After a long and painfully annoying walk with the two I learned were known as the pink haired girl, Sakura and the boy in the orange jumpsuit, Naruto. We arrived at a clearing of surrounded by trees, this place seem slightly familiar, as did the rest of the village but I was getting used to that strange feeling. I was greeted by a shove to the ground yet again, but it wasn't a human that did it, it was the big fluff ball of a dog called Akamaru. He jumped up on me, having me fall on my back, his paws on my chest and kept me from getting back up. He just stared into my eyes like trying to find something, and I stared right back, the connection happened for about a minute before anyone realized what happened and Kiba not far behind him Hinata came rushing over to help me out of the beasts grasp, not before the hairy being could lick my face.
Kiba pulled Akamaru off of me, and scolded him while saying he was sorry to me. I shrugged it off, it didn't bother me, I could tell he could tell there was more than the eye can see with me, but that wasn't something I was willing to tell the others, well just not yet. 'They say that animals can see where humans are blind.' 'I can tell thanks for stating what I already concluded.' It wasn't a second after that remark was made Akamaru started barking loudly. Kiba tried to quiet him down, but failed. The large dog got out of his owners grasp and charged at me. My instincts took over and I dogged the racing dog but sidestepping the beast and placing my hand on the middle of his back jumping over him.
He growled and turned around and started to back up. My narrowed, there were voices in the background but my mind was already gone. My eyes met with Akamaru's as he pawed the ground and got ready to charge again. This time though I let him get closer, I grabbed his fur trying to sidestep him again, only to have him snap at me. I evaded the oncoming teeth by jumping on his back and riding him like a mad bull. 'Damn mutt. Doesn't know his place yet. He doesn't know by now that….' "I come in peace. I mean no harm. I shall do no harm, as no harm is done to me." The voice hissed. I hadn't realized it but the last part I whispered in to the raging dog's ear.
Akamaru abruptly stopped and I loosened my grip on his fur. Kiba and the rest of the gang came rushing over. I climbed off his back and we looked at each other's eyes once again, then he nuzzled then licked my hand, approving me. Kiba started to bombard the overprotective dog with his scolding and the others were surrounding me asking of I was alright. I just smiled and started to laugh. I don't really know why but I found this amusing. Everyone but the black-haired kid named Sasuke looked at me in shock.
"Don't worry he was just playing. No harm done. See?" I raised my hand up to show that I was perfectly fine and that nothing was wrong, I could see the doubt in some of their faces but I hoped for the most part they would let it go. My expectations were met and the annoying duo of Naruto and Sakura let to go join Sasuke who was just standing by a tree blankly starting at me. I turned myself around to see Kiba talking to Akamaru and Hinata with the one mysterious guy that was in the hospital room, Shino.
I approach the two humans who were silent but shared looks. Then Hinata spoke up. "M-mika I've never s-seen Akamaru do that b-before. Are you s-sure you're alright?" I nodded and smiled "All animals are weary of me when they first meet me, I don't know why, but they love me completely after they've seen who I truly am." That wasn't a complete lie, it did seem to happen with Akamaru but I'm not so sure about any other animals. I felt bad for lying but I had no other way of explaining it to them without telling them everything.
I sighed to myself and shook my head as the others went to go talk to the others. I followed behind and let them lead the way. We met back up with the others and sat under was few trees on the side of the training field. Kiba and Naruto were arguing about who was going to spar who then who was going to spar first. Sakura was standing by Sasuke who looked pissed that he was here, and that left me, Shino and Hinata to watch. The yelling matched only turned into the two eventually sparing, Akamaru staying out of it came and laid next to me and sat his head on my leg. As I watched the two carefully, I petted the bipolar animal.
Naruto was yelling "Kiba I will be the one who will win! I will show everyone not to mess with the all-powerful Naruto! Believe it!" Kiba just laughed obnoxiously and replied "You wish! Are you ready to get beaten to the ground, Naruto?" With that they both got in their stance. Naruto charged first with a punch to the torso, Kiba blocked his attack and countered his punch with a kick to Naruto's side, which was also blocked with Naruto's other hand. My eyes scanned them, watching them go back and forth. They were moving in such speed that I was surprised I could keep up and record the detail in my mind, it was as if it was in slow motion, but by the way their motions blew a breeze that I could feel; I knew it wasn't so.
Back and forth they went for each other, punch, kick, counter, jab, knee, counter, block, kick…. And so on. They eventually both separated and were breathing harshly. Kiba wiped his brow and loudly declared "I will defeat you today, Naruto!" Naruto just smirked. "I believe it when I see it!" and off they were again. This time Kiba charged first and was able to nail Naruto in the ribs, he winced and got Kiba behind the knees making the dog owner fall to the ground. Kiba pulled Naruto down with him. It was now a wrestling match now.
Then the big-headed Sakura had to interrupt "Aright! That's enough for today, let other people spar today. It's a draw!" It didn't end there and she was ignored as the boys kept at it a few feet in front of her. She clenched her fists and stomped over them and hit Naruto in the back of the head while he was on top of Kiba. "What the hell was that for Sakura!" he rubbed the spot she hit him in. "I said let other people spar you has been going at it for about two hours now." She crossed her arms and tapped her foot at the two on the ground.
"But we won't know who won?" Naruto questioned. The unthinkable happened, Kiba rolled over and pined Naruto to down and laughed "I did." And scampered away with Naruto after him. Akamaru barked and wagged his tail going after the two. Sakura walked back over to us "Now that's settled who's up next?" We all looked at each other in silence. "How about you, new girl…. What's you name? I saw you in the office the other day with Lady Tsunade." She let out a small smile.
"I'm called Mika, Hinata named me." I spoke out. Sakura looked at me weird and then lifted her hand to put her hair behind her ears. "Let me correct this if I heard wrong. Hinata….named you?" She looked obviously confused. "Well…. Yeah….um. I lost my memory and I don't know my real name…. Hinata was assigned to look after me for the time being….and I let her name me…." I was kind of nervous at first but I didn't want to lie, I knew I had to tell the truth…. But not the whole truth. 'I'll just keep the rest that me remembering the third with me. I'm not really sure if they would believe me or not anyways.' I scratched the back of my head as she processed this.
"Alright….how about you. Let's see what you are made of? How about you and Hinata spar? She is really good at control and I would like to see what you can do." The girly pink haired girl winked at me and walked away, but before she got too far I spoke "What if I don't want to." She turned on her heel and looked at me. "Weeeeeelll you don't have to but it would be nice. I can see you must have had some kind of training by the way you maneuvered yourself around Akamaru. You can't say that you aren't a ninja." She smirked and thought she had me, but my thoughts were just a little better than hers. "I'm not denying that I don't know the art of being a ninja. I just don't remember abruptly about it, but my boy does. I don't fight or spar in this case unless there is a good reason." I pulled some of the words with what the Third said to me in one of my memories. I felt empowered and yet saddened that I could use his words. I shivered and looked behind me to the trees, I swear there was someone watching me from behind.
She stood with a frown on her face and I turned to Hinata. "I'm sorry Hinata, but I'm not sure what I'm capable of and I would never forget myself if I ever hurt my first official friend." A sorrowful look spread across my face and Hinata faces was covered in her thoughts. "Well, I can t-take care of myself and as Sakura s-said, I do h-have experience with control. I w-w-would never forgive myself if I hurt you, b-but if you w-want we could s-spar and as friendly e-exercise." Her smile lite up the day. I could tell she was sincere. I sighed inwardly. "Yeah Mika-chan, don't you want to know what you can do?" Sakura spoke up.
I glared at the loud mouth Sakura, "Fine. Let me say this here I am not responsible for any of my actions, or nor will I be responsible for what happens." I shuttered remembering what I did to the beast of a man Hidan. I shook my head and stood up reaching my hand to help up Hinata. 'If it's a spar she is wanting to see, then so be it. Keke.'
A/N: BAM! SHAQUUUWWAAAM! Soooaap this is the next chapter! A showdown between Hinata and Mika... or is it? KEKE You will never know... until the next chapter of course so keep reading !
