By now Blue's arms tended to by Robin had mostly healed and now looked like she had a slight sunburn.
The arms had stayed covered and wrapped for five days Blue had actually stayed out of the Cave opting to stay in Port Addison when the damage was at its worst.
"Can't you just manipulate it better?" Robin asked.
"Sorry Rob, I might be a superhero but I'm still a mere mortal." She raised an eyebrow. "Have you noticed how much I sleep? Manipulation isn't easy Rob…do you know how hard it was to stop Amazo or restrain Conner? Very hard!" She told the boy. "I can't do anything against wounds or anything like that." She told him.
"Okay! Sorry!"
"No it's…fine really. It's…hard to explain…I just…I get defensive."
"Hey, don't be….you're different. It's a good thing."
She chuckled and allowed him to look after her arms…..
"Hey, any word from Illusion?" He asked and she shook her head.
"I'm worried about him and so is Danielle, I mean what do I tell her? I'm just avoiding her calls at this point."
"You sure she's not going to come to your place?"
Blue gave a dry chuckle. "It doesn't matter how much she misses him, she'll never set foot in the Asilo Del Infierno." She promised Robin.
He sighed. "I guess…" He'd been shocked to see the conditions Blue lived in, the slums were filthy and he was pretty sure there was a bullet hole in the wall of her living room connecting to next door.
They were currently having this conversation while fighting each other during training, "Good work everyone." Black Canary, their 'minder' for this week said. "In fact it's been a very productive week," She smiled.
"Yeah, for everyone except Kid Mo-Linger-er." Artemis stated.
"Hey! Arm broken. Gotten in combat against the Injustice League…"
Black Canary chuckled. "I've really enjoyed being your uh…den mother this week.
'Recognised Zatara 11.'
He walked in and touched the computer pad which instantly said 'Access Granted, Zatanna Zatara. A 03, authorization Zatara 11.'
A girl walked in with long raven hair and blue eyes. "Zatanna, this is the Team, Team this is my daughter Zatanna."
"Hi I'm-"
"Robin!" The Boy Wonder shouted. "I mean I'm Robin. She's Megan and that's Wally, Artemis, Kaldur, Conner and Blue."
"Welcome to the Cave."
"Uh…thanks."
"So uh…a-are you joining the team?" The boy asked.
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves, this is strictly a visit." The magician said looking from his daughter to Robin. "I'm sorry we missed the training, it is something from which Zatanna could benefit."
"Do any of you get the feeling we're still on probation with Zatara?" M'gann asked in their heads.
"Not just Zatara, I mean why's Marvel still hanging around?" Conner said.
"Because we like having him around!" Wally said.
"You like having him around because he waits on you hand and foot!" Artemis stated.
"And you're point is?" He replied.
"It almost makes one nostalgic for Red Tornado as our supervisor." Kaldur agreed.
"Yeah! At least he trusted us!" Robin agreed.
"If you ignore the fact we shouldn't have trusted him! That machine nearly got all of us killed!" Conner barked.
"Are you guys having a Psychic conversation?" Zatanna asked. "Because I can't decide if that's cool or really rude?"
"Bit of both actually." Blue said shrugging.
Great, she thought, another black haired blue eyed person in the Cave…
"Fine, look we were talking about Tornado. It's been weeks since his attack and the League haven't told us anything!"
"The League is searching for Tornado as well as the other androids that invaded the Cave and their creator T. O Morrow. Batman's made that our highest priority." Canary told them.
But you found none of the above." Robin huffed.
"I've got a burn mark on my shoulder from that android I want my chance at him and you can't blame me!" Blue said folding her arms.
"Not yet, but Tornado is Justice League and it is strictly League Business. The team is not to persuade this." She told them.
"Why don't you all take Zatanna on a…tour of the Cave?"
Wolf ran up to Marvel who was carrying Wally's nachos. "You're giving a tour cool!"
"Actually I was wondering if you'd take Wolf outside, he needs the exercise we'll join you in a few." Superboy said.
"Sure! Come on Wolf!" He said and they took off running while Wally drooled for the nachos being taken from him.
They started to walk and Zatanna came up next to Robin, in a different outfit. "When did you-how did you…?" He asked.
"We're not really taking a tour are we?" She asked instead.
"No, we're hunting down that robot." Conner said.
"Yes, we are." Kaldur nodded.
"Wow, out loud and everything." Zatanna said.
"Now you're speaking my language, I want Mr let's burn a twelve year old. What do you think Conner up for a tag team against the Fire Android?"
He nodded. "Absolutely."
"What about new girl?" Artemis asked.
"I'm sure she won't tell." Robin stated.
"I can't tell, not if you…kidnap me." She smirked.
"Oh she's going to fit in great." Artemis smiled.

"M'gann, the Bio-Ship wasn't authorized for departure…" Canary's voice stated through the con.
"We're kidnapping Zatanna, to uh…show her Happy Harbour! Be back soon!"
"Roger that…have fun."
"Where are we going? Batman's the world's greatest detective, if he couldn't find Tornado in all the logical places then we have to think illogical, I mean a stupid idea." Robin stated.
Everyone turned to Wally.
"As a matter of fact…" He grinned.
Belle Reve.
October 10, 18:35.
"Warden Strange owes us a favour for stopping the prison break, he's given us five minutes with you." M'gann said to Ivo.
"Spill, Ivo where can we find Morrow and his Reds?" Conner asked growling.
"Now why would I know where they are?"
"Because here's a really dumb idea, you're Morrow's biggest competitor in the evil android game, who better to keep track of what he's up too and where?"
"Ah I see, now I'll rephrase why in the world would I tell you where to find Morrow?"
"He knows. Blue." Kaldur said.
"On it-" But before she could a spell was spoken.
"Trulb tuo S'worrom eurt noitacol!" Zatanna ordered.
"Morrow's in a secret underground base beneath the Yellowstone national park one hundred metres out of Old Faithful."
Everyone stared, most in shock, but one in a mixture of shock, anger and worry.
"Wait what just happened?"
Blue stared, could she possibly be…
Her replacement?

"Block out all communications, soon Canary, Zatara and Batman too will know of our visit to Professor Ivo, we haven't much time." Kaldur stated.
"Look I'm trying to be all nonchalant here…" Robin began.
"Why be as chalant as you'd like." Zatanna said and the Boy Wonder's smile widened.
Blue sighed, great, now she was even doing Robin's word thing, something they liked doing…
Look we're all just trying to get a handle on your powers, can you teleport us to Tornado or Morrow to a cell or force his bots to surrender?" Artemis asked.
"Or create peace on earth for all time?" Zatanna asked. "Zatara couldn't even do all that and I'm no where near on my dad's level…I need to know a spell cold, or at least have time to prep it, all magic requires energy that has to come from within. I can't make the impossible happen at will."
"What's our ETA to Yellowstone I'm way passed ready to stuff Tornado into a trashcan."
"Are you so certain he betrayed us?" Kaldur asked.
"Aren't you?"
"I'm not convinced. He is an android that makes him but a victim to his creators programming. Certainly he deserves a chance to prove he is more then a weapon others designed him to be."
"Maybe…" Blue said and they looked at her. "Just maybe if I got close enough I could manipulate showing in the programming…I don't…robots bodies can be hard, Amazo wiped me out and Tornado…I don't know…but just maybe I can try and manipulate something, at least give us a reason for betraying us I don't know…" The girl said staring out the window softly.
"You don't sound so sure..." Zatanna began.
"Yeah well I'm not perfect!" She said.
"Sorry…"
"Whatever," The twelve year old rolled her eyes before standing up.
"Where are you going?" Robin asked.
"Trying to figure out how to do something I've never done before!" She snapped.
"Great mad Bleubell thanks." Wally said.
Yellowstone National Park.
October 10th, 20:22
"Stealth mode." Kaldur said as the heroes switched their costumes to the darker colour of Stealth Tech.
"I recommend you stay behind." He told Zatanna,
"Is that an order?"
"No, you must do as you see fit."
"Good. Emit ot yrt tuo eht wen kool!" She cast and her clothes changed into a magicians outfit and she smiled.
The team ran through the trees of the park.
Robin checked his computer watch. "Ivo was right there's something down there."
And that's when the wind came blowing them all back.
And with the wind came Red Tornado releasing twister after twister.
"Why Tornado! Why are you doing this?" M'gann shouted and Blue pressed her hands to the ground and closed her eyes opening them to bright blue.
She focused and focused and focused and…
"Agh!" She said in pain clutching her head.
"Bleubell!" Kaldur said as the blue light dimmed in her eyes before flickering out.
"I...deh…uh…I can't get through it's like…hitting a brick wall…" She groaned.
"Nail him!" Conner ordered before they engaged him.
"Superboy manoeuvre seven!" Kaldur ordered and the Superboy gave him a lift up as he aimed to punch the android who smacked him down.
Artemis' arrows and Robin's explosives were also defected and Wally's attempt (with broken arm) at doing his own twister got struck down as M'gann was thrown into the wreckage.
Blue was caught in a twister, right at the middle, where there was no air and she clutched for it before falling to the ground…
Zatanna fell too.
They were all down.
They sat up to meet another Red, a Red who was destroying Tornado's message in the sand.
Play Dead.
"You stand no chance against me humans." The new Red said.
"We're not human!" Conner and M'gann shouted.
"My apologises, I guess the proper inclusive turn would be…meat bags?"
Rocks fell at Zatanna and Robin caught her trying to shield the blow and they waited for impact.
None came, they looked up from where they were covering their heads and saw Blue holding the rocks at bay before she threw them aside using her blue power.
"That's m' girl." Robin said and suddenly everything felt a little better.
"Cool." Zatanna whispered.
"Tornado's memory files and my super processing speed allow me to anticipate your every move." The Red said.
"Emoks emoceb a dlofdnilb!" Zatanna ordered and the smoke blindfolded him.
"Tornado never knew my moves." She smirked.
"And I bet you've got some good ones." Robin said.
Blue raised an eyebrow. 'Dude…really?'
"Er sorry that may have come off a little Wally."
"I don't mind." Zatanna smiled.
"Will you two stop flirting!" Blue shouted.
The new Red broke the blind fold and the semi-dormant volcano beside him erupted.
Volcanic rock was being thrown at them from all angles.
"I'm really starting to hate this!" Blue shouted blocking another rock and hurling it back at the android.
Sweat pooled at her forehead and she started to pant.
"He's activating a stage two eruption if he gets to stage three, kiss the hemisphere goodbye." Wally said through their link.
"Hit him from all sides." Kaldur ordered
M'gann to give her, her due managed to sneak up on him but her munity to fire and intense heat was weakening her, the Red grabbed her by the cape and prepared to throw her to the magma.
"Ekoms dna srorrim... Etaerc Dik Hsalf snoisulli!" Zatanna shouted and different Kid Flash clones appeared all speeding toward Red Volcano.
"I use a scaled down version when I want to sneak out of the house." She explained.
"You know what, you mightn't be so bad." Blue said to her nodding at her handy work.
The original Kid Flash speeded past the red taking M'gann with him as he went placing her by Conner.
"Let's see what I can do shall we?" Blue asked eyes flashing and the magma slowly lifted up as she panted trying to control a substance she'd never used before.
The Red blasted her away and she flew back, the magma falling with a hot splash back into it's place.
"BLEUBELL!" Kaldur shouted as he realised she'd hit the magma but something caught her…
"Oh my god…" Robin stated.
"You." Blue whispered.
Red Infierno. The android that had burnt her shoulder had just saved her.
"Thank you." She said softly and the android nodded.
The robot set her down and turned to her 'baby brother.'
Water shot out of nowhere throwing Red Volcano back into the magma he'd conjured up.
"Nice hit." Wally said.
"That hit wasn't mine…Look!"
They did, Red Torpedo. The water controlling android.
And where there was two, the third wasn't far behind, in came via a twister, Red Tornado.
In the end, it was those three androids that destroyed Red Volcano, two destroying themselves in the process and Conner barely saved Tornado whose legs had been melted off by the sheer heat of the magma.
"Tornado listen, we're on the verge of a Stage 3 volcano eruption, there's no turning back from that we need pressure and fast." Kid Flash shouted at him. "The ash cloud will bring on world wide nuclear winter unless you divert it!"
"Locate the pressure locus." Wally ordered Robin who did so by checking his computer watch.
"Got it, there, there and there!" He shouted and Artemis let loose three arrows that blew up the three openings.
And Tornado flew high above the volcano his melted legs sparking and created a twister that brought the ash cloud all the way into space.
The volcanic eruption was averted.
"Yes!" Wally grinned as Tornado flew back down and collapsed on the ground.
"Let's bring him down to Morrow's lab, see what we can do to help him." Blue said.
"Good idea, come on."
The boys worked for about an hour until Robin stated. "That should do it,"
"Yes, I can speak again." The android agreed.
"You were willing to sacrifice yourself to save the planet." Kaldur said.
"The planet would have survived it was humanity that was saved. Though not by me, my sister and brother were the true heroes this day."
"Our point is this, you were never the mole and never a traitor." Kaldur said.
"No. I left to protect you from further attack and find my creator Morrow."
Wally picked something off the ground. "Cool! Souvenir."
"We can rebuild you!" Robin grinned. "Properly I mean, better then before."
"I do not believe I deserve to be rebuilt."
"Why'd you volunteer to become our den mother in the first place?" Conner asked suddenly.
"I was the obvious choice, I do not require sleep, I have no secret identity or second life to live."
"But you do have advanced AI programming designed to learn, adapt, and evolve."
"Hello Megan!" M'gann tapped her head. "You wanted to become more human."
"And you couldn't do that with the League." Artemis said.
"They're stiffs."
"You're sure not going to learn emotion from Batman." Robin said grinning. "Trust me."
"Then the Cave was not a training ground only for us, but for you as well." Kaldur said.
"I do not know if these statements are accurate but prepares they are true, if I understand the term correctly, I believe I've come to…care about you all."
"See, practically a meatbag already." Conner said.

On the way back to Mount Justice Robin turned to Zatanna, "So, good kidnapping?"
"Actually, yeah."
"First of many I hope." Robin smiled.
Blue swung around in her chair. "As long as you leave the fucking with people's heads to me, that's my job." She smiled.
Zatanna smiled back. "Deal….as long as my dad doesn't ground me got life."
-THE CAVE-
"SHE'S GROUNDED FOR LIFE!"
