Name: Nothing
Summary: And as I watched him walk out of the ramen stand with his new girlfriend, I knew that I was nothing.
So... umm... hi there... I'm back somewhat so yay...! I have no excuses as to why I haven't been updating and I honestly don't really know why I'm not. This little story(does it count as a story I wonder?) is kinda personal to me. I'm going through (like everyone does unfortunately) relationship troubles and it's really stressing me out. I hope everyone the greatest of days for all days to come 'cause y'all deserve happiness :{)

There was only one thing I've ever wished for and that was that the person I loved would always be there for me and love me without fail even when I didn't deserve it. There was a time when I found such a person. He went by the name Naruto and was the most amazing person you would ever meet. For many days, we would hang out together and just laugh and laugh and laugh, and in the night, when the stars were at their highest point, we would stare up at the them and wonder what the future would bring. Every day, I felt like God had set his eye upon me and nothing would ever hurt me.
To me, Naruto's smile was the brightest and purest thing I had ever seen. It would simply coat me in warmth. I could never be sad when I saw his smile. He was the kind of person who I knew would do anything for me as I would for him. There was nothing that could set us apart, there were no cracks. But there was one crack, one tiny weeny small crack. That crack had a form and a name... Sasuke.
I never ever thought that Sasuke, someone who had left my life so many years ago, would be the downfall of my life but he was.
It was the perfect day when Naruto brought Sasuke back, the leaves were in a disarray of colors and the air was crisp with a slight aroma of pumpkin pies. That perfect day turned into a horror of events. Naruto brought Sasuke back alive but barely. Sasuke was so badly battered that when Naruto brought him to me, I didn't even reconize him. In Naruto's mind, he reckoned that since he returned Sasuke, it was my job to heal him no matter the shape he was in. He just couldn't understand why I wasn't able to save him. Why I let him die.
I was worthless, I recalled him scream in complete and utter hate. There was so much odium in his voice that at first I thought it could not be coming from Naruto. But it was. It was after that day that we never spoke to each other again not even when we happened to see one other around town.
To him, I was as dead as Sasuke was. There was no difference to him whether I was above six feet of dirt or not. Either way, my body was a feast for worms and maggots.
There were no prints of my existence left in his life. And as I watched him walk out of the ramen stand with his new girlfriend, I knew that I was nothing.
