Kiba's POV:

I saw new girl and Hinata go out on the training field while I was still arguing with Naruto, that I had obviously won. I elbowed Naruto and whispered quietly "I so just kicked your butt." He growled and tried to hit me, but I just pushed him away easily. I noted that new girl and Hinata haven't moved yet in their spar. "Kiba you idiot! I won! I am better than you and you know it!" I heard Naruto yell. I glanced back at the smaller blonde then back at the two on the training grounds.

Naruto fought while I held him back, trying to see what was happening. I was slightly interested to see what the new girl was made of since I'm the one that saved her, also that Akamaru has been acting weird since she showed up. "Naruto, stupid I want to see the fight." I growled. Akamaru came up behind me to watch too. "Ha so you didn't deny it! I am better than you! Hey guys….guys?" Naruto hadn't noticed that everyone was watching the intense scene on the field. Naruto stopped when Hinata shot out to make the first move, then he turned around and started watching too.

I put down my hands to see what was going to happen. The new girl...Mika, yeah Mika, was relaxed and stayed still while Hinata charged at her, she didn't even bat an eye. She stood there calmly with her arms behind her back and her legs crossed. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. "Wha?" I heard the word escape Naruto's lips. Before I could put my attention back onto the field I saw that the two were in completely different spots, Mika had Hinata retreating. Mika was extremely fast and very skillful, before Hinata even reached the ground she had her on her back.

That was when me and Naruto looked at each other and started to cheer on our comrade. "Come on Hinata you can do it!" I cheered on my teammate. "Hinata get off the ground!" yelled Naruto. We went back and forth trying to encourage you friend, but it didn't help. The air seemed to get thicker all around, I could feel it and a whine from Akamaru, he could feel it too. I knew deep down something was wrong, but I ignored it, not wanting my teammate to be beaten. I kept yelling encouraging words to her, trying to get her to move.

Neither of them did, it seemed as if they were in a different world. Hinata had a pure look of shock on her face, and Mika's face was blank, until a creepy smirk was painted on it. I shuttered and Akamaru tail curled around my legs. I looked at my partner worried that something terrible was about to happen. The air was even thicker now, sort of static like. I focused my chakra on my nose and it smelled sharp and almost metallic, I had no other way to explain it. I've never smelt something like this. Then I heard a scream which made me cover my ears. It was so loud, so painful to even myself, that I ducked to the ground.

I looked up to see Mika-chan on the ground with her mouth open crying out in pain. Hinata was next to her, face scared and worried. I stood there frozen for a second watching the others run to the fallen girl's side. I couldn't believe what I was seeing or even hearing for a matter of fact. The noise that she made echoed in my head over and over, it had my head spinning. It didn't even sound human. Finally, I snapped out of my mind and raced towards the others. I stared at Hinata silently asking what happened.

She reached towards me, "I d-didn't hit her h-h-hard at all, I t-t-thought s-s-she was g-g-going to d-dodge it." Her words frantic slurring together making it hard to understand her. Everyone was crowded around Mika trying to see why she was in this pain. Sakura tried healing her but she had to back up once Mika started spitting up in her hands. At first it didn't seem too bad until it kept coming and coming out of her mouth. It was some sort of black gunk, and it smelled terrible. It burned my nose so much that I ran from it, I'd had forgotten that I was focusing my chakra on my nose, that made it even worse. I gaged with her.

Repulsed by the awful scent, I had to force myself to go to her aid. The goo was thick and heavy on the grass, it steamed a something awful. I held my breath as I got near. "I-I d-d-didnt m-mean…" Hinata stuttered. I reached out to her and held her by the shoulders "It's not your fault. Whatever it is you didn't do it. It's no one's fault. No of us had nothing to do with it." I looked in Hinata's face and she just nodded and fixed herself. I let her go and faced Mika.

Sakura was behind her not knowing what to do but there just in case of something else happening. Sasuke and Shino stood to the side a bit away from the smell, I presumed. I went to Sakura and saw the shock on her face too, "We need to get her to the Hospital! Somebody help me get her there." She barked. Shino spoke up, "I wouldn't do that if I were you." Sakura looked pissed "And why the hell not?! Can't you see Mika-chan is sick!" Shino stayed silent for a second then motioned to the ground. Me and Sakura looked at her was pointing at and he said "Look at the black toxic sludge that she is spewing out. The grass has died around it, not to mention the smell is horrific. If it does that to plants alone, I wonder what it would do to human skin." He raised his eyebrow at Sakura.

We all eyed the stuff, it seemed to kill anything it touched. The once green grass tuned brown where ever the dark sludge touched. Even the dirt seemed to darkened with the slightest touch of the ooze. Every one of us was afraid to go near it, but I knew I had to help Mika any way I could. I sucked in a breath mentally preparing myself for the plan I had in my head.

"We will go as soon as she is finished then." I announced. I knelt by her once I heard her gagging, the horrible stuff that was coming out of her mouth started to slow down. I carefully maneuvered so I wouldn't touch any of the toxic black slime. I saw her arms trembling and instinctively reach out and catch her as she fell, pulling her into my chest. I saw her lips moving slightly as if she was trying to say something. I leaned in closer to heard her muffled voice "I….I remember….my name….". She was out faster than a light.

I lifted her up in my arms and moved around the ooze that was on the ground. I shook my head to get the smell off of my mind. 'I have to get her to the hospital….or better yet to Tsunade…. But who exactly is this girl?' I started on my way and turned around to see Sasuke still looking at what the girl in my arms coughed up. "tsk." The sound left my lips as I headed off to the hospital. Hinata and the rest were right behind me. My eyebrow furrowed in frustration. 'What was that disgusting rotten stuff but more importantly….' I looked at the passed out Mika in my arms, pain still written on her face "Who are you?"

A/N: This was a short chapter, but its going to be worth it. For dealing with my crap on not posting as often as I intended, because of that I'll give you pplz a little insight of the next few chapters, but not too much hehe.

*SOIPLER ALERT*:

I the next few chapters your going to understand why Hinata isn't living with her family and you will get some more knowledge of who Mika/Mikazuki truly is, and if Deidara will ever get her back to the base. :3
