Don't kill me I forgot I didn't write this yet… ~C

Little droplets of rain dropped from the sky. It had been raining cats and dogs all morning but now, it was simply sprinkling. Sapphire Blacktail sighed as she stepped over a puddle so that she was standing in the middle of a garden. Behind her a mansion towered.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" someone behind her yelled causing her to spin around. A young boy, 5 years of age with brown eyes and short black hair, leaped into Sapphire arms. "Mommy mommy!" he yelled.

"Yes Vlad?" she asked her son. It still surprised her that Imhotep had picked his name. He said he read it in a baby naming book he "borrowed" on long term from the library.

"Mommy the monsters are after me!"

*thud*

Sapphire whipped around to find her husband lying on the ground, a 2 ½ year old clapping happily while lying on his stomach. She had curly black hair and grey blue eyes. Sapphire put Vlad down and knelt down near Imhotep. "Honey, are you alright?" instead of answering he groaned. Sapphire smiled and kissed him. Her son making a "yuck" sound nearby. The toddler began demanding "uppies!"

As Sapphire picked her up, Imhotep rose to his feet. "We were pretending when I tripped. Little Gem here was lucky I turned and fell on my back." He said tickling the little girl's tummy. She giggled and grabbed her father's finger.

"Hey dad!" Vlad yelled while running around one of the hedges. "Aunty Evey and Alex are here!" he said pointing to the women behind him. "Uncle John and Uncle Rick too!"

"Is that so? Why don't you go play hide and seek with Alex?" Vlad's face lit up and he raced back around the hedge.

Evey walked up to Sapphire and gave her a hug as Rick came into sight. "Hey Imhotep, how are you doing?" he asked.

"Your time still has many a puzzles to figure out. Sapphire says you'd teach me to drive soon."

"She said what?" Rick paled. Sapphire started laughing behind her hand. "We need a drink…" Rick said and pulled Evey towards the house. Evey took gem and fussed over her as they disappeared inside.

"You know, when I said I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you I never imagined I'd have all this." He said gesturing to the house with one hand and pulling her close with the other. "A beautiful wife, two beautiful children…"

"Three…"

"Right, three beautiful children… THREE!" he let go of her and faced her to him. As he looked her over he noticed the glow about her, the slightly larger stomach, and the huge grin. She nodded her head. He slammed his mouth down on hers and pulled her close, while still being gentle near her stomach. He picked her up and spun her in a circle before finally letting him go.

She laughed then became very serious. "So who's telling Vlad and Gem?"

Meanwhile Vlad, Alex, and Little Gem were hiding behind the hedge behind the couple.

"We're gunna have a younger sibling!" Vlad said in delight. Gem looked through the leaves toward her parents and smiled happily. She couldn't ask for a better life.

The end. Hope it was good! Credit goes to one of the reviewers who suggested daddy's little gem for a kid! you know who u are! ~C
