her.
"We… do not know either." Suiko and Rekka said together as they crossed their arms.
"I'm sure it's Aichi's will." A voice was heard from someone who came from the Tatsunagi entrance.
"It's Kai Toshiki!" Naoki shouted as he felt like taking out his deck to fight against him, not knowing much of the aftermaths that had happened when he fought Aichi.
"Naoki, wait!" Ren said, stopping Naoki. "He doesn't seem to be reversed anymore." He added.
"Ren's right." Asaka added and Tetsu nodded as well. Naoki then put his deck back to his deck case.
"But what do you mean by its brother's will?" Kamui asked.
"I don't know but I think that's how it is." Kai answered as he looked at away.
"…" Kourin put her hands together and looked at the ring that was completely falling apart as she thought about Aichi.
"Aichi…why?" She wondered and wanted to know why did Aichi do such a thing. A small whisper rang to her ears. She could barely heard it but what she could manage to hear was:
"Have…time and remem….me..Kou…" A person with a sliver of a weak voice whispered to Kourin's ears
"Aichi…" Kourin gently said with a low voice as she could recognize the kind words that were whispered to her. "Thanks for allowing me to return and keep my memories along with Suiko and Rekka…" She continued with a soft voice as she held her right hands towards the sky, reaching to atleast a glimpse of Aichi's remains. The wind breezed gently around her hand until something collided softly to her hand.
"Kourin…" Aichi's whispers ran on Kourin's ears.
"Aichi…" She responded. Others started to look at the location where Kourin was. Leon managed to pull out his Psyqualia to see Aichi in a mere image, not indicating he was a spirit. He's just using something to connect to Kourin.
Kourin held what felt like a hand in the air as tears fell from her eyes.
"Will I ever see you again? Aichi?" She whispered.
"I…don't know." Aichi whispered. But the image he kind of projected showed a small smile.
"But when I return I'll be stronger and well…Just wait for me, Kourin." Aichi whispered.
"…Right." Kourin gently smiled. The image she felt soon faded away and Leon along with Ren saw the conversation but decided to keep it to them. Kai however wanted to apologize to Aichi about the things he had done to his friends and now as he looked around he finally knew he had friends around him. Yet he felt like he should be doing something…helpful now.
Kourin looked at her Royal Paladin deck that was based on her Jewel Knights arch- type. If she had something that she could remember Aichi of that would've made her atleast a bit happier than she felt now. In a small response her deck glowed for a moment as if it called for her. The light soon faded away and Kourin took out her deck and scrolled down the cards only to notice something far new.
A card had appeared to her deck. A card that resembled Aichi's will to go on with hard journeys. A card that brought him to the Vanguard world. She took the card out and looked at the card.
"Blaster Blade." Kourin thought. A small light then appeared again and added a small text next to the name. Kourin re-read it again.
"Blaster Blade… Seeker?" Kourin thought as she looked at the card that was much different from the regular Blaster Blade she had seen when Aichi ride his avatar.
Was she to be the one to search for Aichi? Was this because Aichi had wanted her to do so? Who knows?
"Good luck." A voice echoed around the wind that went right next to Kourin's ears and others as well. Kourin looked at the sky.
"Until we meet again, Aichi."
…
As if it was a bright new day to Earth once again when yesterday the world was covered in darkness. Link Joker was yesterday defeated and Earth, even Cray, was saved by the person called Sendou Aichi. Nobody knows where he is now. However, an Ultra Rare member called Kourin was looking for that very person, waiting for him to return once again.
Kourin, now wearing a solid jacket similar to Aichi's and wore jeans just to be casual, not being anything fancy, was standing on a fountain where Aichi usually was when he felt let down or something hard had come down to him. A place that was an icon of Aichi. She sat down near the fountain and looked at it as the water was coming out of the fountain tubes in different angles.
A shadow passed right next to Kourin as she then turned around to see who it was. She couldn't quite see the person because the shadow was now far away. She decided to pursue the shadow regardless just out of curiosity. She chased the shadow across the streets as the shadow of a person kept the pace and ran further and further to somewhere. Kourin added some speed and chased the person around.
After fifteen minutes the person stopped at an iconic tree that looked like a Legendary Tree. Kourin stopped as well as she reached the person she was chasing. The person wore a blue-ish jacket with few purple stripes on it and he had jeans that had blue and white colors around together. In the neck person wore a small scarf, probably keeping it since it fitted his outfit.
As he took out the scarf and then turned slowly towards Kourin she was unable to say anything because the person who was right at her was the one she had waited so long to see again. Kourin smiled happily and ran towards the person she recognized again but his looks looked a bit different but still pretty recognizable.
She had found Aichi once again and their bond grew stronger as the two hugged each other and Kourin gave a small kiss to Aichi's cheek.
"Welcome back, Aichi." She said as she then looked at Aichi's face, her hands still being resting at Aichi's shoulders gently. Aichi simply smiled gently to her.
"Thank you, Kourin." Aichi said. The two then held hands together and ran around the small beautiful tree. Afterwards they both ran together around the town until they decided to take a break and buy something small to eat.
"I think I should show my face at home at some point and at Card Capital, even your PSY- shop. Want to join to company me?" Aichi looked at Kourin as he waited for an answer.
"Sure!" She said. The two then held their hands together and went to Aichi's home to greet Aichi's mother and sister. Both were really surprised to see Aichi return back after the disappearance. They shared fun moments and talked at Aichi's home as Kourin was giggling about Aichi not being able to wake up in the morning without Emi's help. Aichi was blushing but laughing at the same time.
They then moved to Card Capital to greet the others. Kamui, Naoki, Shingo, Morikawa and Izaki were the first to greet Aichi with open arms, followed by Misaki's and Shin's greeting. Miwa and Kai appeared not a long time after to Card Capital only to noticed a much different Aichi. Aichi looked at Kai and waved to him gently and said 'hi' to him. Kai could sense the new aura around Aichi that indicated a stronger presence than he had before.
Was he training or what was he doing…? …No, that didn't matter, Kai thought.
And the last stop was the shop where Aichi first time met Kourin and the others of Ultra Rare: PSY- shop. The two then entered inside only to noticed Rekka and Suiko moving around the boxes. Suiko heard the door open and soon saw Kourin and Aichi standing there. Rekka then turned as well to see the two.
"Eh, you brought your boyfriend here, Kourin?" Rekka said with a small giggle. Kourin didn't bother getting angry at that comment since she was with Aichi now after his long disappearance.
"That's right. How've things been here while I was away at town?" Kourin asked.
"Pretty good, just finished moving the last boxes as you can see." Suiko answered. "I think we also managed to gather a deck that suits Aichi." She continued. Aichi was puzzled by what she meant but Kourin pushed her.
"Go on, it's our, well, my present to you after you've been away." Aichi nodded to Kourin and he followed Suiko as Kourin was right behind him. Suiko took out a freshly made new deck that was built for Aichi.
"Kourin never stopped believing that you would return. She even built the deck with the new boosters that came out. I must say she did a really good job at making the deck itself really balanced." Suiko said as she handed the deck to Aichi. Kourin was softly hugging him as Aichi opened the the new deck holder and took out the deck. There, he saw a familiar guy that resembled Aichi.
"Blaster Blade Seeker." Aichi said with a smile on his face and then looked at Suiko and Kourin. "Thank you, both of you." Aichi bowed down.
"I-It's nothing really." Kourin said, blushing a bit and Suiko giggled at the background. Rekka also came down and smiled as she saw Kourin being happy when Aichi was around.
"You two should consider getting married at some point." Rekka said aloud which caught the duo off-guard.
"WHAAAT?!" Both Aichi and Kourin said with heavy blushes on their faces as they looked at each other.
"B-B-But isn't that q-q-quite s-s-soon?" Aichi said with a shaky voice.
"A-Aichi's r-r-right." Kourin said, tagging along with Aichi.
"Who knows?" Suiko said.
And so Aichi and Kourin looked at each other and then smiled at each other. There was no rushing for the time being and they sure had a lot of time to think about that. But for now, they stayed as really close friends with a love relationship.
Author: Well I know this has been somewhat weird chapter in my opinion but finishing one primary fanfic does feel good! I put my prediction (image/imeeji) here so it saves my time not needed to explain the Aichi vs Kai match-up all over again.
That way I managed to have the ending follow after the image/imeeji which in my opinion fit quite well to the last chapter.
I for myself am a huge fan of Aichi x Kourin and some others as well but I really like the idea of Paladin users that are pretty close to each other in terms of their deck's skill-based themes.
As of now I think I will have something else coming up later on but for now I won't tell when exactly but expect one new fic to arrive!
