ITALIC: THOUGHTS
Inside of a Victorian style room, Lelouch and his inner-circle were sitting on round table. They were discussing the future plans of the Black Knights. Kallen was sitting on Lelouch's right while C.C. was sitting on his left. Jeremiah and Rolo were sitting a bit further from the trio.
"In short, Narita was not a disaster like last time and it all went according to Lelouch's plan, with one exception." Kallen started as she gave Jeremiah a look.
"My apologies milady," Jeremiah said as he hung his head in shame.
"Chiba is the worst possible captive for Lelouch." C.C. commented as she hugged her cheese-kun plushy. "Urabe would have been preferable, seeing as he was the most loyal among Tohdoh's Swords."
"I agree with her," Rolo said causing Jeremiah to glare at the boy.
"If I remember correctly, you killed the guy in the original Timeline." Jeremiah reminded him but Rolo merely shrugged.
"I wasn't serving brother at that moment of time." Rolo retorted as the Margrave glared at him.
"Enough," Lelouch's voiced echoed in the room as the attention was diverted to their esteemed leader. "Regardless of that little mishap, everything is going according to plan. Everything is on schedule and Jeremiah didn't actually fail me. Sure, I would not pick Chiba as a captive but still, I can use her." Lelouch informed them firmly.
"How so, oh powerful emperor?" C.C. asked coyly yet there was a hint of seriousness in her voice. "In the original timeline, Chiba hates you and she is the most distrustful of you. Her loyalty to Tohdoh could rival Kallen's loyalty to you."
"True but still, using her will not require changing her loyalty." Lelouch stated calmly. "I already have enough warriors loyal to me and Chiba is not that good of a pilot to begin with, she is nothing compared to anyone currently present, and that includes the rest of the Holy Swords."
"Does that include Tohdoh, milord?" Jeremiah asked curiously. He had fought him at Narita and the man was skilled in the art of Knightmare combat.
"Unlike Kallen, his skills were honed with experience, no more, no less. He is good but still, his skill is only equivalent to that of Guildford. Kallen, and C.C. have shown that they could beat that level of skill rather easily." Lelouch said confidently. "Everyone here can beat Tohdoh in a Knightmare duel, and I am many times his superior in tactics and strategy. The one thing that makes Tohdoh so valuable is his experience in war and his ability to lead, beyond that, he is merely another expendable." Lelouch stated with authority as the four people in the room looked at him confusedly but did not debate his views. He was a genius general and most of the time, the greatest miracle worker in the history of war.
After a moment of silence, Rolo spoke. "Brother, what do you want me to do?" Rolo asked curiously as he eyed his brother carefully. "The target you gave me is a bit unconventional and well protected."
Lelouch glanced at his adopted brother, giving him a hard look. "You do not kill her Rolo, merely apprehend temporarily." Lelouch said with a gentle tone. He knew that Rolo was still not used in leaving his targets alive. "She is essential to my plans, and not to mention Japan as well as the UFN will fall without her." Lelouch added causing Kallen to snort.
"She may be a brat but she is a capable leader and an even a better politician." Kallen admitted begrudgingly. C.C. chuckled in amusement at Kallen's expression, much to her displeasure.
"So alive, not dead," Rolo muttered his breath. "When do you want her delivered?" Rolo asked professionally.
"As soon as you are able, but remember, brother, not a scratch on her and if you can avoid it, do not kill her bodyguards, incapacitate them if you must but do not kill them." Lelouch reminded him as Rolo gave him a nod.
"I won't disappoint you, brother." Rolo said with a determine voice.
Lelouch gave him another curt nod before shifting his gaze at Jeremiah. "Have the parts that I've requested arrived?" Lelouch asked as Jeremiah shook his head.
"The parts will arrive sometime next week, and I will be able to plant them in the area that you instructed me to." Jeremiah answered with a thoughtful look. "Are you sure the JLF and Cornelia will act accordingly?" Jeremiah asked rather curiously.
Lelouch chuckled as he gave Jeremiah an assuring nod. "The JLF are useless to me, Tohdoh and the Holy Swords will come to me if they want any chance in freeing their country, and Cornelia, she is really easy to manipulate." Lelouch then smiled as he glanced at the Knightmare designs in front of him. "Aria will soon grace the battle field with her presence and who better to pilot her than Britannia's warrior princess."
"And giving that thing to her will help us how?" C.C. asked with a drawled tone. She had seen the designs and the specs of Aria, it was equally as powerful as her Magdalene but it was more defence oriented.
"Cornelia will act as our insurance." Lelouch told them with a grin. "Plus, after the hell I put her through, she deserve this gift from her favorite little brother."
(Scene Change)
Cornelia was not in a good mood as she listened to the random ramblings of the bureaucrats that she was force to work with. How Clovis could finish things with the help of these incompetent nobles was beyond her. 'Clovis, you idiot no wonder your area has the lowest production rate.' Cornelia thought as the comments of the Vice-Minister finally force her to comment.
"The Japan Liberation Front was nearly wiped out with your Narita Operation, Viceroy. Now we're hunting down the survivors, one-by-one."
"Are you being sarcastic?" Cornelia retorted harshly. "We are barely pulling our forces back together after that fiasco. The Black Knights, especially those three machines, practically demolished most of our Knightmares and Airships." Cornelia exclaimed in irritation. Their overall forces were cut down to at least forty percent; most of the damage was done by those monsters, two of them made by her long lost brother.
"No, I didn't mean to….." The Vice-minister trailed off as Guildford cut him off.
"The occupational government is responsible for this." Guildford stated with clear annoyance. He and Dalton were in a foul mood after that mission, their pride was wounded and they each had fractured ribs from the beating they received from the red Knightmare. "They've done nothing about Area Eleven's subways and mining railways. In the Ghettos, they falsified the registries and property deeds as the rebellion spreads unchallenged." Guildford narrowed his eyes at the bureaucrats that had poorly managed this country in the past seven years.
The Vice-minister looked a bit nervous but remained firm. "The subway tunnels stretch over the whole country, we can't just fill them all in, we don't have the budget." The Vice Minister reasoned.
"The terrorists are using them as their strike base and escape routes." Guildford said sharply.
The Vice Minister began to sweat nervously as he tried to keep his calm. "Prince Clovis instructed us." Cornelia instantly looked at the man with a sharp eye, causing him to stumble with his words. "He said forcing them would fuel the rebellion, giving the Chinese Federation an excuse to attack." The Vice Minister explained weakly.
"Fool, they already have an excuse to attack." Cornelia said with harsh tone. "Zero grows stronger and bolder each day. The Black Knights also holds a significant amount of technological advantage over us or have you not seen those monsters that tore my army apart." Cornelia added with a passive tone, as she was once again reminded of her long lost brother. 'He truly hated our family but still; at least he cared for Euphemia enough to convince Zero to not lay a hand on her.' Cornelia thought in relief. She knows that Zero knew how much she cared for her little sister and she knew, without out a shadow of a doubt that Zero would use that to his advantage if her brother didn't step in.
"Vice-Minister," Dalton spoke up, cutting the inept-bureaucrat's mutters of confusion short as he shot them a pointed look. "Internal affairs have appointed a special group of Elevens to sub-govern this area, isn't that right?" Dalton's voiced instantly made the officials to fidget nervously. "A group called the N.A.C." That caused them to perk up at that news. "When we stormed Narita, we looked for evidence of the N.A.C's conspiracies, but it was buried in the landslide." He then glanced at Cornelia. "Still, our suspicions remain high…if we suppress them now…" Dalton trailed off as Cornelia looked a bit thoughtful.
"A group of bluebloods and plutocrats, relics of their dismal past." Cornelia muttered, contemplating on the idea of finishing them off and be done with it.
"Wait please, those are just rumors, there is no evidence of that at all." The Vice Minister was now sweating nervously as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. "If you suppress them, then the Elevens economy will certainly collapse. That means no tax revenue to send to the homeland. Also, it is a prime directive of the Empire that numbers should take care of their own kind." The Minister stated, causing Euphemia to frown while Cornelia growled in irritation.
"And what have you done to find the Black Knights?" Cornelia almost snarled in frustration. "They may not be as large as the JLF but they are more dangerous and better equipped. They have a tactician that is on par with me, or may god have mercy on us all, Schneizel." Cornelia and most of the military officials present shuddered at that thought. Schneizel was the most brilliant as well as the most dangerous military tactician Britannia could offer. He was single-handedly keeping the EU at bay. If Zero was as brilliant as the second Prince, they were afraid to think what would happen to them.
"We've determined from the examination of the few remaining Shield Machines that the Narita incident was indeed Zero's doing, but we have been unable as of yet to determine anything more from his men's remains." The Vice-Minister said, trying not to anger the Princess even more.
"So you can't catch Zero and you don't want us to hit Kyoto." Cornelia summarized in annoyance. "Do you know of the word incompetent Vice Minister; it's for people who can't get results."
"What about the shipments of the Knightmare Frames? When will they arrive?" Euphemia asked and instantly, all eyes were diverted at her, this was the first time she actually spoke in a meeting. She usually did not involve herself in these kinds of talks. "Like my sister said, we lost a lot of our Knightmares in that assault and as of right now, we only have one Seventh Generation Frame while Zero has two together with that strange flying machine." Euphemia mumbled as she browsed the picture of the Lancelot fighting the red Knightmare that was, according to Guildford and Dalton, a true nightmare.
"Now that my sister has mentioned it, when will those Knightmares arrive, the sooner the better?" Cornelia asked as she eyed the bureaucrats around her.
They instantly began to shift on their sit. "The shipments will arrive in a month. We are currently pulling some Knightmares in our reserves…." Guildford cut the man off at that.
"That leaves us with at least 100 Knightmares and Zero has already proven that he could annihilate that many units like they are nothing." Guildford stated knowingly.
"That and they are reserves for a reason." Euphemia mumbled loud enough for everyone to hear. "If my memory serves me right, those 100 Knighmares in the reserves are all old Glasgows. The JLF has a better version of those that they call Burai. If by chance they attack, we will be at a disadvantage." Euphemia commented as everyone present stared at the pink haired beauty, bewildered at her sudden involvement.
Cornelia was the first to speak. "Is it me or my sister is more competent than all of you combined?"
That was an insult that they did not like to hear. "Then what do you propose to do to solve our shortage of Knightmares, Princess Euphemia?" One of the bureaucrats challenged.
Cornelia instantly stood up from her chair, seething, followed by both Dalton and Guildford. No one disrespects Euphemia while Cornelia was around and her two knights needed something to vent their frustration on. Euphemia on the other hand, quickly answered without even looking at the man who challenged her.
"The Camelot, or the Special Research Division," Euphemia spoke as they were stunned at the mention of the irregulars. "The Camelot team created the first Seventh Generation Knightmare Frame and the Lancelot it is still experimental so there is room for improvements, and after what Zero's machines showed us on Narita, then we need to improve the machines we have until they are on par with those monster machines at Zero's disposal. Also, if we give Earl Lloyd Asplund some funding, he may be able to integrate some of the Lancelot's weaponry to some of our Knightmares. Remember, one of the reasons why we lost that skirmish with the Black Knights is because Zero's Knightmares have better weapons." Euphemia explained, looking merely at the screen in front of her.
If she did look up, she would see the startled yet proud expression on her sister's face and the shock expression of the officials that were around him.
The Vice Minister on the other hand, had something to say. "That is a good suggestion, Princess Euphemia, but still, we do not have the budget and the Camelot team is under Prince Schneizel."
"Knowing Earl Asplund, just give him some funding and he will practically build us a new frame." Euphemia countered as she stared at the Vice Minister.
"Be that as it may, we cannot trust that Special Research Division for they have a questionable member among their ranks." The Vice Minister exclaimed and that actually made Euphemia narrowed her eyes at the man.
"And pray tell who this questionable member of the Camelot Group is?" Euphemia inquired with a very sharp voice, a voice that Cornelia thought her sister did not possess.
"That Eleven pilot of theirs." The Vice Minister answered without hesitation. "Elevens should not even be near a Knightmare, they are too inferior." Euphemia seemed to enjoy shocking them all as she slammed her hands on the table and quickly stood up, her expression was complete anger.
"That inferior Eleven pilot that you are referring to happens to be the one who came to my sister's aid during her battle with Zero." Euphemia almost snarled as her anger suddenly overtook her. "And he had single-handedly taken down more Knightmares of the Black Knights than our combined forces had and he did that with a frame that had lost an arm."
The Vice Minister and everyone there were taken back at that. "But Princess, he is still an Eleven."
"An Eleven that has been more useful in his short career in the military than you in your five years as Vice Minister." Euphemia retorted and at that moment, Cornelia stepped in, she had seen enough.
"Vice Minister and the rest of you, know your place. You are speaking to a Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire" Cornelia snarled as she put a comforting hand over Euphemia's shoulder. "My sister has a valid point though, that boy has been more useful to me than all of you combined. If your performance doesn't improve, I have no problem replacing all of you." Cornelia threatened and that was enough for all of them to pale.
Cornelia, seeing that her threat was understood, dismissed them all. "Now get out before I execute each and every one of you for treason." They were about to argue but Guildford cut them off.
"You people, especially you Vice Minister, disrespected Princess Euphemia, third Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire, which counts as treason." Guildford stated as everyone quickly exited the room.
Euphemia instantly collapsed on her chair as her sister told her how proud she is of her. Euphemia merely smiled at Cornelia mumbling a thank you before whispering something under her breath, silently so Cornelia can't hear her. "Thank you Lelouch,"
In Ashford Academy, a couple of miles from the Viceroy's Palace, Lelouch smiled as he closed his laptop. "You are welcome, Euphy." Lelouch mumbled as he turned off the headset that assisted him in giving Euphemia some advice.
(Scene Change)
Shirley was both conflicted and confused, and a bit suspicious and jealous. Kallen was once again absent, nothing new there, but Cecilia and Lelouch were absent with her, a fact that unnerved her. Sure, in Cecilia's short stay in Ashford Academy, she barely attends her class and often times, she only attends half of her classes each day. Lelouch, again, there was nothing new for he was always skipping his classes, going to Casinos to gamble. The one thing that she found strange was the fact that the three of them were absent in the same day.
Normally, she wouldn't be bothered by this but she had noticed that Lelouch had been extremely close to Kallen since she joined the student council and Cecilia; well she was a special case, a very special and irritating case. Add to the fact that Cecilia, much to her and Nina's horror and Milly's amusement, was living with Lelouch.
Shirley grunted silently as she gently hit herself in the head, remembering the first time she saw Cecilia in Lelouch's house. She was half naked and was wearing one of Lelouch's shirts that barely hid her curves, Milly had a field day the entire week as she interrogated and pestered Lelouch about his sex life, something that Shirley prayed did not yet exist.
Milly Ashford looked up from her terminal, where she was actually doing some work for once, to find Shirley sitting in front of her with a torn and lost expression on her face. Naturally, she cannot help herself but tease her cute underclassman. "What's the matter? Why the long face? Constipated? You're Monthlies?" Milly asked shamelessly as Shirley perked up at that question before giving the president a look.
"No!" Shirley answered with an indignant tone as Milly chuckled at her discomfort.
"You're lonely without your beloved Lelouch, then?" Milly inquired playfully with an amused voice as the two turned their attention to Nina as they heard her coughed.
"Sorry," Nina muttered as Milly burst out laughing.
"Now, now Nina, don't be selfish. You and Lelouch were practically inseparable during our stay in Narita." Milly said as she eyed her shy friend slyly as Nina's face glowed scarlet. Shirley gave her a calculative look before sighing.
"Isn't it funny that Kallen and Cecilia are both absent the same day he is?" Shirley mumbled but quickly explained herself as she noticed Milly giving her that familiar look. "I mean…it's not so unusual for Kallen to be off, she does have a health condition and Cecilia is Cecilia, I can't explain that woman, but lately those three have been….." Shirley trailed off as Milly sighed dramatically.
"The mind of a love struck teen, so carefree while the world keeps talking about the incident in Narita the other day." Milly sighed, dramatically leaning on her chair. "Suzaku had to take the day off, too, because of it." Milly noted.
"I know that but Suzaku is in the military. I'm more worried about Kallen and Cecilia and what they are doing with Lulu." Shirley said loudly before clasping her hands over her mouth. She cannot believe she said that out loud.
Milly chuckled loudly at that. "Ah, that's why I love you, Shirley." Milly commented with a chuckle as Nina suddenly perked up at those words.
"Don't make fun of me." Shirley exclaimed indignantly as she slap the table with the envelope in her hand.
"Then just tell him already, seriously. The two of you are lacking confidence." Milly said with a playful tone as she stood up as she wrapped both her arms around her chest suggestively before walking towards Nina. "Three little words: I. Like. You." Milly advised as her two underclassmen perked up and blushed.
Shirley stiffened a bit as a faint blush adorned her cheeks. "N-No! I can't do that!"
"Lelouch is too sophisticated, too high-class. He even knows Princess Euphemia." Nina commented with an uneasy tone.
Milly could only laugh at that. "I know what you two are thinking: What'll I do if he doesn't feel the same way? What if we can't be friends anymore?" Milly said with a dramatic expression before bursting into a laughing fit.
Shirley and Nina blinked at the president's actions before looking down on the floor. "You don't have to laugh so hard." The two mumbled in unison.
"It's so nice to be here together, isn't it?" That caught both of their attentions as they glanced at their president. She was going to have one of her few moments. "It really is but you should prepare yourself. All things change." That gave the two girls something to think while Milly merely smiled fondly at them.
(Scene Change)
Suzaku and the two leading engineers of the Camelot group were studying and analyzing the fight between Zero's ace knights and Cornelia's Royal Guard. It was truly a magnificent sight as Zero's Knights systematically butchered 21 Knightmares with relative ease. Also, the technology that the Knightmare Frames showed during the fight was also noteworthy as it showed how capable the engineers of the Black Knights are. Lloyd was specifically interested in the Silver Knightmare as well as the sword that the Red Knightmare was using.
"The Red Knightmare has Rakshata's name written all over it." Lloyd commented as he watched his Lancelot duel the, according to Guildford and Dalton, Devil's Right Hand. "The Radiation Wave Surger is a dead giveaway, but that beam Sword thing, that is not her forte." Lloyd commented as he salivates at the sight of the beam weapon of the Red Knightmare.
"Lloyd, control yourself will you." Cecile scolded her partner in disgust.
"But Cecile, look at that weapon." Lloyd said with an intrigue voice as he pointed at the beam sword of the Red Knightmare. "A multi-purpose beam weapon, come on now Cecile, that weapon is so cool." Lloyd exclaimed with a giddy tone.
"It is but that Silver Knightmare is more intriguing if you ask me." Cecile commented as she shifted the screen to focus on the Silver Knightmare that practically dominated Cornelia in a duel. "Those cannons of that machine are a very unique weapon, that thing could fire wind, lightning, and ice base projectiles, and not to mention, based it on the data we gathered, it's more agile than the Lancelot." Cecile said but Lloyd merely waved her worries off.
"The Blaze Luminous could block any attacks that machine could dish out." Lloyd said with a confident voice. "But we really need to recalibrate it because the Beam Sword had already proven that it could cut through the Blaze Luminous."
"Yeah," Suzaku agreed, finally speaking for the first time. "And the claw of that machine, it's extremely flexible in combat." Suzaku muttered under his breath as he watched himself being over power by that Red Machine. 'The pilot of that thing must be the Queen.' Suzaku thought as he remembered the known, high ranking members of the Black Knights. The Leader Zero, the mysterious Magician, and the Black Knights' ace, the Queen, those three figures were the most wanted criminals in Japan today. Though finding them was difficult for no one had seen their faces.
"True, Rakshata's Radiation Technology is impressive but not nearly as impressive as my Lancelot's Blaze Luminous." Lloyd said with a boastful tone.
"True but I can only use the Blaze Luminous for defensive purposes while that Radiation thing could be use in both offensive and defensive." Suzaku commented as he once again analyzes Radiation Claw of the Red Knightmare.
"Actually, Rakshata designed the Radiation Wave Surger for defensive purposes as well." Cecile corrected him, as she recalled her old classmate. "The pilot must be that good to utilized it for offensive." Cecile commented and Suzaku cannot help but agree with her.
"SUZAKU!" A loud, familiar voice called, snapping Suzaku out of his musing as a smile made its way on his lips.
Cecile squealed softly as Suzaku rose from his sit and walk towards the exit. "So romantic."
"Yeah and if Cornelia discovers her sister is interested in a number, we can say goodbye to our devicer." Lloyd commented with a drawl tone, earning him a well deserved slapped on the back of his head, courtesy of Cecile.
(Scene Change)
Kaguya Sumeragi sighed dejectedly as an unknown man in JLF uniform escorted her to a heavily armored limousine. The meeting between the Six House of Kyoto didn't go well in her point of view. Most of the members of Six House of Kyoto were still adamant in supporting the JLF, even though the organization had lost most of its military might in the disaster in Narita. The Leader of the JLF, Katase Tatewaki, even had the gall to ask them why they didn't give them the Guren MK II.
'We made the right decision in giving the Guren to Zero-sama.' Kaguya thought with a smile. They had heard the reports and rumors about the victory of the Black Knights over Cornelia and her forces. It was spectacular how Zero used the terrain to his advantage and it was amazing how he organized his troops and led them to victory. It was even more impressive seeing that they were outnumbered by at least seven to one.
Kaguya smiled fondly at the thought of the revolutionary. Since his debut, he has been changing things for the better. He was slowly becoming an icon of justice, a symbol of hope among the Japanese people. He was a military and a tactical genius, capable of defeating armies with limited resources as well as charismatic to the extent that he could stir the support of the populace with ease. Zero was a natural born leader and with his help, he would bring Japan back to its former glory.
"If only those old morons could see the truth like I do." Kaguya muttered with a sigh. She had pestered those old men in giving the Black Knights more resources and funding, seeing that they were actually progressing in their operations to free Japan unlike the JLF, an organization that was slowly becoming a terrorist group, but they merely ignored her pleas for the simple reason that they cannot afford to trust a man with a mask. She wondered if those old geezers understood that the JLF was already obsolete, with the exception of Tohdoh and the Four Holy Swords, and they will not help free Japan if they continue supporting an organization that did not have the support of the Japanese people.
Kaguya shook her head in annoyance; maybe she should take this matter into her own hands and arrange a private meeting between her and Zero. She does have a considerable amount of influence over the Six Houses of Kyoto and she could, albeit scarcely, give the Black Knights some resources that they may find useful. "And Zero-sama should really meet his future wife sooner than later." Kaguya added with a giggle. Her Zero-sama is a great leader and he deserves someone who could walk the same path as him and who better than her, the Mistress of the Six Houses of Kyoto.
Her musing was cut short when her limousine suddenly stopped to a halt, causing her to almost fall from her seat. "What the!"
"Kaguya-dono, please stay here and remain calm." One of her bodyguards said with a cautious voice.
Kaguya seemed bewildered by this situation. "Is there a problem?" Kaguya asked politely as her bodyguards took out their firearms.
"Nothing that we can't handle." One of her bodyguards replied as four men wearing suits went out from the limousine.
As they step out of the car, they saw a Britannian boy standing in front of the limousine, a gun and a knife in hand. They instantly pointed their guns at him. "Britannian Dog, lower your weapon you vermin." One of the bodyguards threatened as he fingered the trigger of his gun.
The boy didn't even reply nor was bothered by the threat as his left eye suddenly glowed bright red as a weird insignia appeared on his eye. That was the last thing they saw before they fell to the ground, unconscious. He then threw a tranquilizer towards the driver, hitting the driver on the shoulder, effectively knocking him out. The boy then approached the limousine and entered it, only to find a gun being pointed at his head by Kaguya.
"Good day to you, may I know what your intensions are." Kaguya asked as the Britannian boy in front of him merely stared at her.
"Lord Zero sent me." The boy said calmly as he gently disarms her easily. Kaguya was a bit startled to notice the act. "He wants to talk to you privately and sent me as your escort." The boy stated coldly.
Kaguya seemed to nod furiously. "I see, so you merely incapacitate my bodyguards to take me without a hassle?" Kaguya asked politely.
The boy gave her a nod. "I would have preferred to kill them but my brother told me to not to kill unless Lord Zero order me to." The boy muttered giving Kaguya a sense of safety. "Lady Kaguya, may I now escort you to Lord Zero, he is a very busy man and this may be the only time you and him can have an undisturbed meeting." The boy added as he offered his hand to Kaguya.
Kaguya smiled brightly and blush deeply at the thought of her Zero-sama sending one of his knights to pick her up. It was quite sweet of him to clear his busy schedule just to have a personal talk with her. She giggled softly as she took the hand of the knight that Zero assigned to be her escort. "Lead the way, my dear Knight."
The boy nodded but not without noticing her flush expression. 'I wonder what her reaction will be when she discovers that brother already has two lovers.' Rolo thought with a silent chuckle. That scenario would have been hilarious.
"Follow me then, my lady, your carriage is waiting for your presence." Rolo said, making a mental note to not have C.C. write his lines whenever his brother send him to this kind of missions. Hearing Kaguya's girlish giggles were annoying and he was just barely containing the urge to bury a bullet on her head.
(Scene Change)
Kallen Kozuki, the Black Knights greatest warrior, Zero's right hand as well as his lover, was very much ticked off. She was currently attending a mission given to her by Zero himself. Personally, she did not like this mission but because Lelouch practically asked her to do it, she conceded and was now wearing her Ashford Academy uniform, spying on her rival as he went on a date with her lover's half-sister. The one thing that pissed her off and annoyed her was the fact that she was with the most annoying person possible, she was with C.C. and the girl was more or less driving her nuts. 'I could have done this alone but no, he said I need a partner.' Kallen cursed in her thoughts.
They were currently in Tokyo's biggest mall, watching as Euphemia dragged Suzaku around the large mall. The two of them were currently sitting a couple of tables from where the two were eating.
"You know," C.C. began as she nibbled on the pizza that she bought with the used of the money that Lelouch gave them for their mission. "This is actually fun, all the pizza that we could eat and all we have to do is video tape the princess's and the knight's date." C.C. commented as she devoured a slice of Pizza.
Kallen glared at her before returning her attention to the would-be couple. She can withstand watching Suzaku and Euphemia being all romantic and stuff but she cannot stand C.C. and her random ramblings. "Lelouch better gives me compensation for enduring this torture." Kallen muttered as C.C. chuckled at her discomfort.
"Oh he will, I assure you." C.C. told Kallen as she showed her a couple of things that she brought from a shop on the basement of the mall. "Now what do you prefer; we chain and gag him in a bed and take turns riding him or do you prefer me teaching you the fine arts of BDSM with Lelouch as the test subject?" C.C. asked as she showed Kallen a couple of toys that was used to spark-up sexual intercourse of a couple. It should be noted that there was a large double-ended dildo in the bag and a couple of vibrators.
Kallen flushed bright red as she resisted the urged to throttle the immortal, no matter how many injuries that she may inflict on the annoying witch, she knew that it will heal in no time and she will be back annoying her in a couple of minutes, an hour if she was lucky. "Get that thing out of my sight would you." Kallen hissed as she tried to regain her composure. Thinking about her unique love life and her screwed up sex life was not helping her concentrate with her mission.
C.C. pouted a bit as she hid her bag of toys on her purse before grabbing the binoculars from Kallen. "You have your own." Kallen hissed but did not bother to grab her binoculars back.
"You know, those two reminds me of a couple I was once so fond of, I just can't remember who." C.C. commented as he watched Euphemia and Suzaku interact with each other.
"You've lived for how long? Of course you won't remember everyone from your past." Kallen commented snidely but C.C. merely waved her off.
"No, no, no Queeny, those two are special and I don't forget special people." C.C. muttered as a thoughtful look suddenly crossed her face before it was replaced by a smile. "I remember now, Yamato and Clyne."(A/N: Sorry, can't resist. Guess who I'm referring to)
"What?" Kallen asked confusedly as C.C. began giggling to herself. "Come on now witch, talk to me."
"Yamato and Clyne, Kira Yamato and Lacus Clyne, Yamato was a Japanese samurai back in seventeenth century, he was very good with a sword but he refused to kill anyone, and his wife Lacus Clyne, she was a Britannian Noble, the daughter of an Archduke to be exact." C.C. sighed dreamily at the thought of her two, precious friends, may their souls rest peacefully in heaven. "Those two were the perfect and ideal couple; although, watching them fall in love made me hurl a couple of times." C.C. commented as Kallen shot her a look.
"What are you rambling about woman?" Kallen asked but C.C. ignored her as she reminisced about the two love sick couple that she actually enjoyed to pester and annoy that, and pizza. Kallen shook her head at her partner's random mood swings, C.C. was useful in combat and, though she would never admit this out loud, in bed when all three of them are naked but she was practically useless at other things.
"Heads up Queen, they spotted us." C.C. told her, cutting her musing short as Kallen heard the voice of her rival.
"Kallen, Cecelia!" Kallen groaned as she gave Suzaku a halfhearted wave before sending C.C. a venomous glare.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Kallen snapped at C.C. but merely smiled coyly at him.
"Lelouch told us to watch over them and to record their little date; he didn't order me to look after you." C.C. retorted and before Kallen could, Suzaku and Euphemia already reached them, forcing her to act like a meek, sickly little girl again, God she hated that. "Good afternoon Suzaku, who's your date?" Kallen asked curiously, using a very soft voice that she had mastered through the years. Lelouch would have been proud.
Both Suzaku and Euphemia blushed at hearing that. Before they could speak though, C.C. greeted them in her own special way. "Good afternoon Suzaku, I never would have thought that you would have the gall and guts to date Princess Euphemia out in the open." C.C. greeted them with a blunt tone, causing them to stare at her in shock. "No wonder Lelouch thinks so highly of you, once her sister finds out you've been kissing her in a cupboard; she will castrate you before shoving your dick down your ass repeatedly before shoving it down your throat." C.C. stated casually and Kallen could only slap he head as the two looked at her with a bewildered expression.
"As tactless as a billboard." Kallen grumbled under her breath as she faced the couple, who had now adopted a very disturbed and shock expression. "Sorry for that, Cecelia doesn't know how to keep her mouth shut and before you two ask, yes we know about Lelouch's family history." Kallen explained gently as Euphemia and Suzaku turn their attention to her.
"Lelouch told you?" Suzaku asked in shock. His best friend was not the trusting type.
Before Kallen could reply, C.C. beat her to it. "Of course Lulu told us, he doesn't hide secrets from his lovers." Kallen groaned loudly as Euphemia and Suzaku gaped at C.C.. "How rude of me, I haven't properly introduced myself and my little girlfriend. This is Kallen Kozuki, she's Lelouch's girlfriend and I'm…" C.C. grabbed Kallen and gave her a kiss right on the lips, making sure to insert her tongue inside of her and share made sure that Euphemia and Suzaku was watching, and boy, did they watched.
After a minute, she released Kallen, dazed. "I'm his mistress, names Cecelia Constantine." C.C. introduced himself as Euphemia and Suzaku gawked at her. How she could kiss a girl in broad daylight and admit that she was a mistress in a relationship and have a calm voice explaining it was beyond them.
After a moment, Euphemia spoke. "So you two are my brother's girlfriends?"
"Yes we are but we do prefer lovers, seeing that we do sometimes share a bed with each other." C.C. told them casually as she looked at the gawking Suzaku. "You know, Suzu, you can ask Lulu some tips in treating a woman in bed, he knows lots of techniques. Sure, he'll be very pissed knowing you'll be using those techniques to make her cute sister moan like a bitch in heat but I'll tell you, it's very worth it. That things he could do with his tongue is nothing short…" Kallen did not allow C.C. to finish that statement as she clasped C.C.'s mouth with her hands; she had traumatized Euphemia and her knight enough for one day. That woman really doesn't know how to shut her mouth.
Although, she did agree on one thing she said. The things Lelouch could do in bed could only be rivaled on the things that he could do in the battlefield, making their sex life much enjoyable.
'Great, the witch has corrupted me.' Kallen though in dread. 'And where the hell is Lelouch when you need him.'
(Scene Change)
Half way across Japan, Lelouch, dressed as Magician, was overlooking an operation. "Rolo, is she with you…Good, head to our main base." Lelouch ordered as he turned off his phone before glancing at the Black Knight operative that was with him. "Has our target been spotted?" Lelouch asked, his voice now altered with the voice scrambler.
"Not yet, Magician-dono," The man answered as he focus his attention on the telescope in his hands.
Lelouch gave the man a small nod before giving one of his most important subordinates a call. "Sayoko, is everything in position?"
"Yes my lord," Sayoko replied silently.
"And are you sure you can do this alone?" Lelouch asked passively. "I can send some backup if you want." Lelouch offered but Sayoko merely chuckled.
"That is not necessary, I am more than capable in doing this alone, my lord." Sayoko assured him as Lelouch cut the call off before contacting the sniper team.
"Sniper Team, are you in position?"
"Yes, Commander Magician." Several voices echoed through his phone.
"Good, remember; aim only for the Knightmare and let Sayoko handle the infantry." Lelouch instructed as he turned off the phone.
"Magician-dono, they are here." The Black Knight operative that was assign to be his bodyguard, informed him as Lelouch use his own telescope to see the envoy.
"Right on schedule, Orange is really a useful guy." Lelouch commented as he focused his gazed on the Knightmare that was escorting the envoy. "Four Sutherlands, they really are making my work easier." Lelouch commented as he whipped his phone out and called the Sniper Team.
"Sniper Team, fire at my signal." Lelouch ordered before setting his gaze on his bodyguard. "Move the car," the man did as he was told as Lelouch observed the envoy. Once they set foot on Sayoko's position, the operation will start.
It only took the envoy a second to get to position and Lelouch instantly gave the order. "FIRE, ELIMINATE THE KNIGHTMARES." Lelouch ordered loudly.
With his orders, chaos began. The sniper team, with accuracy that Kallen drilled in their heads and body, opened fired, taking out the four Sutherlands with ease, although the pilots were able to eject in time. That instantly caused the Britannians to spring into action, twenty armed soldiers got out from the envoy, rifles at hand, though those rifles were of little help as one woman dash towards them.
They all opened fire but the woman merely dodged all the bullets with ease and with inhuman reflexes. The woman, much to the soldiers shock, drew a sword from her back and began to systematically tear them apart. The Britannian Soldiers did not know what hit them as the woman moved in a deadly dance, catching them with the edge of her sword. The soldiers didn't have a chance as the woman danced through them and with each twist of her body; she cleaved through their bodies like hot knife through butter. After a minute, the task was done; twenty Britannian Soldiers lay on her feet, they were all dead by decapitation. The woman that killed them all was wiping the blood off her sword, ignoring the fact that she was covered in blood from head to toe.
"That was a bit of an overkill, Sayoko." Lelouch commented as he got out of the heavily armored car and glanced at the slaughter that Sayoko created.
"I apologize, Magician-sama but it is quite necessary, this is war after all." Sayoko explained herself as she heard the driver threw up at the sight of the dead bodies on the ground.
"Understandable," Lelouch replied as he entered the envoy and smiled at the sight of Chiba wearing a white straightjacket. She was unconscious and was behind a makeshift prison, by the looks of it, she was drugged.
"Well isn't this ironic." Lelouch commented silently as he approach the cage that was holding Chiba. "You have no idea how tempted I am to leave you to rot." Lelouch mumbled as he slammed his hand on the glass that was separating him from Chiba. "But, you have other uses for me." Lelouch said as he opened the glass cage before glancing at Sayoko who followed him inside the envoy.
"Pick her up, we are done here." Lelouch ordered as he walked pass her. "I also have a meeting with someone, how annoying." Lelouch mumbled dryly.
(Scene Change)
"Lord Zero, I have returned with your guest." Kaguya heard the boy name Rolo said. Her trip from Kyoto to Tokyo took roughly four hours, they would have been in the Black Knights Headquarters sooner but Rolo made sure to follow every security protocol to avoid anyone from following them or discovering their headquarters. She was even blindfolded and forced to listen to loud music to ensure that she would not have any clue where their base of operation is located.
"Escort her in and remove her blindfold." Kaguya smiled brightly at the sound of Zero's voice, she knew it was modulated to hide his identity but it still sends a shiver up her spine.
She was gently escorted inside the room and she could smell the faint aroma of tea, which means that Zero had prepared for this meeting. She was gently shoved to a comfortable sit before her blindfold was removed, her eyes twinkled with joy when she saw Zero in front her, mask and cloak present. She also notice two people behind her and if her knowledge of the organization was correct, the woman wearing the red robes was the Queen, the organizations strongest pilot, and the person wearing the white robe was Magician, the mysterious bomber.
"Rolo, leave us." Zero ordered with a superior voice. Rolo gave him and the other three a curt bow before leaving the room. As Rolo close the door, Zero greeted his guess. "Kaguya Sumeragi-hime, it is an honor to have you in my humble home and I apologize for the way you were escorted here." Zero said as he gave her an appreciative nod.
"You honor me with your mere presence, Zero-sama, and no need to apologize, my trip was pleasant enough." Kaguya replied politely, trying to act formal while containing her childish glee.
"Thank you, Sumeragi-hime,"
"Please call me Kaguya, Zero-sama, this is not, after all, a formal meeting." Kaguya told him with a playful tone.
"If you insist, Kaguya-hime." Zero said as he motion to the people behind him. "I would like you to meet my right hand as well as the Black Knights' strongest Knight, the Queen, and my left hand as well as my adviser and head general and tactician of the Black Knights, Magician." The two gave Kaguya a small, respectful bow. "I cannot tell you who they are, for security reasons, I do hope you understand."
"I understand, Zero-sama, you care about your subordinates and seeing that I am not a member of the Black Knights, I do not have the right to know the names of your lieutenants." Kaguya said with understanding evident in her voice.
"Thank you for understanding our predicament, Kaguya-sama, I greatly appreciate it." Zero told her calmly as he clapped his hand and instantly, a maid entered the room, bringing a plate of snacks for them. "Now milady, I have an offer for you to the benefit not just yourself but also this fallen country, I would hope that you listen to my pleas." Zero began as Kaguya merely smiled slyly.
It seems that the Six House of Kyoto will have a major power shift.
