The Huge Election
Now that the Primaries are over the real campaign begins. See what the candidates do to try to get Elected.
Arthur: So did you get support from the current Mayor yet?
Mr. Read: I sure did. Same from the Treasurer of this town. As well as 2 school board members and 3 city Council members.
Arthur: That is good.
Mr. Read: On Saturday i will talk to the Teacher's union. Hoping to get their support as well.
Arthur: Okay dad.
Mr. Read: See you after school and when i come home.
Arthur is now heading to school with his friends. Which is Buster, Francine and Ladonna.
Arthur: So is your dad supporting my dad?
Francine: He sure is. He got support of that union.
Arthur: That is very good.
Francine: It sure is.
Ladonna: Well my parents also support him.
Arthur: Okay.
Buster: He also got support the news paper.
They got to the school and went inside and went to class. Mr. Read with Mr. Frensky went out to campaign.
Mr. Read: Well i got 5 that are for us so far for the undecided that is.
Mr. Frensky: I got 3 of them.
Mr. Read: Then that makes 8 so far.
They got a total of 25 undecided voters. The Republicans got only 4 and Socialist just 3. See what happens in the next chapter. That is the first debate. Which is at Elwood City High School.
