A/N: I'm sowwy to all the people who are following this story! I'm terribly sowwy for not being able to update! My life has been hectic, I've moved to three different houses in the past month, taking online SPRC classes when I could, and searching for a job that I can get to everyday. -.-' Life is hard, and it will only get harder, but I'm back for now! :3
Here's a short chapter I wrote in 15 minutes sowwy if there is any errors, and I again apologize! LOVE ME! loljkjk
Ch.14
Back at the base:
Deidara and Pein stood in silence. "What you say is true? She is now in Kohona?" Deidara bowed and replied. "Yes Pein-sama. I watched her every move, she ever escaped their hospital once while in Konoha, but was captured and brought back. She is a sneaky one, yeah?" Deidara laughed. Pein stood quietly in thought. "Umm leader-sama, un?" the blonde spoke up.
"We should leave this girl in Konoha for the time being. We have other priories to tend to, but it's not a loss. If they figure out her strength and help her control it, that we now know she possess. She will become a great and powerful ally to us. You shall keep an eye on her progress when you can, and when you can't, Tobi will cover for you. Is that clear?" His voice echoed off the empty rock walls of the base.
"Yes leader-sama, I understand, un." Deidara spoke softly. "You are dismissed." And with that Deidara bowed one last time and left the room. "Now I have to go tell Tobi he is on babysitting duty with me, this sucks. Yet it is interesting at the same time. Who knew that she could blow Hindan to smithereens, yeah!" Deidara chuckled. The blonde had a handful of clay to surprise Tobi with and tell him the good news that he gets the help keep an eye on his 'precious Akahana-chan.'
At the thought of the name the blonde stuck his tongue out in disgust. "I hate that name it doesn't suit her, yeah." He put his other unoccupied hand on his chin in thought. "No more like Hisa-me- chan….he he he. Or like Amaia-chan. Yeah, Amaia-chan I have feeling that she will be the end of us all, un." Having been lost in thought Deidara didn't know that a certain fellow member was listening in on his private conversation with himself. The blonde's footsteps echoed off the walls of the secluded Akatsuki base.
Back at the Hospital in Konoha:
I woke up to the sound of heavy panting by my head. My head hurt terribly, but the sound was extremely annoying. I turned to see the intruder only to be lick in the face. I shot up on the hospital bed, alarming the others in the room that I was awake. There was a slight 'woof!' and I felt more presences gather near me. It was the people who found me by the river, the ones that brought me to this place. Hinata, Kiba, Shino, and the dog Akamaru.
"Hey, we heard that you weren't doing so well so we decided to take a day off and come visit you. Plus Akamaru was worried about you, he wouldn't stop whining to come see you." Kiba spoke and his voice was like daggers in my ears. I flinched as he spoke. "K-kiba-kun I think you a-are being a little too loud." Hinata spoke softly. I thanked her for noticing. "Ohh….sorry, I uh didn't know." This time he spoke as softly as his obnoxious voice would let. Hinata and Kiba stood at the right side of my bed while Akamaru too up the left side and Shino stood in the corner of the room.
"…." I opened my mouth but nothing came out. 'You need to return to the Hokage's office.' The voice echoed in my mind. 'You need to return to the Hokage's office.' I shook my head and a glass of water appeared before my eyes. "H-here drink this." Hinata handed me the glass which I happily took after nodding in thanks and took a few sips. 'You need to return to the Hokage's office.' Once I felt that my throat was better, I repeated the words that echoed in my head. "I need to return to the Hokage's office."
The three looked at me weird but then Kiba spoke. "Return?" "I need to go to the Hokage's office." I spat and tried to move out of the bed. "N-not until you feel better, you wounds need to heal." Hinata protested and laid her hand on the bed. "I am fine. I need to go to the Hokage's office." My head throbbed with the echoing voice repeating over and over. 'You need to return to the Hokage's office. There you will find what you are looking for.'
I struggled against the restraint around my wrist. "I think she's lost it. She's completely delusional." Kiba scoffed. I growled a deep chest vibrating growl. Akamaru whined and hide behind Kiba. Hinata and Kiba looked at me with a surprised expression and Shino moved from his place closer to the where I was at. "You don't understand. I mean, just let me go I mean no harm. I need to go to the Hokage's office. Once I get there you will understand, you brats." My voice changing and my heart pounding as my head echoed the same thing over and over. I started to hyperventilate. My eyes grew wide, the voice getting louder and more aggressive. My breaths became harder and shallower.
This led to Kiba putting his hand in his weapon pouch and him pulling Hinata behind him. "W-wait! Don't K-Kiba! S-she…." Hinata raised her voice. Shino joined them and Akamaru just hid behind them all laying on the ground with his ears down and tail between his legs. I growled one more time before I easily ripped my wrist from the metal cuff that once bound me. My pulse was heard in my ears and the voice started to get more forceful now that I was free. 'Hokage's office now!'
I bolted out the door past Kiba who threw a few shurikren at me, having no effect. I ran with my eyes closed,
afraid of what I might do next. I could feel my feet moving on their own as if they knew the area by themselves. There was yelling and screaming coming from behind me but it didn't falter my movements. I kept at my pace, dodging unknown objects that were in my path. I knew I was being chased, I didn't know the consequences of my actions, but all I knew was that 'I have to go to the Hokage's office.'
Before I knew it my pace began to slow down and I opened my eyes to only see the "Hokage's tower…." I shook my head at the fading voice knowing I was close. "Stop her! She is heading for the Hokage!" There was an eerie feeling as soon as those words were said. It was as if time stopped and even the air around froze by itself. There were faint sounds of people surrounding me in an instant. "Ha." I looked at the ground "Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha. Fools getting in my way, I wish I could stay and play but I have a previous engagement."
This those words being said the ninjas surrounding me came after me at once and up in the air I went. It was like I was flying. My body was weightless in the air, gracefully I passed all of them without a sweat. Gracefully landing in front of the Hokage tower. I entered swiftly and used my newly found knowledge of the secret passage ways through the building. I made sure to confuse the ones that were tailing me. In one door and out another, up one staircase and down another. I was toying with them, I didn't feel right for messing with highly trained ninjas and Anabu but I had no control over my movements.
It was then I found myself in the same storage cubby from my memories. It was as if no one ever touched it since I left. There was a small light up ahead, the ceiling low, just enough for a child to stand, I had to crouch to even set foot in the small space. A tiny blanket and pillow on the floor followed by a little picture frame without a picture in it. The clothes rack had only a sheet hanging from it in case if someone did find out about this place it would be disguised. I fell to my knees, panting slightly, not from being chased but from the sudden shock of finding this place that I just regain my memories from. I felt suddenly tired and exhausted.
I slowly pulled the sheet to hide myself from the rest of the outside world. I laid down with my legs pushed to my chest and my back against the wall and I covered myself with the tiny blanket. I put my head upon the pillow and looked at the empty picture frame. I remember begging the Third for it and eventually he gave it, but I never had a picture taken do to me having to be a secret. It was something special to me no doubt. I felt at peace, I felt that 'I've come home….Home? Yes….home.'
A/N: There another mushy chapter ending for all of those who like this kind of heart warming stuff ;3 But in the next chapter I will guarantee that there will be at least a little more action! As always please review and tell me what you think! :D
